A complete scam. My MIL paid him and gave him important paperwork to make copies of for her case. He has failed to contact her or answer calls for weeks. We reached out to him via email form that we found through a legal website asking him to please reach out to us to at least give us back the paperwork. He is never at his office. And his voicemail is now full. It is so frustrating that he is keeping the paperwork and I really feel that he just took advantage of an older single woman. Please avoid at all costs.

I am impressed with the quality, speed and professionalism of the office of the lawyer David and his assistant Ani with a completely Spanish service, how many of us do not know the services of a real estate lawyer and how much it can benefit us. Highly super recommended. I fixed a closing that was 1 month late in two days. 10 stars for Attorney Davids office.

Called and they hung up on me and didnt call back even when I called and left a message. If you dont want business then be honest and tell people. No need to be rude.

Promised to research easements and sat on request for almost a year doing nothing. Didnt return calls or emails until legal action threatened. Paid a retainer upfront and did nothing. Cannot and would not recommend him.

David is a very good lawyer and I would absolutely recommend him. We hired him when a not so great builder refused to give us back our Ernest money. Not only was David kind and professional, he always called,answered my calls, and would communicate with me in a timely manner. Once everything was settled, he called me to make sure the title company returned our money. I really appreciated the personal follow up from him. Thanks David for all your help.

Title company and Law Firm all in one office , Every time we have a closing for our clientS we got free legal advice since the title company owner is an attorney , other title companies cannot give you advice because they don t have attorney on staff great value and to have peace of mind with an attorney monitoring your transaction excellent work

David is very friendly and is also very knowledgeable and helpful. He has closed several of my deals and been very professional with each deal. His staff is an absolutely a pleasure to work with. Each of my deals David and his staff has answered any questions I had and closed each deal with no problem. Unlike some other title companies David gets the job done.
