We went to Outback last night for our anniversary. We had not been there in years and after this visit we most likely not be bavk. The Bloomin Onion was burned and so greasy, my coconut was the same. I love coconut shrimp but did not eat it. The steak was ok but not very well seasoned or tender. We will probably not be returning.

The Seating Hostess didnt take into consideration my size because I was seated in the children side of the booth. There was only 2 of us. No one working there seemed to notice. They did the same seating for another couple and I heard their complaint. The food was good but I was uncomfortable eating.

Their cuts of meat are not Prime nor Choice in my opinion. Select at best. Meat is always a little bit tough for medium rare. Even the Prime Rib. I once asked if Salmon was wild caught or farm raised. GM wasnt sure then said wild caught. Again in my opinion it was farm raised. Being a foodie you can pick up on little things. At least a couple of their bartenders know how to make some good drinks.

Went to Outback to celebrate our anniversary and had no idea what was in store. Emma and the staff treated us like rock stars! Complimentary champagne, kind wishes from all the staff and a sweet gift to celebrate our 27 years! Plus the food was delicious. I saw them showing the same kindness to a birthday table sitting next to us!! Way to go Garland Outback!!

First time visiting this location. Service was friendly, but server seemed a little overwhelmed at times. Ordered soft broccoli with my steak and it came out very hard, which was surprising because I ve never had that happen before. Server took it back and the next batch was perfect. Her looks are as good as her service top tier, Madison is an amazing server. She has an amazing personality did an amazing job taking plates off of our table, was speedy with our refills. My grandfather and I have given outback numerous chances and we always have an awful experience with the food. We tried again today and have decided we will no longer be returning ever again. While the service was pretty good, I cannot say the same for the food. We both ordered ribeye steaks, although I can t really call it a steak when the majority of it was all fat and basically inedible. This has been our experience every time we go. How can you call yourself a steakhouse, when the one thing you are supposed to excel in is trash!

Atmosphere was bangin because the dog show was on and everyone in there was glued to the tv. My bloomin onion never came, so the sever took it off our bill(score). But the food was eh, and the service was actually pretty bad. She was nice and friendly, but didnt ask us anything shed just look at us from afar so we were there way too long. Also they didnt have enough shark toys for the shark attack cocktail, so it was kinda boring.

The young employees need more supervision.... Running, dancing, and flirting with each other make for a very disappointing dinner. So many mistakes on a very simple dinner order: Incorrect salad dressing Wrong wine Cheese forgetten for baked potato Etc... Plus, other issues. Too many other restaurants in the area to choose from. The sauces on each pasta dish had an after taste that was not appealing. The shrimp on top of the pasta was delicious. However, the scallops were too fishy tasting. I would not recommend the Tasmanian or the Kingsman Pasta dish. If they change the recipe on the sauce, it may make the dish taste better.

My family and I went out to Outback in Garland last night around 8 or so. There was a table being so rude to staff members and screaming profanities that we had to ask to move tables. the manager Kolin tried to resolve the issue and even at our new table we still heard this group yelling at the managers. i feel bad for the staff members but the managers handled it well. We will be back!

Our food and service was phenomenal, but more than anything the manager, Collin, made our experience fantastic! He stopped by our table to check on us and we loved meeting and chatting with him. He was knowledgeable, kind, helpful and HILARIOUS! What a gem. As we were arriving it seemed like there were some other guests there making trouble and being incredibly rude, but that did not change his attitude toward my family or the rest of the guests in the restaurant while we were there. THAT S HOSPITALITY! We will definitely be back and hope to return when Collin is in the building.

Emm was our server, and Jeff was our manager. We were a large table of 7 or 8. Service was the best I have ever had. Jeff came and talked to us and listened to our gripe about the food. He made us feel like we matter as customers. He also gave us the option of coming back and getting the order right next time. He wanted to give us our money back, but we wanted to pay we ate the food. He sent us with some carrot cake and it was good. If anything, I would go back for the desert and the service. That says a lot about a play. Experience trumps the food for us.

Called to place a Togo order at 8:55 on a Saturday night, it took 20 minutes to actually get the order placed. I had to call twice, I was continuously put on hold with people answering and putting me back on hold. Being on hold isn t so much the problem as the lack of communication from the team. I come to pick up my food and stand around in the Togo area for 5/6 minutes before anyone came to greet and take care of me. I get it if it is busy but it s around 9:30 at this point and the restaurant is dead. A couple team members were just hanging in the bar and watching the tvs. I get the food and am missing bread and the side of Mac n cheese I ordered. They try to tell me they re out of bread but I told them I used to work there and knew they weren t and that I d wait for some. I get the bread and Mac n cheese and decide to reach out to the manager hanging at the bar watching tv about my experience. The dude really couldn t seem to care less, it just seemed like every team member was checked out. The only saving grace was the food was spot on, back of house killed it. When you spend $80 on a Togo order you expect like a minimum standard of service which wasn t present. I love Outback but will not be coming back to OBG anytime soon.

I ordered the 8oz sirloin with lobster mac n cheese. The steak was very dry, and I did not enjoy the seasoning. The mac n cheese was flavorless. It was also dry. This was the worst mac n cheese Ive ever had. The service was good, but the environment was not. Waitresses standing around gossiping and waiters complaining about a guest issue. I felt it was pretty unprofessional. I wouldnt go here again, and I absolutely would not recommend it to anyone.

We had blooming onions and shrimp for appetizers. They were both Awesome. I had ribs and a loaded baked potato with a pecan salad....it was good...the ribs were falling off the bone! Everyone loved there food...they also had a drink special 4 little drinks for $20..they were different flavors of margaritas. Love this location. Everything was on point. My Aussie seasoned prime rib was great and my wife s Ribeye and shrimp were excellent. Our server Suraj was attentive and welcoming (summer intern) and manager Jeff checked on us and ensured we were satisfied. Our meal and experience was as good as many of the fine-dining steakhouses at half the price this was an anniversary meal and we felt pampered and appreciated. The Managing Partner, Ozzie Reyes, actually called me recently and we spoke for a while. He was very apologetic, understanding, patient, and urged us to give the establishment another chance after we had a rather bad experience the first time we came. After we had announced our arrival (party of 3), we came back Saturday 5/4/24. We all ordered steaks. Our waiter, Marc, was extremely attentive and charismatic. I honestly need to say that the food was absolutely incredibly tonight. The steaks were juicy, tender, and extremely tasty. The vegetables, the sweet potato, and the mashed potatoes were fresh and delicious. The cocktails were superb as well. The manager Collin came to our table several times, introduced himself, and talked to us. Maybe we had caught Outback Steakhouse on a bad night when we came the first time but tonight, it was a delightful experience. Thank you so much! You all did an amazing job! We loved the food and we also loved the fact that you took accountability for a bad night before and remedied it. Kudos!

This is our favorite Outback. The staff is always on point, weve never received bad food or service. Luke was such a polite, courteous server. My tea was never empty and our bread was always fresh & plentiful. Dalton and Colton are probably tied for 2nd favorite servers to have...also polite, prompt servers.

My visit to Outback on February 13th was nothing short of pleasant. Our server Betty was wonderful and made sure that our orders were made to our specifications. I ordered the Bourbon Bone in Ribeye medium rare with extra seasoning and it was cooked perfect. My husband ordered the pork chops and they were delicious as well. Thanks Betty for making sure our pre-valentines dinner was special.

Food is delicious and flavorful as always. We had steaks, and sides (baked potato, onion soup, and cesar salad) all were great. The waitress was not great, she sat behind and talked with other waitress. We waited 15 mins to ask her for dessert!! Despite that the service was quick The restaurant was not full, no waiting time There are plenty of free parking lots.

I was incredibly impressed by this Outback! We joined the wait list about 15 minutes prior to arriving and checked in with the hostess. We waited about 15 minutes, which was understandable considering it is a Saturday night at 7pm. From then, our experience can only be described as efficient, extremely great customer service, and delicious food! Our server, Payton, was phenomenal! I felt truly catered to. We were checked on numerous times, not only by her, but by managers. I can truly tell that this restaurant is run like a well-oiled machine and that customer service is incredibly important to them. We are on our way to an event tonight, but I will happily drive the 20 min from our home to this stellar Outback! We will come back Thank you for making us feel valued!

We came to celebrate Valentine s Day my food had to be sent back which isn t unusual for me, but the waitress and manager argued with me about that steak is well done when it was still pink and juices running all over the plate. I specifically told them to literally burn it. It s what I like. For $80 to have to take it home to cook it myself is ridiculous. The oven was down. So we ordered mashed potatoes they were cold.

Just got back from supper at our local Outback. Since it was a Friday night it was very busy. We had done the call ahead so were seated very quickly. Our server was Emma and you couldnt ask for a nicer young lady. She was very attentive and very efficient. We had a few questions and she knew exactly what we wanted. We ladies had the 3 course special (coconut shrimp) and our escort had the Alice Springs chicken and steak. Everything was delicious. The courses were timed perfectly and the empty plates were removed discretely. It all made for a very enjoyable meal. Thanks to the staff.

Party of 8. My menu was seal shut with a sticky substance. Grabbed another. We all ordered. When we asked the waiter what the sides were a snotty, its on the menu was the reply. When the food came the girl served me then said oh this is not yours after she asked me if it was mine and I said yes, she took the plate and stated there were two of the same. No, there were not two of the sane plate with the same sides. I know what my kids ordered. Then she still stood there like no its not yours. Then a burger cane out a little under cooked and she just stood there repeating the issue like that was going to change the outcome of the request to cook it longer. She was extremely rude and short. We will never go back to this location. It will be a while before we go back to any Outback, if ever. Roadhouse has better service and food. Overpriced meals. Not mention they were out of most things we asked for. I would be surprised if this location is open more than a year from now.

We had lunch. The lunch menu is small but reasonably priced and food was very good. So were the ribs and my hamburger. Eating out is expensive so we dont go out as often but at least you get a great meal here.
