There are no Mellow Mushrooms in Oregon, so when I come to te as I am excited to go there. However, they have fallen the way of every chain. They used to really lay on the toppings. Now it seems like they measure everything, and those measurements are lacking what is the point t of getting black and green olives if you cant taste them. You could count on one hand how many olives were on a slice, and thats not a lot of olives. They are small. All the toppings seemed to be a bit lacking, but the crust was still delicious.

I placed an online order at 4:27pm and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I have now been waiting an hour and am still waiting. Granted it is a Saturday afternoon, but the dozen staff members are all walking in slow motion and have little interest in actually serving the customers. Should have just ordered Dominos. We love this location, and we had my bestie s 40th there this past weekend. Service was absolutely amazing and they accommodated our large party with 0 mistakes! I highly recommend it to everyone! I ve seen some other reviews about wait times, but what you have to realize is it s fresh ingredients so it takes longer than places that don t use this level of quality. It s definitely worth it and they ve never messed up an order in the dozens of times I ve been there!

I went with family to celebrate birthdays and after waiting an hour and a half they didn t even bring out everyone s food. Seems someone forgot to put in the rest of the order and we hardly saw our waitress so we couldn t even get drink refills or ask where the rest of the food was. So some people ate and some people didn t get to. We did not get to all eat together and have a nice dinner together. It was a very frustrating experience, and it wasn t just us. Many others at the restaurant at the time had been waiting a long time as well without food. It was a terrible experience and staff seemed iffy on if they even actually were bothered about how terrible it was. I love the food, but I would never return to this restaurant. It was so frustrating that I dont see myself going to any other location ever again either. Dont go here if you arent okay with waiting an hour and a half+ and then still not being able to eat at the same time as the rest of the people youre with. I would have had a better time celebrating my birthday at mcdonalds.

I really can t say anything about the food because I never got to eat. I called ahead and advised the manager we had a big party (14) coming at 4pm. We sat down and ordered drinks and pretzels at 5pm still no pretzels and ordered pizza at 4:30 and 5pm no pizza. There were very few people there. My wife and I had to leave with my special needs granddaughter. The rest of the family stayed but everything was a mess. We came about an hour before the establishment closed and my personal experience is that most closing shifts are not that great because I used to be one. We basically had to beg for our waitress multiple times, someone had to get their own to-go tray twice and they charge a gratuity fee (a fee implemented by restaurants so they dont have to pay their employees more) that they dont tell you about when they first serve you. When one of our friends left there was no one up front for her to pay and eventually she left and we paid for her after she was standing for about 5 minutes. Its a cute place, the bar looks cool and Im sure its way better during the day but most of us waited an hour and 30 minutes to about 30 minutes for our food. I dont blame the employees for not liking a group of about 10 people coming in an hour before closing but we were also the only people there and the service was still horrible. Wheelchair accessibility: Their bathroom and their entrance was wheelchair accessible but you did have to go in the street to reach the establishments ramp which is honestly more the citys fault than the establishment.

Ordered ahead and our pizza wasnt ready when we got there so we had a few drinks at the bar. The guy with long hair and tattoos was our bartender and he was pretty cool. Chatted about music for a while. Great service. It seemed like it took forever for our pizza to come out but the drinks and conversation helped. The food was really good, probably the best pizza weve ever had, but the service was extremely slow and almost nonexistent. We waited almost 1 & 1/2 hours for 1 pizza, and it was wrong, missing toppings it was supposed to have; we were afraid to complain, didnt want to wait another hour or more for the correct pizza. I had a dinner there for my sons birthday with my family, 10 of in total. The first red flag was when I called to make a reservation and was told to call back in 45 min because there was no manager on duty. When I arrived the front of the house was a little chaotic, as 3 different people came and ask the 5 people that were there before what orders they were waiting on, but we did get seated in a reasonable amount of time. The restaurant was busy but the to-go orders were. My son was getting hungry and placed our order in before everyone else got there, it took an hour to get on pizza to us, another hour to get everyone order out. The waitress hardly checked in on us, and my pizza came out lukewarm. I had to ask another server for a refill. So it was not the experience that I wanted, but it is the one that I got.

My wifes craving for Mellow Mushroom on a Sunday led us to visit, bringing along the whole crew (all five of us). However, from the moment we walked in, the energy in the place seemed to be missing. The hostess was nowhere to be found, and it took about five minutes before anyone acknowledged us, even though the restaurant wasnt busy. Once we were finally seated, we were immediately warned that the kitchen was in chaos, and we could expect a long wait around 35 minutes or longer for our food. Despite this, we quickly placed our order, starting with some wings as appetizers, followed by our entrees. Unfortunately, the service at our table was almost nonexistent. We were told they were out of several items, and our waitress barely checked on us. To add to the frustration, we were charged extra for requesting things that were supposed to come with our order in the first place. On top of that, they were out of certain ingredients and condiments. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. When the food finally arrived, it didnt improve our mood. The Cloud 9 wings were particularly disappointing the sauce was cold and had the consistency of congealed bacon grease. The Sriracha honey wings werent much better; they were lukewarm at best and tasted as if theyd been reheated in a microwave. As for the pizzas, they were sadly lacking. Our medium pepperoni pizza had an average of just 1.5 pepperonis per slice, and the small Buffalo chicken pizza was just as sparse, with a single piece of chicken per slice. I was genuinely shocked by how poor the experience was this time at Mellow Mushroom. Weve had great visits at this location in the past, but this time was a complete letdown. I m not sure what went wrong, but I hope they get things back on track soon.

Something is going on here. Weve seen two tables walk out, and then their food arrive. It gives that the kitchen times are off. It is dead in here, and yet our spinach dip took 30 minutes. It was hot, mind you, but the time it took was far far off the mark. Great pizzas. Dine-in is usually good. Take-home experience is atrocious: orders are never ready on time (minimum 15min wait) the last 4-5 times weve ordered a large and only gotten a medium. The hosts are usually wonderful about resolving it but the fact that half a dozen people are moving around, repeatedly asking the name on our order or what the order is.

The food is delicious, but they are extremely slow at takeout orders. Multiple times now I have ordered food over the phone to pick up, and after getting there at time they said it would be ready, I have had to wait for 10-20 mins. Today I was late and in a hurry, and they didn t even put in my order and start making it until I ran in to pick it up, which was 10 mins after the time they said it would be ready. They make delicious food, including the vegan cheese pizza, but very slow and unhelpful if you re wanting food to be done on time. I think the girl that took my order today was named Marissa. We went last night to Mellow Mushroom and the service was horrible. We were seated and waited for a long time before anyone came to greet us. They say a couple after us and were helping them first. When I looked to my left there were five people standing around talking and one was vaping. Another saw me looking at them and motioned for them to help us. The waitress came, didn t introduce herself, took our drink and appetizer order. Came back and asked what it was again as she couldn t remember. Which is fine, maybe she s new no biggie. She brought the meatball trio to the table and they looked so bad the meat was grey and the cheese was literally just stuck on it. We had ordered our pizza by this point, she came to us once we finished our Caesar salad to inform us they didn t have the peppers for our pizza and what did we want to do. We asked her give us a minute so we could decide, she eventually came back and said the cook was about to put out pizza in the oven with red and green peppers if we wanted the pizza. We declined and asked for our check which she seem appalled by. The overall visit was just horrible and I was looking forward to eating there.

Updated Review: Nowadays, service here is so slow, no matter if they are busy or not; they seem to always be understaffed. Recently(7-11-24), It took them 20 minutes to place my order of 6 salted pretzels to-go and another 20 minutes to actually receive them. Unfortunately, they mistakenly gave me Parmesan pretzels, and I couldnt tell the that they were the wrong type of pretzel in the restaurant because it was dark inside. Honestly, I wouldnt have wanted to wait another 20 mins for them to fix my order. Also, the box the pretzels came in was so saturated with butter that it got all over my shirt, hands, and bag as I carried the box a short distance into my residence. This doesnt bode well, especially when I remember that, last time I was here to get one personal pizza, it also took 40 minutes for me to receive a cold pizza. Old Review (12-31-22): Its breath taking inside as lava lamps, lava lamp sculptures, psychedelic paintings, and liquid tiles give off a groovy vibe for the place. Service was unfortunately pretty slow, its taken me over 30 minutes to get my pizza. I really love their dedication towards accommodating gluten free patrons, they have gluten free crust and gluten free brownies. Im not a fan of their drinks. Their delivery is usually good too.

So today, after a marathon of joystick jamming and coin munching at the arcade, I swung by for a slice of what I hoped would be heavenly pie. I ordered a half Cosmic Karma and a half Merry Prankster, anticipating an amazing pizza. But when it arrived, I started to wonder if it was assembled by a pizza novice. The Cosmic Karma was a soggy mess, practically sweating like it had run a marathon itself. All the toppings had slid off in a tomato avalanche, leaving a sad, flavorless mess. The Merry Prankster? It was more like a chaotic jester no flavor profile to speak of and a total mess. Needless to say, I left utterly disappointed and craving some quality pizza therapy.

This place is a literal disaster. We have loved Mellow Mushroom for years. Tried to go to this one yesterday around 4:40pm. Called on the way and were told it was a 15 minute wait for 2 people on the patio. We cannot do call ahead seating - but 15 minutes isnt bad. We arrived in about 15 minutes and WOW - took over 7 minutes to be greeted. Just stood there for a while - upon being greeted we were told the patio was not open - told it was an hour and a half wait- at least - male and female who spoke to us did so in a manner that we decided we would t be comfortable eating here anyway. They were rude and unprofessional in their attire and approach. They really seemed to have their hair on fire. If these are the people you choose to be customer facing we fear who may be preparing food. Entire bar area was empty Patio empty Dining room half full. It s clear this place is being managed very poorly if at all. Dont recommend. Go to Fort Worth- it s 10/10 every time.

Just got to the fort worth location. This place is a disaster! They put up their closed for maintenance sign at 8pm on a Saturday night! There were clearly people in there eating. The place is honestly sketchy. They cant keep up with their clientele and are understaffed. This place is terrible. First time visiting, the pizza was very good in itself. The inside of the place is decorated very nice, it has a retro psychedelic feel to the place. We sat outside in the patio but there was alot of bird droppings on the table and chairs which was a bummer. We decided to order some drinks and one of the drinks was very watered down, we told the waitress and she said that she had to go ask and they told her they didn t know which drink they had poured. Food here is amazing, I ve just about tried everything on the menu. The pizzas are so beautiful to start off and the taste matches. I love the cloud 9 wings and they have great salads which says a lot since I m not a salad person. They have fresh ingredients, and they make there ranch which is bomb. The staff is friendly. We ordered two pizza and a calozon. Ordered a glass of wine and my husband ended going to the bar to get it. Bartender asked someone sitting at the bar to open it. We recieved one pizza and the calozon. The kitchen had a large meat pizza (our.pizza) and did not know whos it was and threw it away. So they had to remake it. We had to wait for cheese dip for the pretzel bits.It was sent to the table without it. We had guests from out of town with us. They whole evening was horrible. Did not think it was the waitresses fault. Kitchen and Bartender.

We ate here before a gig at the music hall next door. The experience was exemplary, even better than the stellar food and service Ive enjoyed at the now-tragically-folded Lone Tree, Colorado MM location. Havana Hoagie, two kinds of pizza, and Greek salad were all perfect. We like to spread it around, but now we have another gig in Arlington Fri nite and it might end up being a coin toss between a return to MM and Babes. Lots of good food around the Arlington Music Hall. Thanks and Kudos to MM Arlington for a great time at a fair price.

The staff was very attentive and friendly. However, we placed an online order 1 hour in advance. We arrived 15 minutes late, and still waited 30 more minutes. The wait staff checked in and offered us drinks but thats a crazy wait time for 2 pizzas and some pretzels. We then arrived at the hotel to eat and found out that they gave us the non Vegan pretzels. They did refund us without any fuss, but honestly it was an awful experience. Pizza was pretty good.

visited your restaurant in Arlington last night, 9th March around 8:20. The host was ok and prompt. But the woman waiting on us was really slow. She took our order after 20 minutes. Never asked for a refill on water when it was clearly empty. Forgot we had ordered an appetizer (the spinach dip), which was cold and under portioned. The app came after one hour and 10 minutes of waiting and no one even bothered to ask if everything was ok or it might be long even though the restaurant was not reall Busy. Then, the pizza came shiitake pie which we were told after an hour and a half that our pizza was not ready and we had to wait another 6 minutes. It took them another half hour. The pizza was cold and overcooked. It genuinely seemed like it had been sitting there for atleast an hour something. We were so disappointed with the quality that we decided to just taste it and call it a night. But that turned out to be a bad decision as me and my friend both felt iffy all night. On top of all this, they offered us 5 dollar discount as an apology, I mean 2 hours wasted and that s what we were served. Never going to visit again or recommend it. Hope you look into this

We just hosted a luncheon seminar with 17 people and the Mellow Mushroom worked great! The private room was perfect for our presentation and the food and service were top notch. Host was awful, he told the waitress to serve another table, I guess because another server was supposed get our table. He wouldnt just tell me that they didnt have any kids menus printed out when we asked about the kids menu twice, meanwhile kids were restless and hungry. We had some complications on my end with ordering for a wrong delivery date to our Airbnb this month in late February 2024. Mellow mushroom Manager- and owner were working together to refund my CC. The store was having complications with ATT services in there store, I was able to reach out to the sister store about my online order all managers and the Owner Linda and Arlington managers- all of them maybe 3-4 managers worked together with the owner-to successfully refund me. We came here as a big group and one of the deciding factors to come to this establishment was vegan cheese well they were out of vegan cheese!! We had a larger party and by the time our food got here my son didn t get to eat, they were out of burgers. . We arrived at 530 (reservation), order taken by 550 ish.Salads and wings came before drinks..pizzas came about 630. Had to go to bar to get drinks. Also paid $19.49 for a glass of cab. I guess my review is like alot of the bad reviews, food was very good, the wait was way too long ,The pretzel bites appetizer took about 20 min as well as a glass of water, Pizza came out after about 45 min, 1 was forgotten , so that one was about an hour, the manager was nice enough to not charge for that one. Multiple other people who came in after us got their food first and our waiter never even came over to apologize or let us know what was going on. I had to get the mgr involved who was very nice and did say he was sorry. But this was my first and last time.

So I want to start off by saying, we have been to this location a number of times and the food has been great. Though now, this visit kinda sucked. As we say down we were told it would be a 20 min wait on food. We got a small wait on drinks which was fine but the drinks were watered down to hell. I got my meatball hoagie after about forty five minutes. The sandwich was bland and tasted gross. While I got my food in forty five minutes, my husband and friend got theres at almost an hour. Server was very nice but didnt enjoy hearing employees argue a few feet from out table. Not coming back, screw this place.

I went with a friend for lunch around 2 and it was pretty relaxed. The waitress was really nice and even offered to do a half and half pizza when I couldnt decide. I love that they have several vegetarian options on the menu. They are very flavorful and the crust is magic. I enjoyed both halves of my pizza but the crust was by far my favorite. Did I mention the crust was really good? Vegetarian options: There were vegetarian options in all sections of the menu and they were clearly marked.
