A great place for YouTube Video and commercial photo / video shoot for small business. Nice and warm atmosphere (it is not the warehouse). We especially like the privacy as we got entire building for ourselves when booking this studio. Strongly recommend this place.

Now this is whats up. This place is prime to shoot a movie, documentary, video podcast, photoshoot, you name it.. Located near UTA, and its a great location if you major in media and fine arts, journalism, photography, etc.. The rental on this place is more than reasonable, and my team and I will be renting again.

Shot here on a Sunday morning and it was great- space is open and inviting. Owners provide so many options for light and backdrops and clear instructions on how to use everything. You let yourself in and just clean up when you leave. It also has a cool lobby for greeting or doing interviews. Owners are very responsive and friendly, cant recommend this place enough

It s expensive for what it is, which is essentially a small space of rubber wood by some backdrops. There is no noise cancellation at all. You can still hear the street next to it. The lighting until you set up the soft boxes is just okay. I might use this space again, but it would be simply due to their flexibility when scheduling. Other than those things it is a mostly clean place that is like shooting at a friends apartment.
