James Kennedy Is the Best in Texas . He knows his way around a court room , He and his team are very knowledgeable of the laws that can help and harm you in your case . I was in a Predicament where I was Not suppose to get probation but James made it happen . My husband and I hired James for our felony case and he was the best choice we could have went with! He was very understanding, easy going but yet very professional. He was able to drop all pending cases within a matter of 6 months of us hiring him. Always kept us updated on everything and always answered a text/call. Would definitely hire him again, if we ever need too. One hundred percent recommend James and or the law firm itself.

JAMES KENEDDY IS NOT PROFESSONAL AT ALL. He is just lucky enough to be working at a reputable law firm thats why he might be getting good reviews but from personal experience working with him on couple of cases he is one of the most rude and non professional lawyer i have ever came across. He doesnt take cases seriously. He works on case IF he feels like it which leaves the clients families in dismay he has no sympathy for people whos cases he is fighting. Once you pay him then forget the rest. All he will do is threaten you to not fight the case moving forward and pretty much will say go what u want to do im backing out and the client who has paid him hefty fees is stuck and in fear of not loosing his money the client is stuck with him but thats his tactic to lure u in BEAWARE!!! GET ANYONE ELSE AT THE FIRM BUT NOT JAMES!

Tammy Kid with the Schaffer, Carter Kennedy & Mays law firm did a fantastic job for a personal friend. She clearly explained the process and gave us clear expectations on the situation. Mr.Bires has been my familys attorney since 2007. I have always came out with the best possible outcome no matter the situation. I was on parole and caught another 2 felony offenses . Mr.Bires was able to get 1 felony charge dismissed and got me probation on the other. Keep in mind I was on parole in the county jail with no bond. He got me a bond in less than 30 days. I was able to remain a free man through and after the whole court process. So if you are looking for the best look no further !
