I found the dress online and decided to come to the store to try it on. When I got here they set me up with Samira and she was awesome. I am a very picky person and knew exactly the style and vision I was going for. She was very helpful. Also the manager of this location jumped in and helped as well. It was a very smooth and easy process. They were definitely patient with me. To even make things better out of all 6 bridal stores I ve been too, they had the most options and was the most budget friendly. Definitely recommended!!

This is a detailed account of a frustrating experience with Davids Bridal. The issues began with poor customer service when trying to obtain bridesmaid swatches, as staff were inattentive. Despite meeting with a manager at an expo who promised assistance, the problems persisted during a later appointment for wedding and bridesmaid dress purchases. The staff provided minimal help and made errors in ordering materials for the bridesmaids dresses, leading to further complications. Multiple trips were made to the store to correct the issue of mismatched materials. When some dresses were delayed, communication with the store was poor, causing significant inconvenience. Even after managing to get the dresses, there were further problems with alterations and lack of updates, requiring several calls and store visits, disrupting work, and causing frustration. Ultimately, the situation resulted in financial inconvenience and dissatisfaction. Do not buy your dresses here. Take note that if you are the bride and buying your to have multiple trips. Per policy you have to have a valid receipt, but when I did a return, no one checked the receipt or swiped my card they just you to be present and waist time and they cant print multiple copies

Brigiette made this experience Fabulous!!! Such incredible talent! She was so sweet and supportive of my daughter. Her genuine demeanor is so kind and loving. She continued complimenting my daughter, who felt like a queen. At one time she was concerned about my daughter and had her take a sit while fitting the wedding gown. Scheduling, fitting, planning... If you re unsure of what style or dress to wear please go on the weekend and ask for Alexus. She is patient, knowledgeable and most importantly stylish. I had a Saturday appointment with Noor and omg let me tell you. I was so so so happy. I love her to death and I know it was probably a sales tactic but I really do feel like she wants to help me find my perfect dresses. I ended up getting two. One which she recommended and said I will look great in. I guess sometimes they really know what looks good on me. Better than myself. I will 10/10 for sure come back and recommend this place. My only complaint is that their dressing room is a bit small. But other than that no complaint.

Having had a bad experience with another David s Bridal, I had low expectations walking into this store when I came for a bridesmaid dress. However, Abby was so sweet and helpful with our group! We weren t very decisive on dresses to begin with and had her running around and looking stuff up for us, but she never once seemed annoyed or irritated by us. And when we finally landed on some saw dresses, she happily went out of her way to ensure that they came in the right sizes and color and never made us feel bad about going a cheaper route! I had purchased another dress somewhere else & it never arrived & I found out I was not going to get it 3 weeks before my wedding. Yana and Ashley were super! They were both patient with my daughter as she tried on several dresses! Yana made sure to address all of my daughters concerns and brought in a couple dresses we didnt think to consider which helped her narrow down the big decision. As we were walking out the door, well after they closed, Ashley made sure my daughter walked away confident that she would have the dress of her dreams.

My daughter needed a bridesmaid dress for a wedding in Dallas next weekend. She is in New York having to travel to New Jersey to try on a couple of dresses. They were unable to guarantee the dress would arrive to her before she needed to travel. Chelsea and Ashley saved the day by getting me in immediately and helping me find dresses in the color that would be delivered to their store in time. My daughter was able to try them on in her location and I was able to purchase it and have it delivered to the Sugarland location. DO NOT RECOMMEND! I had my appointment scheduled for 4:30 but unfortunately had an emergency that happened on short notice. I had relatives make their way to David s bridal while I caught up but when my sister called to let them know they did not sound understanding at all. Instead, my sister said she was given attitude and told that I would just have less time trying on dresses which was fine with me. I get to the place and am greeted and taken to my fitting room but when I m given the dresses I was left ALONE to put them on. I saw no other client in the fitting rooms which upset me even more because at least that could ve explained why I left alone. My mother who s supposed to be watching me come out with these gowns had to help me which is completely ridiculous. I ve even gone to extremely cheap bridal shops where the staff still helps you into them so that should show how unacceptable that was. Not to mention the services I received from places like Malton Couture, La Reve, Winnie Couture, and many more were just so amazing and ALWAYS helped me into my gowns. (Even during walk ins) This has been the worst bridal shopping experience I ve had. Imagine already having a bad day and then coming across a place like this to top it off. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. If you re looking for an understanding bridal shop go to any of the other places I mentioned because they will truly make you feel great and put a smile on your face.

The staff offered helpful resolutions for the emergency replacement of Brides Mother dress due to damage that occurred at cleaners. After several dresses were tried on a dress was found that pleased us. The assistance in obtaining record of the purchase of the dress that had been damaged made the incident less painful.
