I have used Mark twice for family matters and he s always been extremely caring, friendly and professional. He always kept me informed as to what was going with my custody and divorce. Signing my decree and Zoom meeting to finalize made things so easy, smooth and stress free. Both parties signed by 8am and I was divorced by 2:30pm. I m so thankful to have had him help me. I definitely recommend him!

Although we never hoped to need the services of a lawyer, I am so grateful to have found Mr. Darling. At our initial meeting I was so nervous, unsure about things and intimidated. Mr. Darling took time to fully explain the case to me and the process to getting this taken care of. He answered my questions in a way I could understand and was willing to listen to thoughts I had that may help in my case. I left his office feeling confident in what my next steps needed to be and grateful that I did not feel any judgement from him. 3 weeks ago I was driving. I see Mr Darling sign so I turn around and walk into his office. I ask if I could speak to Mr Darling for 5 minutes and he said sure despite he was working on someone case. I tell him I would like to adopt my 2 cousins. He said sure I can help you. I tell Mr Darling I need to adopt them ASAP. Mr Darling get on top of everything right away. I give him all the information and he file the court documents in couple days, Home study in couple days, CPS report and Criminal background check in couple days. We did Zoom court today. I am extremely happy the judge approved the adoption. Thanks to Mr Darling my 2 cousins are safe in my care. I really appreciate how Mr Darling help me last minute. He push to make sure the kids were safe in my care after i explain the situation to him. He charge me way less than what 2 other Lawyers tell me. Mr Darling was so professional in Court. After court Mr Darling get me copy of the Adoption papers sign by the judge. I highly recommend Mr Darling because his price is reasonable, he is so professional and he get on top of things.

I paid Mark Darling nearly $20k for divorce/custody issues at the rate of $2500 a day with no success. He didn t even ask the witnesses any questions on my behalf. The last time I saw him I gave him almost $7,000 in cash and he never returned my calls and never informed me of court dates that I missed and resulted in me losing custody of my children, I lost any rights to the home I lived in for 10 years that was consequently sold by my ex husband for $100k over our purchase price, I was court ordered to pay $1600 a month in child support for one child even though I stayed home with the children, had Epilepsy, and my ex husband was on full disability through the VA. My divorce was finalized just 3 days shy of our 10 year anniversary and I didn t even know I was divorced with not even rights to my car or a stitch of clothing and now my child is in Florida. I can t work because Ive never made $12,000+ a month to incur such a high child support. I wasn t granted the usual 2 years of health insurance, half of my ex husband s retirement for being married to the man that cheated on me with prostitues for 10 years. I had recording of my ex husband abusing my children and he did nothing and left me with in a situation with my hands tied and my heart broken. He wouldn t answer his phone, return emails, and has grossly misused his position of power. This man has ruined my life.
