Jordyn was amazing! She was so friendly and welcoming and accommodating! Knowledgeable about the menu and kept our drinks filled and made sure our bellies were happy and full! Loved the Jambalaya and the ahi tuna salad! Pumpkin ale was delicious too! We will be back! Thank you for such a wonderful lunch!

Long wait for waitress at the table, she had bad bad attitude, we asked for plasticware for kid, she said theyre all out (thats lie n lazy), but then we asked other waitress, she brought us 2 sets. Ordered Nachos and they were HORRIBLE! Brought them home to my Son and he said they were HORRIBLE! We had to throw them away. Paid too much to throw them away. He asked me why I didnt return them, but we both are Nacho Lovers, so I thought surely he would eat them. So my experience was not a good one!

Not bad during lunchtime on a Thursday afternoon. They offer $12 lunch specials which werent bad. The food was good, we both had the unlimited soup & salad combo. I was pleased that the soup (clam chowder) came out hot! The portion of salad (caeser) was a pretty good size. For an appetizer we had the cous cous mac n cheese balls, surprisingly this didnt come out as warm/hot as expected but we still enjoyed it. Smores pizookie, yes, get this. Perfectly on the marshmallows, what a treat! There was an issue with the table next to us, from my own observation since we arrived they had just been complaining in general, super needy & seemed to be in a bad mood... probably taking it out on the staff. We had the same waitress, she was doing a fine job... it just seemed like they wanted things for free. They even complained about how far they drove (no one made you go there) & one of them said it was because she was black, which the manager (who came over promptly at the start of the whole ordeal) stated that he too was black (also obvious), & he handled the situation with much professionalism... as did the waitress. The entire staff we had no issue with, hostess included. Atmosphere gets docked a bit, menus were sticky, bathroom was meh. Some concerns about upkeep when it wasnt too busy. Also, at the end of the meal its like the AC stopped working properly, it got pretty warm. Paying by QR code on the receipt was convenient though!

Waiting for 20 minutes after getting appetizer. Our waiter waited a bigger table with more people after we were seated. never checked back on us. After giving them their drinks, he never checked back on us to take our order and instead ask the bigger table instead. we were seated directly on the side of them. never once checked up on us as he passes by us multiple times. Manager was nice and understanding.

So first off we got seated, had server come over start taking our drink order but she realized that we were probably not her table so she told us that she will check with manager and let us know. Well did she let us know no, she gone ahead started taking other people order and ignore us. Rude and not proper service. Then we ask to have high chair that buckles werent broken so we can secure our child properly but then bring us another one where the buckles are broken. I am emt been one for 19 yrs i cant count how many times responded for baby falling out of something for not being properly secure. Bjs do better and check your high chairs or Ill be making a call to state health services. Then when we order our food my wife order chicken parmigian any person know chicken parmigian is italian comes with spaghetti. Well server put in totally something else and my wife couldnt eat any of her food. Servers need to have menu test know their menu. Bjs do better.

I came in today 8.10.24 and I came to eat with family. Unfortunately whoever took care of us never brought me my food. She mentioned that a different waitress took my food. Now they said they were going to get me and apologize but 30 minutes pass and nothing yet. Left because everyone ate except me. Food was never brought. I was very disappointed and more upset because I m the one who s pregnant and didn t get my food at all from everybody.

We are long time fans of BJ s but the Arlington, TX location needs some serious attention to the food over the past two visits. First, I ll say we sat at the bar for dinner tonight. The bartender Ricky, could not have been more attentive and fun! He was polite, efficient and seemed like he had far too many customers to serve alone. My wife s and my dinner experiences were very sub-par at this BJs now, two times in a row. All BJs we ve visited over the past years have been excellent. This one seems to have gone downhill. My simple Cheeseburger with a Caesar salad wasn t good. The burger was completely cold and I ordered it medium. It came out well done. I was too tired to wait for a replacement burger. The salad had brown lettuce and was drowning in salad dressing. My wife s chicken flatbread had about 8 or nine small cubes of chicken on it and a few cuts of tomatoes. It was mostly bread and extremely little topping. It looked like BJs was being ultra cheap. We blame this on poor management. I m not a chef but a burger should come out hot and cooked correctly. A salad shouldn t be drowning in dressing. A flatbread shouldn t be mostly bread and very little topping. It just screams of being cheap, though the price is not cheap! Finally, I walked to the restroom from the bar area tonight, and the floor was littered with napkins and other pieces of trash. This isn t the BJs that I m used to. Come on manager and make this restaurant shine like it used to be. It s gone way downhill. There were very few people there for dinner tonight and now I understand why. It used to be so much better!

Our visit started out rocky with part of our food order being delayed but our waitress Taylor and the restaurant manager Jamie turned our visit into a 5 star experience. We appreciate that customer satisfaction is still priority as it was my wifes birthday and we wanted a smooth evening. The food was fantastic and the pazooki was the bomb. I have been coming to this BJs since it opened, and it s generally a great location. I am not sure if I received an inexperienced server today, or if it was just an off day, but the lunch service was rough, and the restaurant was half empty. My table of 4 ordered 3 glasses of Chardonnay and I had tea, but it took over 10 minutes to receive our drinks, and the wine was Sauvignon Blanc, not Chardonnay, and my tea was not brought to the table. After a while longer, our food appeared, but my tea did not, so we were 30 min or so into our lunch and I still did not have a beverage, and then my sandwich was missing the au jus and I asked for ketchup for the fries expecting it to arrive quickly, but I was wrong. I waited another 10-15 min for my tea and the other items to be brought, and during this time I asked a busser for ketchup and another server for the manager. She let me know the manager was in an interview and could not come to the table, so that was great. Another ten minutes or so pass and my tea and the au jus finally appeared, and by this time my table was almost done eating and my hot sandwich was cold since I was waiting on my jus. I have never had such a frustrating experience trying to get a glass of tea, and the amount of time to get the wine and au jus corrected was inappropriate. Also, the music was BLARING. It was so loud outside I could not hear the person next to me trying to talk, and it was so loud inside we were yelling across the table. The food was excellent.

Great service! We had a large party, and our server was very accommodating. There was little to no wait. The a/c was out, which we didnt realize up front. That made it really uncomfortable. There were large portion sizes, especially the shrimp alfredo. The flatbread pizza was flavourful. My steak wasnt prepared correctly, but it wasnt worth sending back. The spaghetti and meatballs were also delicious. If you like sweet drinks, try the Pink Cadillac Martini. Theres parking on three sides of the building, so no worries there.

Riri was AMAZING!! She is funny, very attentive and AMAZING server and customer service!! I will be back and ask for her! For me its the service the server provides! Food was great and service was accurate and quick (you dont always get both at most places). We have been to this restaurant and other locations before with good experiences. We decided to have lunch here on the weekend. It was not very busy yet and we were seated immediately. Emily was our server and was very pleasant. My only criticism is I did have to ask for a refill of water when my glass was nearly empty. We got our drinks and made our food order. The food took longer than usual. We ordered the Sals Brewhouse Chicken and the cherry chipotle salmon. The chicken was very salty. The salmon did not taste like cherry or chipotle. The side dishes were good. A manager came by to ask about the food and I told him the chicken was salty. He offered to take it back but we have heard the horror stories in returning food to the kitchen, so we declined. He said he would tell the kitchen. I would have appreciated a discount on the meal. We would not order these dishes again and it just was not the usual, ideal experience at BJ s. I m not sure when we will come back or recommend this place.

The food was good and the service was great. However we are located in Texas, it is 90+ degrees outside already and I was literally sweating in the restaurant. There is no reason it should be hotter than Satans crack inside a restaurant. I can only imagine how the servers or cooks feel with how disgustingly hot and sticky it was. I took my food to-go I couldn t sit in there any longer. This location should be ashamed for allowing customers to melt in their seats. I won t be coming back anytime soon because it was such an uncomfortable experience, if I wanted to sweat while eating i d make a reservation for 1 in the saharah desert.

The manager Paul seems to not take care for the servers or deal with situations correctly which leads to an uncomfortable dining experience. The take out here is terrible. First, if you set a time be sure to expect them to complete your order at least 10 to 15 min before your pickup time so your food is cold when you arrive. The drink is tiny and the outside will be completely covered in whatever you oordered so if your child picks milk guess what... youre handed a cup covered in sticky milk. The Alfredo pasta is just dumped in the container and sauce dumped on the side. Its not mixed and looks awful. Then the last two times Ive ordered we order the chocolate ice cream and get given the nasty vanilla bean thats always melted since its been sitting out for ten minutes. I wont be returning here again. They used to care about presentation and including everything but they dont anymore.

Today I was craving spaghetti. It rained all day today so I didn t feel like getting out so I looked on Uber eats and decided to try them. I ordered meatball and spaghetti, mozzarella sticks and a Caesar salad. Everything arrived fast. It was nicely packaged and hot. I can say I truly enjoyed everything and I m a very picky person. This is not an every day dinning place to eat since the prices here are high. We come for the deep dish pizzas. Its about $30 for a large and it can feed a family of 4. We didnt like the BJs favorite (Supreme) because it had too much onion and bell peppers and not enough cheese and meats. We like the build your own better, we added jalapeños pepperoni and mushrooms. We shared a nacho appetizer which was plenty for our party of 7. We love the chocolate chunk pizzokie. They have a variety of house brewed beers. My husband likes the Jeremiah Red.

I was pretty upset about my most recent visit. The hostest checking us in told us there would be about a 20 minute wait. We didnt mind since it was later in the night. At this time it was 10:20pm. I came back into the front around 10:45 to check the status of our table. A different hostest informed us it would be another 45 minute wait. With having kids with us and having already waited 20+ minutes. We couldnt wait any longer. It was just really unprofessional. We wouldnt have minded the wait if we knew ahead of time that we had to wait that long but for us to wait the given estimate and then being told that we had to wait an additional time was rude. Anyways, we ended up leaving since the kids were hungry. Havent had an experience like this with BJs before so hopefully it doesnt happen again

Update ! My husband and I hate to give a poor review for our favorite restaurant! This was actually our 2nd date spot B4 we got married, this lets you know it s our favorite. Once again we ordered our usual vegetarian smokehouse burgers , the burgers were dry , as well as the buns. Skimpy sauce on the burgers and to top it off they no longer have the shoestring onion rings rather they have huge chunks of onion rings. The sauce seems different and was not a hit. There was an AD running about this pizza and drinks to try obviously some others seen it too. Save your money!!! Buy a pizza at Walmart the ones in the deli area would have been way better. The cheese sticks had no seasoning no flavor. The pot sticker was about the only good thing I had. Food was amazing. Josh did an amazing job. He was so nice to the kids and gave excellent service. Even the manager was helping his staff out. From the time we walked in till the time we were done everything was awesome. Kids loved their happy face potatoes. We had the prime rib with sides, soup and dessert. We feasted like kings! Lol. Parking: Its at the highlands so they usually have decent park. Sometimes you do have to park further but if you go at the right time then parking is easy. Our waitress was great, even though it was pretty busy for a Sunday night. They were completely out of mac n cheese balls, as well as their special for Sunday. We had to wait forever for our food, which our waitress explained was due to people stealing food out of the window . When it finally did come out my fiancé s steak was cold, as was my pizza. The lady who brought it to us explained that the wrong table number had been put in for our order so they didn t know where to bring it. My sister called ahead for a table, so even though the wait was crazy when we got there, we were seated within 15 minutes. The food was not good though. We ordered wings and fries, and a cinnamon roll pizookie. The fries were cold...... the wings were not seasoned (lemon pepper) and very dry, like they were sitting in a bin all day. The pizookie was almost burned on the edges but undercooked in the middle and very dry. They did comp us for the wings and fries, but I wouldnt go back...... it was way too busy to be served not fresh food.

Pretty good service for our large group for weekday lunch. It seemed like everyone got their food in a timely fashion and I didnt hear of any issues with the orders, but the folks I took to lunch at my table all indicated that their food seemed to be more pre-fab and tasted as if it had been microwaved instead of scratch made. I had the Mediterranean chicken bowl, and while it was ok, the chicken did seem like it came from a steamer bag instead of a grill. My house porter was served from a fresh keg in a chilled glass, which was fine, and our server took good care of us, but other servers kept trying to take my plate before I was done, which was a bit annoying after they tried three times in less than ten minutes.

Im over this place a little more each time I go back. They charged us full price for happy hour pizza a few visits ago. Their seasonal (temporary) beers are the only house brews worth drinking and rarely stick around for long. And last time we were there they did not honor the happy hour price for their crystal-clear NE IPA because it was a seasonal (which is not disclosed on the menu). Heres my update. The restaurant smells bad. As soon as you walk in the stinch hits you in the nose. It is definitely a smell of stale, stinky, and dirty. The place obviously needs a deep cleaning or the bar does. In the past, I have had bar tenders tell me that the smell is often coming from the bar if it is not cleaned like it should be. The smell really messes up the ambiance. The food was average. It used to be better. The waitress was very good. She was attentive and friendly; and the reason that I did not give 1 star.
