I called two shops near me today, both were very accommodating, however THIS business had the part for my phone ready, said it would take forty minutes--over the phone. I quickly dropped off my phone with badly cracked glass, worried about the screen turning black, but she assured me it was fine. I came back in forty minutes, and my phone was fixed! Called them first thing in the morning and gentlemen said it would take 45 mins. Dropped my phone off and came back, phone screen looked awesome and they even had screen protectors which they put on. The biggest kicker for me, is when I went to sign for payment, there was no options for gratuity. So you can definitely come in, get your moneys worth, and not worry about being quilted into giving a little extra on top. 10/10 would come here for repairs again.

Ive never broken or cracked a device until recently. the pictures are the befores and afters of the first time I broke it a few months ago. I sent them a message for a quote and they responded immediately and they were super helpful. the fix took about 45 mins to an hour just like they had said! did some grocery shopping in the mean time haha. I just broke it again yesterday morning and they responded immediately after opening and it only took about 30 mins this time. the people here are so friendly and helpful especially subash, he is a fantastic dude and I appreciate him! thank you all so much for your help, I will be coming here for any future breaks and I recommend 10/10!!!

Don t go here would not give this place a star at all Came here to get a screen fix on an iphone the phone worked for only 8 days after having the screen replaced and does not work took it back here because they said we had a warranty if we had any issues and now they said because the screen had one little scratch on it the warranty voided out. who s to say this screen wasn t already defective when we bought the new screen for the phone. Worse place to take your phone for repairs. The phone was never dropped after the replacement screen was fixed. I don t know how a little scratch could affect a phone from turning on unless it was dropped or more damaged to the screen.

Thinking very carefully when you come to this store.When I went with the screen of my cell phone broken, the man who is from Pakistan changed the screen and put a blue one that hurt my eyes, then he removed that screen and put it back on the broken screen of my cell phone and he poured alcohol on my cell phone and the cell phone went completely black. Its good that I was able to go to another store repair cell and she changed the screen and the LCD her name is Nancy she repair very well cell, and she charged me cheaper than this store. Do not come here if you plan to trade in your iPhone The screens they use to replace iPhone screens are not Apple approved. I got my cracked screen replaced in order to immediately go trade it in for the full value but when I went to trade it in, they couldn t accept it as a trade in because the water damage indicator that is hidden on the back of Apple approved screens was missing. So not only did I completely waste $100 on a new screen that I now don t need, I was also cost an $800 trade in which would have got me a brand new phone for free but now the trade in value is $0 I now can t get a new phone and have to keep this one until I can afford to spend $200 on a real Apple screen elsewhere to get any trade in value. The guy working was nice and had my screen changed out in 15 minutes so if you re planning to keep your phone forever or recycle it when you get a new phone then this is a cheap and easy fix but if you ever plan to trade in your phone you should go elsewhere to avoid the heart ache. EDIT: in response to the owner, I did tell him I intended to trade it in. Also there are absolutely phone repair shops that have Apple certified screens, I talked to them, they are just more expensive than your shop. And getting the sticker put onto the off brand screen will do nothing for trade in value because the screen is not Apple. Aside from it not being an Apple certified screen it is also faulty. The tap to wake function no longer works and I can only turn on the screen by pressing the power button. Very rarely will tap to wake work after about 20 taps. The screen brightness now rarely will auto adjust to outside light. Minor inconveniences but still manageable. In the last few days however, my screen has almost become possessed and will scroll or tap on things without me touching the screen and won t stop until I turn off the screen only for it to start up again a few minutes later. If I m texting my screen will start typing random letters, on Instagram it will like posts, mute and unmute videos over and over, scroll through without being touched and scroll up when I m trying to scroll down. It is basically not a functional screen at all now and I will need to get it re replaces sooner than I anticipated. Very upset. Sue to the malfunctioning issues I have now changed my rating down to 1 star.

My wife took her phone in to fix her screen. This fix would allow her to upgrade her phone and receive a credit through T-Mobile. Long story short; This repair shop does not stock apple approved screens. The replacement screens also do not have a water damage sticker. both of these issues make the phone completely ineligible for an upgrade. The gentleman I spoke with was willing to put the old broken screen back on but we ended up not getting an upgrade. I wish that was the whole story. if so I would not have put so few stars as the owner was willing to replace the screen with the old one. However, I would not return as a customer to this establishment in the future. Not even two weeks after getting her screen replaced several functions of the screen stopped working. She is unable to swipe through stories on social media at all and struggles with closing applications, when she tries to interact with her screen it will randomly like posts or open other apps, it will randomly mute posts and the adaptive brightness feature simply doesnt work anymore. This is a major problem as it eliminates her ability to utilize the phone for its intended purposes. This is certainly not worth the $100 spent to replace the screen. If the owner would simply carry higher quality materials all of these issues would be resolved. For now I am rating 1 out of 5 stars.

TL;DR Very fast and efficient, with friendly, helpful staff. My phone screen was repaired within 24 hours, including ordering the replacement part. Pricing was pretty fair too, and a warranty is included. Beyond satisfied, would absolutely come here again! Smashed the glass on my phone pretty badly and had someone on r/arlington recommend this place to me. The person on the phone was super friendly and was able to not only order a replacement (OEM!*) screen for my phone (an LG V60 btw, not a super common device so I was extra impressed they even found one), but have it in the store next day ready for the repair. The repair itself took about 30min and I was free to drop it off and come back when it was done. (Part of me wanted to stay and watch them repair it, but Id probably be a nusciance.) Within roughly 24 hours after first calling, my phone was fixed. Pricing was pretty fair too, $240 but $170 of that was for the screen. They even let me keep the old screen as a souvenir (mainly for any potential phone warranty issues, T-Mobile denied my replacement claim so I just took it to a shop, warranty be damned). Plus they offer a warranty for their repairs in case anything goes wrong. All in all, the service here was above and beyond expectation. Ill absolutely come here again if I need repairs for my phone or other electronics. And Ill be recommending them to my friends and family too! *Original Equipment Manufacturer. An official genuine replacement part, not a knock-off. Much appreciated!

I have been having problems with my s8 battery just dying. Went here while having lunch and they just swapped out the battery while I had a bite to eat. They replaced they battery and glass back of my s8 and it feels like a new phone. Cost was less than 100$ and it saved me 1400 over buying a new phone. Hands down the best service in town. Prices are affordable. I had a shattered screen note 10 which wouldnt turn on. The owner fixed it for about $100 cheaper than the store I had considered before him.
