I love going to the cheesecake factory and I love their factory nachos as well. They have great service and amazing food always. The atmosphere is also nice and it s pretty much like that at all locations. I definitely recommend trying it out if you haven t already.

My family and I visited here on Saturday. It was my daughters 11th birthday and her favorite place. This time was totally different server was extremely rude, we paid over 200 for horrible service. The server was lazy, rolling her eyes, not paying attention. Not to mention a fight broke out with employees and one of them was knocked down by the other. My daughters birthday and our meals were ruined.

The service was was not great and the server was to busy hanging out at another table for most of the time we were there. I asked for refills and napkins and was ignored. Another server started taking care of us. When I mentioned to her that our server was at another table hanging out she went and said something to him. He looked over at us and still ignored us. As we were done I went and tipped her $30 on a $66.00 bill and left him $0. I hate to see lazy people in that type of setting. I wish I remembered the young ladys name who turned the experience around for us.

40 minutes for a curbside pickup order! Never had to wait this long my food is probably cold now and they kept me on the phone for longer than 10 minutes too! Order was ready at 4:28 it s currently 4:56 and my food is still not here. Once my order arrived to the car they also forgot the cheesecake.

We were a group of people visiting today for lunch. The place is nice and clean, no doubt. What really bothered us was the loud music. It was impossible to enjoy the lunch and have a conversation without overtoning the music. We asked twice if the music volume could be turned down, but they didnt care. Even the waitress had to ask each of us repeatingly when we placed our orders. Our concern are the employees, exposed all day long to bluring music. That creates a high level of stress. Most people really like to have a nice conversation during their meal and not screaming at eachother. The Menu list is extra ordinary, incredibly large amount of different food items. What we really cant recommend are the stuffed Mashrooms, they were absolutely without any taste. We are questioning that everything is made fresh. We wish you all the best for the future, as we prefer quieter places with a decent volume level. Peace up.

Definitely not as good as it used to be. Ordered a chicken salad with grilled corn the corn was not grilled, straight out of a can and the chicken was very plain tasted and looked like pulled chicken vs grilled. They also only gave you 2 pieces of bread in a to go order and we ordered 3 meals.

Came to restaurant at 1:45 pm was seated at the table and server took our order. Server heavy set black female had an issue with understanding my friends request. Brought my food out and it was cold, I had Steak Diane and herb crusted salmon. The plate was warm to touch. The potatoes was damn near cold, the steak was luke warm didnt even try the salmon. Waitress too the plate back and manager shows up. Manager stated thesteak was being cooked over, brought the second plate tried the steak it was the same temperature and the potatoes was taken off of the 1st ate and put on the 2nd plate. Didnt bother trying g the salmon by this time I was pissed. The manager came back around I shared with her the meal was not cooked over because yhe temperature was the same. I will and I mean never return to this location. This is why people rather patronize restaurants up north Dallas.

They need to replace or retrain the blonde manager. Went for a birthday celebration with 8 people, got sitted in the back at the big round table relatively quickly/ shorter than our ETA. good start. Took 15 min for waiter to come up to us and say hello. The hello was great though. Instead of taking our drink orders or appetizers he went away, and took another 15 for waters to come. Finally we were able to order our drinks and our food. we did end up ordering appetizers but the waiter hadn t even asked, just asked if we were ready to order our meals and drink. whatever, fast forward, 30 min goes by we finally get an appetizer, (all still in good moods). Notice, they have our waiter handling that ENTIRE section alone. Our waiter never once came and checked on us to see how things were going. I dont fault him because whoever made the schedule had him running in that store. Poor scheduling. He was picking up dishes, running cheesecake etc. They should have had a runner and at least 2 servers for that section and still would have been busy. fast forward, have a pregnant friend who has celiac disease. she orders a small steak medium rare. Steak came and she couldn t even put fork through it was almost burnt. Blonde Manager came over and apologized, and said she s get her a new one. I ve made steak several times, doesn t take long at all. 15 min with rest time max. we all finished our dinners and she had to wait 20 min AFTER we finished our dinners for her steak to arrive. They came back with a big steak also. Finally we get to order cheesecake after about 10 min of plates being taken away. WE HAVE TO WAIT ALMOST AN HOUR FOR THE CHEESECAKE. I had to ask the waiter twice for the bill after that. Looking around, the two booths in front of us, two sets of families had come in and left. Also to mention we had a 3 month old baby with us we had to feed once during because we got there at 6:30 and didn t leave till 10. Poor workflow management. To top everything off, the bills came, and they tried to charge my pregnant friend for a large steak. She asked for the manager, and they took 15 minutes TO FIND HER, they literally couldn t find her. She came down and said she has been running around like crazy. Then said oh yes we ran out of the small steak so we gave you the big steak. Friend goes but that s not my fault nor did i ask for the bigger steak. you were fixing your mistake, so it s really not a comp. so manager added 25% discount to make the steak price lower. If things were ran and planned better, they could have had two parties of 8 in that time and doubled their money. Also, never returning there on my own accord which is sad because it s so close, food is usually really good, and always have loved it. One mistake, one person, sure fine whatever, but when every department is clearly dismantled and unorganized, nope!

We came to Cheesecake Factory for dinner after shopping in the parks mall. We sat outside for the absolute best view of the sun setting since the temp is dropping and it s a little cooler The food took a long time to come out surprisingly even with it not being as busy as normal. There were some upset people outside about the time it was taking for food and management could have handle it better but our server Jada was very informative and attentive. I ordered that Cajun salmon, Bae got the herb crusted filet of salmon, and kid got the kids cheese flatbread. We ordered our cheese cakes to go and overall went home with a full stomach and satisfied. Our cakes were not good as normal Parking: Open mall parking lot. Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu. Wheelchair accessibility: Their sidewalks are accessible.

We came on a weekday to avoid the crowd because this location does get pretty busy on weekends. Clearly we made the right choice because service was so quick! We were immediately greeted with bread and waters for the table. I don t recall our servers name but she took our order and got our food right out to us. She even brought over some sliced bananas for my baby upon request. We have a CF location closer to us but we prefer this one because of the generous portion sizes and overall quality of food compared to the one closer to us. We now have another reason to drive further to come here, which is the exceptional service.

We dont visit that much but normally when we do go everything normally good. Today what time was great they told me 30-45 min but we maybe waited 15-20 minutes max. We sat down around 2:35 the table next to us stayed dirty thr whole time we were at lunch. Someone finally bussed the table around 3:30. Basically the whole visit the table was dirty. The young lady that was wiping the tables was Im going to say just lost. She would act like she was going to start to bus and wipe a table then atop and go do something else. Now on waiter (Charles) needed to go home for the day. He acted as if he did not want to be there AT ALL. I mean from his introduction to his lack of urgency it all screamed i dont want to be bothered. After waiting for about 5 minutes he strolled over asked what we wanted to drink and got our appetizer order. Now we all know one of the reasons we like the Cheesecake is for the bread. So he brought drinks out and about 10 minutes after that he told us that the bread was in the oven and should be out soon. We placed our order got our appetizer AND our food and my husband had to ask about the bread. The waiter (Charles) oh yeah let me check on that for you. During all of this your hostess are walking around Im assuming counting tables . We finally get the bread and the check cause I am ready to go. I ask to speak to the manager and her all of her excuses. You are in the customer service business and I truly understand being short staffed and life happening but a communication with your guest as the hostess and wait staff is a must. Perception is reality and a lot people walking not communicating with devices in hand does look good. We can all see....Cheesecake Factory youve got to do better

Im not sure how one can mess up a chicken club. The club said lettuce tomato etc but I received a sandwich with majority of chopped cabbage as lettuce. I asked my server if this had coleslaw on my sandwich and he said it very common for restaurants to mix cabbage and lettuce. I do not eat raw cabbage and asked if cabbage was listed on the menu and server said it wasnt. Please do not make up your own version of a simple sandwich!!!

Was hoping to take my wife out to eat for her birthday but ended up waiting 45 minutes just for bread to come out. Had customers come in after us ate then left before we even got bread. It was 6:30 PM on a Wedesday so was 30% full. After waiting an hour I gave in and had to go talk to a manager which made excuses that they run out of bread sometimes when I havent even gotten the main course. Id hate to see how long the wait is during busy hours. Guess I will go elsewhere next time...they need to retrain some of their wait staff.

Place was very busy, wait time was average for a Saturday. Chairs at the tables are cheap patio furniture wicker looking chair. One of them broke while a friend at my table was eating. Soup was delicious but small portion in a ridiculously large bowl. Ordered the Pizza chicken parm with Angel hair pasta was delicious. Food took too long to arrive, constantly waiting on drinks, in fact service was so poor we ordered dessert to go, just not to wait another half hour for our server to bring the check and dessert. Place has potential but needs more servers so customers aren t waiting so long. Over all I give it 2 stars. Just another commercialized chain with cheap flimsy patio chairs. Don t think I d go back but I can now say I ate there.

Super busy when we came so we sat at the high table by the bar. 45 min wait if we wanted normal dining for 2. Service was slow as the crews were switching shifts. Food came out at a decent time, just took some time to get drinks refilled. It didnt seem like the waiter wanted to check on us so I had to flag him down for water refills. Its The Cheesecake Factory... Whats not to love? While I do enjoy this place, and Ive never gotten a bad meal, I dont think the food is something to rave about. Its nicer than Chilis, but not as nice as Three Forks. Theyve got a great menu, but be warned - its extensive! So many items to choose from! The good thing about that though, is no matter what your tastes are, youre sure to find something you can enjoy. A solid 4.5 stars.

I went with my mom for the first time to a CF. Every step of our visit was so slow and poorly coordinated. While we were seated rather quickly I would like to the describe the zone of our table as the forgotten zone. 20 min to order drinks, other 20 to get them and order the actual food. In the mean time the tall tables were people order drinks got all their items in a less than 15 min. Another party was seated next to us after we order our food and they got their order taken first and their food first. All while the AC was turning everyone into an ice cube. Our other table neighbors, also were ignored, and when they got their food it was wrong. By the end we didn t want cheese cake we just wanted to go. The food was good, but expensive for the experience.

We haven been coming to this location for years and the food never misses . The bread they bring out is delicious On this occasion we got the chicken crusted Parmesan pizza style and the kids got pizzas which are always hot and fresh I also recommend the stuffed mushrooms, buffalo Chicken blast, from the skinny menu my favorite is the lemon Shrimp angel hair . Great server. She was so nice and professional. Good atmosphere with clean bathrooms. My food was late and wrong. We had a party of 10-12ppl, and I was the 4th person 2 order a grilled Mexican salad. Why was I the last one to get my meal that only required to cook the meat and place it on top. Others ordered burgers, pasta plates, salmon, etc. My simple meal I thought was last, and with no meat, I told the server she got the manager, and she looked at the salad that I took 3 bites out of then tossed it around to show her no meat. She said ok and returned a few minutes later with a small dessert bowl of cooked cubed chicken with green dressing on it. But the menu advertised grilled chicken, I was shocked and disappointed but didnt want to cause a rift at this person birthday celebration me as a guest. I think the meal shouldve been returned to the kitchen for a redo and discounted ticket for such a long wait. Since I was hungry and everyone had their plate,they began to offer me food while awaiting for my should be simple meal a salad. I left this location feeling disappointed with food service so much I didnt even think about a dessert.

I came in on the 4th of July around 4:45 pm. I was very busy at all and all that I ordered was two slices of cheesecake to go. We stood I the line for about 15 minutes before we could order. A waitress was placing her to go orders in the same line for customers. It was 5:02 pm by the time I placed my order. We sat and waited and finally received our order at 5:14 pm. When the girl called a name she yelled out Rafael. Ofcourse I did not answer because thats not my name and I am a female. I said and spelled my name to the guy that took my order. Then the girl yelled out the two cheesecakes that we ordered and no one approached. So I ask what name did she call and again she stated Rafael. I asked what were the cheesecakes in the bag and she said the names of my order. I said thats not my name because clearly I am a female and I advised, I had given my name. She apologized and said he must have misunderstood. I clearly was irritated because he could have confirmed my name prior to putting me In the system with a males name.

Party of 2 arrived and seated around 3pm on 7/4 /24! The service sucked took 40 minutes for food and the area we were seated wasn t busy waiter didn t come to inform us of status are nothing out of the times I visited this Cheesecake Factory this was terrible service

They lie about the wait time theyll tell you 45 minutes and then when that 45 minutes is up they will say Im sorry 20 more minutes and then and then when that 20 minutes is up they would say Im sorry 10 more minutes and the manager is the worst

Update. Visited on 6-24. Dont know what happened to their structure. This visit was horrible! Arrived 5 minutes prior to reservation. Was told the wait would be about 20 minutes. Ok. So we were directed to the bar area which the person said was full service. We sat down and waited about another 15 minutes before a person even acknowledged us. About 10 minutes later they took the drink order. About 15 minutes later they took the food order. They were not organized at all!! What happened! Not sure if I will visit this location again!!! Food was good as usual. The location just appeared to be poorly managed!!!

Went on a Tuesday for cheesecake and to celebrate a birthday. We asked for the check, paid in cash, left the money on the corner of the table so it could be seen and left. As we walked across the parking lot, our waitress came out yelling excuse me in front of other guest outside. She then proceeded to ask us across a parking lot (yelling of course) if we paid. Are you kidding me? Mind you the manager told me it is against policy to go outside after a customer. I told her it was on the table. I got my family into the car, thinking about the audacity of her asking us this in front of others, without any reason to assume we didnt pay. I went inside and she smiled and told me she got it as if everything was fine. I spoke to the manager and told her I do not appreciate her assumption and coming outside after us, and making a scene in front of others, especially when we purposely left the money and tip on the table where she could easily find it. In my opinion her actions were completely inappropriate, and not worthy of her tip any longer. You embarrassed my family, made assumptions that were unfounded and created a scene that could not be corrected all when we were just trying to celebrate a birthday. Mayne next time check the table before you come chasing down a family about paying their check. They have lost my business and this will be my experience that I will continue to share with others.

Service was terrible. Sever didn t check on us not even once after our order. They only pay attention to a big party that came way after us; my party of 2 was having an important event too. No refills, the food runner was the most helpful and who ended up coming with our check because she saw how disappointed we looked. Avoid this location if you are a small party and head to ft worth!

Food is definitely above average. My waitress was excellent Im sorry I would recommend her but I forgot her name. They were crowded so it took some time but they were crowded because its worth it. Most restaurants desserts are average or mediocre but this place has some fabulous cheesecake as you might expect and the prices reflect how proud they are of their cheesecake

I eould give them 10 stars if it wasnt for the 2 hour wait. We had to go over and push the manager to get tables cleared so we could seat our party of 25. After we were seated, the service was very good and my food was delicious. We were so hungry we didnt get a chance to take pics. Vegetarian options: I had the turkey burger and it was delicious.

Really torn to give 2 or 3 stars. Came here to celebrate neice graduation. To me, the food was bland, the waiter kept forgetting to ring in items ordered. Ordered the kids food first before anything, and it somehow came after appitizers. All I ordered was kid chkn strips amd side of broccoli. I even told the manager and waiter the side of broc never came. End of eating still no broc and it was still on receipt. I know places get busy, but everyone; staff and mgr on duty should really be diligent when attending to clients.

I received a birthday reward for a free slice of cheesecake, so I placed an online order for curbside pickup for some appetizers and my birthday reward. The menu is extensive, and there are so many flavors of cheesecake to choose from. My order was ready right on time and was delivered to my vehicle with a smile. Even after my 30-minute drive home, my poke nachos were still crunchy, and the cheeseburger spring rolls were still warm and crisp as well. They were both incredibly delicious, and my birthday slice of cheesecake, lemon meringue, was the best Ive ever tasted! I cant wait to go back and try more of the menu! Thank you Cheesecake Factory for such a pleasant experience!

Worst place to ever eat. Service was very slow and cannot put in orders correctly. I came in to have brunch I order the chicken and waffles bennedict. They bring out chicken and waffles. Then of course the server trying offer soup while i have wait even longer for my meal. I so angry and hungry i told her tell them box it up because i was too angry to eat. They bring it out expecting me to eat it there. I was seeing red. Then finally trying to eat it at home the chicken tenders are way over cooked like they sat under heat lamps way to long. Number one rule if person send back food, you throw that food away and start brand new. Thats culinary 101. Worst place ever will not be coming back. This place needs to be shut down and will be calling health department as well since I am part of state health services. They will be getting notice of them.

Today s dining experience was very disappointing. There was an extended wait time for everything , drinks, food, to go box and the ticket. Also, during our meal it was rare that our waitress came to check on us and how our meals were. She was not attentive. Food was sub-par. Was not busy at the time of our visit (1:30 pm on a Wednesday). Food has never been really good at this location, and it has gotten progressively worse over time, but this had to be the worst. Personally, i wont waste money on it in the future. This was the first time Ive ever had rubber chicken! (Cheesecake Factory in Grand Prairie Texas). Ordinarily, I love Cheesecake Factory, but yesterday the texture of their chicken was so weird...couldnt finish it. My daughter had a different chicken dish and we kept checking to make sure it was actually cooked, but it appeared to be done. Flavor was fine, just couldnt get past the texture.
