This is a restaurant and can be rented for multiple events. They rent out for brunches, comedy shows, live bands, etc so there is a lot of independent events going on for everyone if you don t have plans on any given night. The food is amazing and the owners care about the quality of food they serve. I enjoy myself every time I eat there. There are different promoters doing separate events there so you might have to check out the Fb page to see what s going on each day. I ll be back.

Went in for a comedy show and paid for food that we never got, was told they would refund our money that lady left and didnt pay anyone. It was hot in there and people were complaining that they didnt eat. OMG it was horrible service but the band and the comedian Monte from New Orleans was great.

Im a FEMALE promoter in the DFW area and have been for the past 3 years. My team hosted an event here last night, and it was the ABSOLUTE WORSE experience my promotion team has ever had. The owners mother was RUDE to EVERYONE at the door, I was threatened with MACE just for standing outside talking to my coworkers. The lady put her finger in my face for trying to check in my parties, and NONE of our customers wanted to come in. I would not ever recommend this establishment to ANYONE. VERY BAD BUSINESS!

Got some oxtails at Hamps house of eats inside Goldbar 79!!! Wheeww so good. Today i got the oxtails And Saint Louis style fried rice . So good Parking: Plenty of parking!!

Listen. Believe the hype about the food!!! My boyfriend and I ordered tacos, he got shrimp and I got steak, they were fresh and the best tacos Ive had in the DFW area!!! The employees were very kind and helpful, and the atmosphere had chill vibes!!! If you are looking for good food and a chill place this is where you want to be!!!

In town visiting for the holidays HomeGirl brought me in last night in the wee hours of the morning 230am I was so hungry and left SO SATISFIED!!! Had three chicken & three beef and potato tacos! OH MYYY so BOMB! going to try to grab a few more before I leave! The owner and Chef had beautiful energy and so did his mom at the door. The place was pretty empty but the DJ was spinning like it wasn t! good vibes & great business to support!

Some of the best tacos I ve had in awhile. I had the chicken bacon tacos. Right amount of spice and sauce. Not to mention the cook is the owner and he greeted me with a smile and handed the food with that same smile. To me, if you love strangers, imagine the love you put into your food and I definitely tasted it. I will definitely be back. Only weird thing is that there was some construction outside, so it was kinna weird, but the owner said they are renovating the entire strip so that ll be good for them once this opens up all the way.

I don t think I d call this place a club ... at least not the nights I go. Every Monday 8-10pm, there is an open mic (typically for poetry, but a seldom singer or comedian performs). It s open to everybody who has 5$ -cash or card. Dimly lit room, blue tooth stereo system if you need it. Some nights packed with poets and it s lit. Others there aren t as many full tables, which makes the poetry more intimate. I ve met tons of amazing, talented, welcoming people. I think nobody else has left a review cause this place is Arlington s hidden gem. But it deserves some recognition.
