Kat and Sarah have been WONDERFUL to work with. Kat is super personable and on top of each step of the process. She went to bat for us with regard to the requests and questions we had for the sellers. She knew what was reasonable to ask for and what might diminish our chances at getting the things we really found important.She talked us through each question we had and was a great advocate for us. I felt totally at ease and confident with her as our mouthpiece and intermediary. Sarah worked out all of the details and communicated with us in advance of our to-dos and was really helpful along the way. We greatly appreciate all of their help and guidance and would recommend them to absolutely anyone looking for a new home.

Sarah always had our back and was always honest to a fault. Any time we had questions she was able to answer them, And if she did not know she would do her research to make sure she gave us the correct response to our question. Nick is an outstanding realtor. I cannot recommend him highly enough. First, he sold our house quickly in this challenging market. Secondly, he and his staff are so incredibly service oriented, efficient, and responsive. He is very knowledgeable about this increasingly complex process to sell a home and he s also very knowledgeable about the area. Anyone who s sold a home knows how stressful the whole process can be, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have had Nick to guide us and answer any questions. His assistant, Sarah, was also a godsend. She helped us so much, even after closing. I think the other piece that Nick brings to the table is that he s realistic with you. He knows what the comparables are, he knows the area and he will let you know at what price you can get the most for your house while still being able to move the house in a timely manner. Last but not least, he also recommended another outstanding Keller-Williams realtor in a different state for buying our new home. We already recommended him to one of our neighbors who is thinking about selling. I would highly recommend Nick to friends or family!

We were so fortunate to have found Kathryn Burrow. As our Realtor, she was patient we us and worked with our schedule to visit homes. In short, she was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. He was highly recommended by a friend and I am so grateful to have had our house hunting and buying process with a realtor that has had many years of professional experience and connects with the same comfort and ease as a good friend. He is very knowledgeable and readily and confidently accepts the real estate challenges for his clients. I have never done business with someone as dynamic as Kevin. He seemed to be constantly working for us and stayed a couple steps ahead of all situations to make any pivots in our process optimistic and less stressful. I consider myself quite particular about certain things in a home that maybe other buyers aren t and I was impressed that Kevin picked up on them during our visits to prospective homes so that he could help me recognize them and guide us knowing better what we actually wanted in a home. He was clearly looking out for us as clients and not out just for the profits. Kevin Malan was our buyers agent. GREAT AGENT!!! He listened to what we wanted and didnt want, sent us new listings every day. If we wanted to see one he got us a showing that fit our schedule. Kevin always arrived early to welcome us. It was great not hanging out in strange neighborhoods waiting for our agent to arrive. Kevin would point out good and not so good things about the homes. He didnt try to hide bad stuff just to make a sale. Loved that! Thanks Kevin for taking such good care of us!!

Coming from New York to Texas, with different laws and to do s. For my family and I purchasing a home, they provide guidance and pair us up with the know how s. Incredibly happy with the first class customer experience I received with Service First. I worked with Nicholas Himes, and he not only made me (a first-time buyer) feel very comfortable, he also made sure I understood the process, every step along the way. Despite being in a different time zone, Nick and his team always made themselves available to answer any question I had or assuage any pending worry. I wanted to buy my first home and I got lucky to connect with Scott Gustafson from Keller Williams. The things that I really liked about Keller Williams/Scott Gustafson They did not want to rush us in selecting and buying a home. They had time for us and were willing to show us homes we wanted to see. We had no experience of buying a home and sometimes we panicked with things, Scott was always there to help. They understood the needs and likes of mine and my wife and showed us homes and places based on our taste. We decided to buy a newly built home. Scott from Keller Williams personally visited with us to home demos and pointed shortcomings in the building to the builder so they could fix it, it was a great help since we had no clue on what to point out and what not to. Keller Williams was always on our side and we felt supported in all the steps especially at closing when things were getting delayed and it was a danger of the builder pulling back from the deal, Keller Williams took control and persuaded Mortgage company not to delay the closing. All in all I am very happy and I feel very lucky to find Keller Williams who found us our first dream home. I highly recommend them, they are truly professional and very helpful.
