Came out to Dirty Bones to watch the opening NFL game on Friday September 6th and they did not have the game on. This is literally the only sporting event playing tonight, instead they had a replay of the Thursday night game on. I requested 3 different people to put the game on and they all said that they were working on it, however after 45 minutes and the first quarter being over we went to happiest hour (less than a block away) and proceeded to watch the game on no less than 30 TVs. I would suggest cutting out the middle man and going straight to Happiest Hour.

On Wednesday, July 24, 2024, we came to your establishment for a birthday celebration. Oh boy, we certainly received a treat with Emma. She is the most unprofessional and rude individual we have ever encountered. While we waited for our party, we decided to get drinks. Our party was running behind so we decided to go ahead snd separate from that party to eat as we had a very hungry 8 year old. Everything Emma did and said was improper. She told us that we couldnt order until our party arrived. We explained again to her that we were no longer with that party. She began to get extremely rude and if Im being honest, she was very racist. My husband said that we were not going to be treated that way so he paid the bar tab and we were getting ready to leave. Marco, the night manager asked us what was wrong. As we explained, she disrespectfully said,I told him that HD had to wait for his party. He act like he cant hear! Marco told her to be quiet and go to the back. He asked us not to leave so we stayed but very pissed at this point. Emma was very insulting and it looks like from other yelp reviews that this is recurrent behavior. She should not be working with the public. Because if her racist behavior, we will not be back. For our inconvenience of terrible customer service, Marco could have least comped our meal. That would have in some way let us know that he valued us as customers.

So disappointed! The food took forever for it to come out and the place wasn t busy at all. When the food came out, it wasn t hot. I noticed that the bartender and other service members didn t even wash their hands after handling dirty dishes and making drinks. I was hoping to have a great experience after reading the reviews but I won t be back.

Tonight is our second night here and we absolutely love this place. We recently moved to the area and came in last night to give it a try. Let me say we love it. Vincent the GM was super nice and definitely went above and beyond to make sure our first visit was a great one. Ema is the bartender and she is very nice and make sure you never are in need of anything. Ruth was the cook and all our food was super hot and freshly made. I can t enough great things about the food and staff. Definitely a must try if you re in the area. Literally right across the street from the AAC. Very convenient!!&

Attended a concert at AAC and this restaurant was conveniently located across the street.... However, our waitress we were supposed to have literally didnt seem to want to take our drink order or give us a hello of any kind... We had to wait almost 30 to 45 minutes and repeatedly asking if someone could take our order and finally got a different wonderful waitress who gave the best service!! I ordered the chicken quesadillas they have on the menu and was not impressed at all. We were a total party of about nine people, teens & adults and about half of us said the food was okay... I feel like if we had gotten the second waitress the first time it wouldnt have been so bad but their food could use a little more flavor...hope this helps, If youre looking to get a quick bite before a concert, next time well try a different place...

My husband and I are staying across the street for our Anniversary weekend. We stopped by yesterday on a whim and were so impressed with the staff, atmosphere, and the food! I woke up this morning thinking about the Queo-Dillas and Dirty Tots. Just got back from our second visit and still amazing! We had the same server and she is the best! We tried the Boneless Wings with the PBJ and 24k Gold sauces. So good and not over powering flavors which can be a problem with wings! We will probably be back tomorrow to try the Double Smash Burger. You seem to have the perfect recipe for a successful restaurant. Please open one in Louisiana!!!

Today, I visited Dirty Bones for lunch and I must say that it was worth the stop. My order was 10 bone-in wings (24 KT Gold (which looks and tastes like the precious metal) only looks, And the Jamaica (taste like authentic jerk chicken). Last but not least the order of Shoestring Onions is a decent amount and easy to digest. If you looking for good wings in the Downtown Dallas area or DFW area I highly recommend trying this place or looking for something to eat before an event at the American Airlines Center

I went into this restaurant for the first time today. I was asked if I wanted a menu, by the gentleman behind the bar. I told him a wasnt sure, because I wasnt alone, but that Id take a glass of water. While I was drinking the water the person I was meeting came from the restroom. I gestured toward the menu and he gestured towards the door, so I got up from the bar and left. While waiting outside to cross the street, the individual behind the bar came out and told me that if I needed to use the restroom I should have said that, instead of making him do all that work. I expressed that I didnt use the restroom and that all I had was a water, which is obtained behind the bar where he was working. He repeated the same statement and went back into the establishment. At this point I followed him inside and requested a Manager. If the employee had an issue with the use of the restroom, he should have addressed the individual who used the restroom, not me. He also had no reason to chase after me as if Id left an unpaid tab or ate a large meal and didnt tip. He behavior was rude, unprofessional, unwarranted, uncouth, and inappropriate. I do not know how management has or will address the situation, but this review is being left as record of the service recieved. I didnt have an opportunity to try the food today and now I wont try it in the future. I also plan to tell everyone that I am connected to about the experience.

I have been here several times before the Dallas Mavericks Basketball games. Always have had excellent service despite the restauraunt being very busy. The food has always been delicious. They have many options and outdoor and indoor seating. It can get loud inside and they have several televisions playing different sports. We came to eat and watch the Mavs game. Horrible 1st timw experience. When we got out tower mimosa the nates came with it. The 1st round of food came and even more nates came. There were in our drinks and getting on our food. Waitress moved us to the opposite side where there were no nates. Ashanti was nice. We sent back the tower because they were inside of the container, We order more food since they had gotten in order food too and asked if we could get a replacement tower and the bartender was rudeeee. As an avid chicken wings enthusiast, my expectations were high, especially with the promise of a diverse range of sauces right in my neighborhood. We showed up at 6:00 on a Thursday evening passing by two empty patio tables on our way to the door. There were only two small groups of 4 in front of us, so it should have been a breeze. It was not. We stood waiting. Being ignored by server after server. The host kept talking to people in line and then disappearing for 5 minutes at a time. After waiting 15 minutes, I asked a server if I could seat myself and was sternly refused. Eventually I was seated after about 25 minutes at one of the two tables I had walked by earlier. The host warned that they might not be able to serve us before the 7:00 game time. We decided to take our chances and took the seat. After the waitress ignored us for another 5 minutes, we decided to leave. 35 minutes waiting on a table that was open when we got there. That is something else. The food that we saw walk by looked good, but this wait staff disgusted me so much with their disregard that I don t see myself ever coming back.

PINK WINGS. Imagine my disgust as I bite into a wing and noticed the pink. My attention was cause because the center was not very warm as I looked down and saw pink, not fully cooked boneless wing. To add to my frustration, this is the second out of third time I ve been here. The last two times they forgot my tator tots. Today when I told the server that she forgot my tots and I ordered boneless and not bone in she gave me an attitude and insisted I said boneless. I was hungry and not in a mood for debate so I just got my tots and left. Very sad because I do like the sauces this establishment provides as well as the wings, when they are fully cooked. Consider my business lost, as well as all my coworkers who work in this area.

So, I just inhaled my second order from Dirty Bones and I m telling you that these may be the BEST wings I ve had! Very meaty and great flavor. Very impressed. I also got a side order of onion strings and they were very good with the complementary side of a sweet/spicy BBQ sauce. Both times I got my food to-go so can t say a whole lot about the service but I will say the staff I did interact with upon pickup was personable and friendly. Keep up the good work team. We wanted to arrive early for a concert at AAC and found Dirty Bones conveniently located next to the arena. Although almost empty when we arrived around 3 p.m., they filled to capacity as the workday ended and concert time approached. Fortunately, our service was outstanding the entire time - no matter how many customers came in, they always took great care of us. The boneless wings, Dirty Tots, stuffed jalapenos, and other appetizers were served hot and fresh...and all were delicious!!! Thanks, Dirty Bones - we will be back the next time we visit the AAC.

We attended a concert at American Airlines Center and before arriving I searched for food nearby. I thought this would be perfect because it looked delicious and seemed like it would be quicker service if we were short on time. All of those things were correct. It is perfectly located across the street from the American Airlines Center. We were able to watch for doors to open as we ate our food. The service and atmosphere was great. Conveniently nestled into Victory Park, across the street from the American Airlines Center, Dirty Bones is perfect for a quick bite. It s a causal bar offering a wide selection of wings (bone-in & traditional), fries, and drinks. With my family, we ordered 15 wings: Jamaican, garlic parmesan, and honey bbq. Along with regular and sweet potato fries. All of the food was good. I have no real complaints. The wings could ve been cooked a little longer (I prefer crispy wings), but the flavor was definitely present. I also appreciated how they have both wet and dry sauces. We spent about $56. I d definitely go back.

The service was horrible! Even though the place was not busy at all we waited over 40 minutes for our food with no explanation. We asked for the salads to come out first and was told it would be put it and brought out when ready but they came out with the wings. Once the food finally came we sat there swatting away knats that landed on our plates The GM came out and had a very loud disturbing passive aggressive conversation with another customer about the cable box not working so one game showed on all 20 tvs killing the entire vibe of the atmosphere!! The GM said customers who request a game are honored if they are there first and everyone else has to watch that requested game unless the Cowboys are playing. We ended up watching a game that was a blow out at the half and we was sure whomever had requested that game had long left. Never going back and wouldn t recommend anyone else going. The saving grace for us was the food was flavorful, tasty and hot just not worth the headache.

My problem was with the service. We specifically asked the waitress is it possible to split a 10 piece (bone and boneless). She said, Yes of course. However, she charged us for two 5 pieces. Which is $8 more. Since they automatically charge 20% gratuity, I figured this was her way of upcharging, getting a larger tip and hoping that I didnt notice. I went to her afterwards and she tried to explain. There was no explanation. Theres no reason to not give the customer what they asked or at least explain exactly how things work. This is piss poor service. Beware of this when ordering here.

We ordered the fried pickle fries and were severely underwhelmed with the flavor, it was so bad that you didn t even get a hint of spice from the hot cheetos. Then my husband ordered a 5 piece of wings and one of them was extremely hot compared to the rest. We saw there was a wing roulette featured on the menu, unique concept, we did not want to participate. There was no sweet tea which is honestly a disgrace here in Texas but to top it off its $16 for a ten piece of wings no side included and the wings have hardly any meat on them. We stumbled upon Dirty Bones after our Katy Trail run and had only meant to cool down with a frosty cocktail. Then we figured no harm in ordering some wings as well before moving on and were impressed with how good they were. The bartender was super friendly and even threw in some complimentary tator tots. We went to Dirty Bones before our movie. We will NEVER return to this establishment. My husband had to go to the back to let the staff know we had been there 10 minutes. Kayla came out and was VERY annoyed. Please don t work in restaurants if you you hate the customer part of your job. The drinks were very good. The mild wings were nothing to write home about. I recently visited Dirty Bones with a group of friends, and I must say that our experience was nothing short of a letdown. From the moment we walked through the door until the very end of our visit, it was abundantly clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for this establishment. The most glaring issue we encountered was the excruciatingly long wait time for our food. We were told upon arrival that there would be a short delay, which we accepted graciously. However, what followed was an hour and a half of watching tables around us receive their orders while we sat there, growing increasingly hungry and frustrated. It was as if we had been completely forgotten by the staff, who seemed more interested in attending to other guests. The lack of communication and transparency regarding the delay only exacerbated our disappointment. As time dragged on, we observed other patrons who had arrived after us being served their meals promptly. It was incredibly disheartening to see their enjoyment as they savored their food while we were left waiting in hunger. The feeling of being overlooked and undervalued as customers was overwhelming and deeply disconcerting. Even when our food finally arrived, it was a mere shadow of what we had expected. The dishes lacked the freshness and quality we had heard so much about. It was evident that the prolonged wait had taken a toll on the preparation and presentation of our meals. The flavors were lackluster, and the portions were underwhelming, leaving us feeling unsatisfied and regretful about our choice of dining venue. Furthermore, the overall ambiance of the restaurant was subpar. The noise level was uncomfortably high, making it difficult to hold a conversation without shouting. The cramped seating arrangements did not provide much privacy or comfort, and the general cleanliness of the place left much to be desired. Dirty tables and stained utensils were an unfortunate sight that only added to our growing sense of disappointment. Considering the steep prices charged by Dirty Bones, one would expect a level of service and efficiency that matches the upscale image they project. Unfortunately, this was far from the reality we experienced. The lackadaisical approach to customer satisfaction and the significant delay in serving our food showed a disregard for our time and patronage. In conclusion, our visit to Dirty Bones was a frustrating and disheartening experience. The interminable wait for our food, coupled with the sight of others being served before us, left us feeling neglected and undervalued as customers. The lackluster food quality and less-than-impressive ambiance only added to our disappointment. It is with regret that I cannot recommend Dirty Bones to anyone seeking an enjoyable dining experience.

Went in on a Friday afternoon, werent more then about 12 people and only 4 of us were waiting on food...what I found ridiculous is how long it took not only for our order to be taken about mins and food to be brought out. we arrive around 3:30 and got our food 4:30- 1 hour to get 15 wings tots and a salad. kick your feet up because this is a little long. We went at 3pm and there were 7 total people in the entire restaurant. The bar tender came over and took our order 15 minutes after we arrived. Brought us our drinks 10 minutes later then a few minutes later came back over and asked if we wanted to order drinks and food? We all looked at each other confused because we just ordered with him. He walked away then 15 minutes later said the computer crashed and wanted to take our order again. Meanwhile a few people at the bar came in after us and got their food but the computer crashed .

Food is pretty good, drinks, including sodas are watery. We never got soda or water refills. We ordered chicken sandwiches that have the option of fries or tots (we asked for fries). Our food was brought out without the fries so we asked again for the fries, the guy went and asked the kitchen if the meal came with fries. He came back and said that we were right and that they would be right out. The guy never came back. The waitress came over with our check and I asked for the fries again. She brought the fries right out for us. The issue was resolved but it took much longer than it should have.

I asked what that was, the bartender said it s where they don t have to keep reprinting menus due to price fluctuations. I came here after the stars game today, the bartender (bald white man) looked mad that we were there. He proceeded to yell at us asking us what we wanted after waiting for 15 mins at the bar. Witnessed him yell at a lady for wanting to order some food. MY EXPERIENCE WAS JUST That BAD ! We very patiently and understandably waited AS THE bartender very stressfully waited on the very few people around us! I absolutely get the whole issue of being being busy right after a game let s out. Honestly I was surprised it wasn t that crazy busy:. Missed opportunity.. might be your staff. There were two seats right up front open so we sat down and waited a 20 minutesANYONE SPOKE TO US. Even serving people who sat down to the right and left to us. Finally when we were asked what we wanted I was literally laughed at .. that was fun.. I m guessing it was the bar manager that came over to ask us if we need d anything after that. I was DONE AND THAT POINT But she was as the MOD and she was awesome !! She did what she should have but the constant mouth running and unprofessional attitude from the guy at the bar oh my god. So bad. This is 110 percent why your bar isn t crowded with a wait after games. Hire better train better This guy was TERRIBLE. We went their 12/28/2022, before going to a concert across the street. We ordered an app. It was forgotten in the window, though we asked our waitress several times. It was cold by the time we got it, and it had a loooooooong hair in it. Asked our waitress several times for silverware before just going to the bar and getting it ourselves because she kept forgetting. Our waitress forgot my beer 4 times. The beer was lukewarm at best. We waited over an hour for our food, asking the waitress to check on it several times. Finally we said forget it, and told the waitress to cancel the order. We paid out for the cold hairy appetizer and lukewarm beers, and not one employee tried to make it right. NEVER GOING BACK.

These are perfect wings! I mean cooked 10/10 crispy + juicy! The spicy garlic was amazing! The lemon pepper amazing! He brought out the wrong flavor of boneless wings to my girlfriend and acted like it was our mistake. When clearing the table he had dropped a few utensils and proceeded to kick them right in front of us. He did the bare minimum and the fact that 20% gratuity was included in my check is horrendous. I will not be back. Need to start training your servers to do better for your paying customers.

I went to dirty bones before and after a hockey game and the experience was so fun! It s conveniently located right across the street from AAC and the drinks are delicious! So Ive been wanting to try this spot for sometime now, My Family and I finally went on Saturday!(11/5/22) Service was Ok(the lady took a long time in everything & there was not even a lot of people there) The Main thing that really got to me is The lipstick/chapstick or whatever it was around the rim of my cup!! Honestly we really like the food here, but I agree with what some others have said in their reviews about the bill/pricing. There is an odd service fee that I m not sure what it s related to if it isn t tax but it also isn t tip and they will ask things like if you want carrots and then charge you for them. Not a huge deal, but I just think more transparency would be nice and appreciated. Most of the bad reviews here aren t related to the food because the wings and appetizers are good.

Food was great! But had an unpleasant experience with waiter. In the food and restaurant industry I believe it is important to always come with your best attitude, especially, towards customers. Our waiter was very rude and impatient. We weren t even done and he came to our table with the tab wanting us to pay already. As I stated, we weren t even done eating better yet finished with our drinks. I would have given 5 stars had it not been for our rather poor service. Otherwise the food was great!
