Upon arrival there were about five tables occupied. There was one server that I could see waiting tables. One cook. There was also someone else that was lingering about. Im not sure what they were doing. It took them a while to seat us and get our order for bowls. The server told us to go over to the build your own bowl area when we were ready. We waited for about five minutes to receive our bowls to start the process. The cook came over from their area where they were working on plenty of other peoples food. We built our bowls and went to sit. My food came first. Then my fiancés. I asked the server for chopsticks and minutes went by and she proceeded to help other tables. My fiancé went to get them himself after 5 minutes. My food was hot in some areas and cool in some spots under the hot spots. But overall it wasnt very good even though I put my normal items into the order. Theres enough gnats here to be swatted away at the table. My fiancé needed a refill on his drink so he put his cup where it could be seen. Our server passed us several times and we waited about 20 minutes before she finally came over to ask us if we needed anything after the restaurant had been cleared out for about 7 minutes. I was absolutely disgusted with our service here and I wont be coming back. Our servers name was Valeria V.

It is the worst service I have ever had. After waiting for my orange chicken for more than 20 minutes. My food arrived, cold, the rice and chicken were cold, Then I spoke to the waiter, he took my plate, another 20 and my food did not arrive cold or hot. I understand if the place is full of people, but there werent even 8 people. In the end I asked for the bill and left, a wasted hour.

Your establishment has listed on your menu a Jambalaya bowl with dirty rice. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.. Its not dirty rice, its fried rice. When your employees were asked for dirty rice because thats what your menu has in the description, not a single employees knew what it was. I pulled up the menu & showed them. This was once a great place to eat at went tonight and the manager cornered me in my booth/chair telling me there not going to honor my birthday email I got for buy a bowl get a small or medium bowl free! I felt threatened and will never go back to that place ever again the food was mush but somehow my large bowl that I paid for was half juice/sauce or something I ve never had my rice just soggy that was by far the weirdest thing I ve ever been served from there it was all over how I mastered the bowl when stacking it in the line they were all grouped up mad disrespecting and overall rude I also ordered a Dr. pepper and my girl got a water they brought me two dp and a water was also charged for it as well I will be doing a chargeback if this is not handled by a gm I will go higher about how that location needs to be looked at

Lets start with the good, Ryan our server was amazing! He was attentive, patient, and did a stellar job! The food was ok, Ive not been to a Genghis Grill in many years and it was not as good as I remember. I used to enjoy watching them cook the meal but now you hand it off and wait for it to be delivered to your table. The atmosphere really was not what I enjoy. I have a hard time hearing where there is music playing. It was not loud but it was loud enough to drown out others at the table. When I go out to eat it is as much about the food as it is about the conversation. So when music is playing and drowns out the conversation it takes away from the experience. Overall it is a solid 3 out of 5 stars.

I decided not to order my own bowl and I ordered orange chicken of the menu. BIG MISTAKE! The food was tasteless, mushy, burnt chicken and it had ALOT of tangerine. Ordered a make your own bowl, and even just a medium is a lot of food. Food was very good! Shrimp and Salmon taste fresh! Kimchi is damn good with a good kick to it! Only objection being is the calamari. Nothing wrong with the taste. Just odd texture.. Would still eat there again.
