I order 2 hamburgers and they only gave me one. I realized it until I arrived home. I called them and told them about it and I had to inconvenience to drive back to pick the missing hamburger. If you go there I would recommend to check your food before your leave because they do not care. I told the staff (Emma) I wasnt happy about it and they react like they do not care at all.

I ordered a medium cheddar peppers and medium cheese sticks with some corn dogs. Before I could even request additional sauce staff hangs up. I asked the car hop for a few sauces cause I m sorry but one is not enough for a medium order. Car hop begrudgingly goes back to get them and then they charged for it. I have been to many Sonics in the metroplex and this is the only one that has charged for extra dipping sauces. Needless to say, won t be back. Food arrived cool for being fried.

I ordered four of the sausage breakfast burritos & was very disappointed. The eggs werent scrambled light & fluffy. They were laid on the griddle to cook thin & flat. I couldnt even taste them. The entire filling was minimal so I mostly tasted the flour tortilla. Nothing like the picture. Ive enjoyed these in the past when they were cooked & assembled correctly but will NOT be ordering them in the future. Major disappointment!!!

Sonic is CLUTCH! Make sure you have the App so that ALL YOUR DRINKS are half price. As of 10/5/2023 you can get a 44 Oz powerade for $1.52. A 32 Oz powerade is almost $2 at Walmart. So thats a win right there. Also, whenever you order on the App just pull up to the drive through speaker and let them know you placed a Mobile Order under the name _____. And they get you your order quickly. Lastly, did you know their servers make BELOW minimum wage and need tips? Me either, but they do. So, tip your server OR find a sonic that has a drive through and use the drive through so you dont feel guilty about not tipping. Their ONION RINGS ARE THE BEST!

If youve ever been to Sonic you know whats up. Cherry limeade, #1 burger with cheese, sheeeeet. I will say its been a bummer since they dropped the watermelon syrup to mix with sprite/sodas/slushies but you gotta respect the game, switch to cherry or raspberry maybe. Sonic is Sonic, but this is a great location!!! Vegetarian options: Some! Dietary restrictions: Cheese, syrup, I mean, watch yourself if you on a diet. Parking: Dine in, pull in, sonic parking! THIS IS IN REGARDS TO ELI. My family has over 300 fast food restaurants ourselves. Whatever Eli has, wasn t trained into him that kid had great service, quick and was able to handle the situation of a long wait time. Not his fault, nor is that being reviewed. That kid can go far so Sonic, make sure he gets mentored by a single unit franchisee(proven to be more passionate) or a really good district manager. If not if he s bilingual. He s hired.

This was TERRIBLE. Double charged me for onion rings and my cheeseburger was missing cheese. Yes, he came back and took back the second order of onion rings I was overcharged for, but when he took back the jr. Burger to fix, we got back the same burger with a cold piece of hard cheese. The burger at this point was no longer warm, and the cheese was solid in the burger. I have NEVER received a burger with cheese that wasnt melted. Ive never been to this location, but I surely WILL NEVER be back. P.S. he took my receipt when he took the food to be fixed, but we never got the receipt back.

I had a hamburger and then ordered the hot fudge sundae. With taxes it was over $3,00 and was not much soft serve vanilla ice cream and most of the hot fudge stuck to the cup. Very disappointing and ironically right next door to Braums where I wouldve gotten better ice cream.

If I could give them ZERO stars I definitely would! I put in an order through the mobile app for 2 drinks only. I was sitting in a stall, and immediately checked in for my order. The monitor on my stall recognized my check in immediately and began showing me the status of my order. 20 minutes later still no drinks. Once the monitor showed my server was about to arrive, NOBODY ever did. I waited another 5 minutes before pressing the red button to get someone to talk to me about this for the courtesy of giving the server a little more time. I pressed the button and 10 minutes later still no response. Even changed the stall and again no response. This is a trash location.

I was at stall # 8. The back ground noice was too much that I couldn t hear him. After couple of times repeated myself . I told him would you please step somewhere quite. I ordered the bacon double cheeseburger with onion rings, limeade, and a kids tender meal with applesauce and lemonade. The limeade tasted like Sprite with hardly any sweet. Almost like soda water. So Alex replaced it. The second one tasted like soda water with two pieces of lime. The bacon was so hard to bite through and chew so that I gave up on the burger. The onion rings were bland. Such a disappointment as I remember being so excited as a kid to go to Sonic even if it was to get just a limeade as they were so delicious. With all of the burger places available in the DFW area there is no need to return.

This Gen Xer has been getting the Tuesday special (on occasion) for ? 30 years. I asked for the Tuesday special as I normally do at another nearby location and instead she explained the only way to get that was order on the app. The original purpose of marketing was to bring the customer to your facility to do business. We have lost sight of that with technology. I could download the app and do as told .... but I chose not to . I left and went to Culvers and spent more for myself and my daughter.

Great drinks - cherry limeade is a must, natural lemonade with fruit, fantastic shakes, and unique and traditional slushes, literally thousands of variations. Food is usually very freshly made, hot, but obviously not the healthiest. Im sad Sonic took all their salads off the menu and service can be slow in peak times, but overall a great fast food place that the whole family loves. For those with allergies, not much to pick from, other than maybe tots and drinks and items without buns or tortillas, but not guaranteed to be gluten-free as they fry tots in the same oil and food is not kept separate. Nice treats once in a while and overall a location we use fairly often as a family.

This place has become terrible. Went there today to get a simple milkshake and the person taking my order couldnt get the order right. All I ordered was a Banana and Peanut Butter shake. She kept entering and repeating back Banana Pudding shake. I corrected her at least 6 times. She was so frustrated thinking she had it right and I kept telling her the order was incorrect. After she started giving me attitude I wished her good luck and I left. This wasnt a noise issue. English wasnt her first language and I can totally appreciate that. But when a customer is repeatedly telling you the order is wrong and no one else steps in to help, thats just bad business. Im done with this location. Being that I live less than a mile away, its a bummer Ill have to drive further to get to a competent Sonic, but its better than driving a mile to come back home empty handed because the person taking the order cant understand the difference between Banana with Peanut Butter and Banana Pudding. Being that I live close by I have ordered that shake countless times in the past without issue. Apparently theres someone new taking orders, or someone I had never encountered before, and they should not be in that role without support. Ill be going to the one on Custer from now on.

This sonic cannot get orders correct...never fails that our burgers are wrong. The screen will be right but they always come wrong. It is like the cook cannot read....mustard and ketchup is not mustard and mayo. 1 time I can understand, 2, 3, 4... Make sure you thoroughly check your order.

When I drove buy this Sonic my daughters yelled out, Daddy, daddy,... Weve never been to Sonic before,... can we try it out? I made a quick U-turn to find out that the service was good but the intercom caused a lot of misunderstandings. They could understand me and I couldnt understand them. I had one big complaint. They brought me my order and the bill was $5-$6 more than the sign/ food-board said. The server said the prices went up and they just hadnt changed the prices. No! They did not reimburse me the difference. I did not say anything due to not wanting my kids to have a first-time bad experience.
