1. The paralegal Ms. Rose I worked with has enough knowledge to let me know of the timing of when to submit the application. 2. Has thorough knowledge of all the documents and their details to be submitted. 3. She did not inform us at the beginning that immigration medical checkup is needed for the application to be considered. We received a letter from USCIS and did it then. 4. She informed us every time there is a communication from USCIS. Even though we did get a copy of the same thing from USCIS by mail, it was good to hear from the attorney office for any action to be taken or that the application was approved. 5. Had a good experience with the attorney, and the telephone operator. 6. I should say that Ms. Seema Mehta is a very responsible attorney. Glad that we worked with her, and her staff and that our application was approved.

I am an international student who recently graduated and was going through one of the most tricky situation with regard to my OPT application. I reached out to multiple law firms here in Dallas, TX and everyone was asking for fees upfront without even listening to the case and whether or not they can help me. But, when I reached out to Attorney Seema Mehta s office, they asked me to send an email about my case as all attorneys were busy at that time. In less than 3 hours time, I got the most positive response from her team. I took her email advice and followed thru. Today, my case was approved after 5months and a denial. This is the kind of professionalism we expect as the bare minimum especially when we are in a foreign country and all doors are closing. Seema is accommodating and is very easily accessible, always responds to emails and phone calls immediately. One thing that I cannot miss to write about her is passion about her work ; like any other lawyer they ask for Money before/during and before the case processing however in my case, I was only asked to pay the fees before the final day of petition submission. I would recommend Seema to anyone who is looking for an immigration attorney; She always treated my case as her own case and highest priority was given (even though she was working on multiple cases at the same time). Before applying to EB5 visa, we interviewed 5 different Law Offices and none of them gave us the satisfactory answers or details on process except Seema s office.
