Loud and crowded. Our table hadnt been cleaned properly and the floor was sticky in some areas for seating. Friendly staff with OK food. It is more expensive nowadays if course.

I honestly dislike the drive thru lane of this location. Other than that the service is good and the people are friendly. I order from the not so secret menu often and have never had a problem with it but my gosh. If you dont want to be blocked in in the tiny amount of parking spaces because the drive thru line wraps around the building... Go during non peak time! Food is good here! Have never had a complaint about the quality. Vegetarian options: They have a grilled cheese sandwich you can order on request.

I try not to write negative reviews, buuuut... Im writing this review WHILE IN LINE in the drive-thru here. Not only is it a LONG line. Its a SLOOOOOW line. This is the 7th or 8th time Ive tried this location (we keep trying to give them another chance) on different days of the week and at different times. But weve only made it through the line once because of how excessively long the wait is. This wait is going on 30+ mins and weve maybe moved 3 or 4 car lengths in that time. Were not even close to the speaker to order yet... No complaints about the food - the food is always great. Google their secret menu if you arent already aware. But this location is NOT WORTH THE WAIT. Every time Ive been in line, multiple people from the drive-thru line end up parking to go inside instead, in hopes that dine in or take out will be faster. (Ive tried that too... nope, NOT faster...) I know they make it fresh, but folks are just ordering a burger and fries off a basic menu, right? (again, dont get me wrong, its a GREAT burger and fries...) I couldve driven to the Mansfield location and already had my food by now. They seem to be 10x faster there. Do they need more staff? Do they need a bigger kitchen? Better training? Is it somehow because proximity to Parks Mall? How could they have faster performance? The staff deserves their dues - theyve always been cheerful and helpful, and its obvious theyre working hard and trying to go as fast as they can (Ive never seen any of the staff loafing at all). Theyve been consistently hardworking, friendly, helpful, and attentive. So whats the issue? I dont know, but I wish/hope that management or ownership could figure it out. What I DO know is that this is the ONLY In-N-Out that Ive been to with this problem... I wasnt even hungry when I got into line (was tryna order for the hungry kiddos...) but weve waited so long, now I am. And the kids just asked pitifully Have we been in this line for more than an hour?! Sorry to say that whatevers coming In-N-Out of here is not coming in or out fast. Save yourself the trouble, and time, and drive a few miles down the road to the Mansfield location. Youll easily save 30-45 minutes, maybe more. This lengthy review was written while waiting in the drive-thru line...

Sometimes they should be called, In-N-No-Way-Out Burger. Last time we tried to get some food here, it took so long to get to the pinch point of no return, that we finally decided to squeeze out of the line and get food elsewhere. Sometimes they re faster but sometimes the line keeps growing and growing yet barely moving. It all depends on who s on duty.

Man I love In-N-Out burgers. Sadly Texas is the closest area for In-N-Out for us and thats over 15 hours away. Any time were out in Texas I have to stop and get my Double Double Animal Style with raw onion and chopped chiles added. The quality is top notch. We were in Texas with friends for a road trip and my buddy got to try it for the first time and really enjoyed his Double Double and said hed definitely come back if he could. Some of the best fast food burgers by far and at some reasonable prices. Got to try a milkshake this time around as well and got the strawberry one and it was really good too. The only thing I dont like at In-N-Out are the fries. Ive been told I need to order them Lite-Well next time so Ill give it a shot but for now theyre pretty bad. Maybe one day well get one of these out close to where I live in South Carolina but Im not holding my breath. 10/10

From watching Youtubers to finally getting the chance to eat here Im kind of disappointed. Food was par. I waited 45 mins to waiting in drive thru to finally getting my food. Fries were dry and cold, and the burgers was ok. It wasnt like WOW at all. I think Whataburger is better to be honest. Driving from another state just to try this; what a waste of time. I wont be coming to this fast-food chain in the future.

My ratings are based on fast food places. Think Chick-fil-A but with burgers. The biggest issue is the limited burger menu. No creativity so the burgers are just so so. Ive had better, and Ive had worse. The service is amazing and cleanliness is very good, especially considering the traffic.

Got a double double, burger was cold, cheese was hard and cold, and bread was cold, but was not a soft bun, like it was old. It was 5-10 minutes from time. I got it at the drive thru until time I ate it. Didnt expect it to be steaming hot, but this burger tasted like it had been sitting out at least 30 minutes as cold and hard as everything was. I tried them about a year ago and was not impressed. The quality has gone downhill since then.

I do not see the hype over the food. The burgers are soggy with a vinegar taste that can be coming from the pickles. Also, the burger patty itself doesnt have flavor, which is saddening. Another thing is the fries dont have flavor and they get cold fast. The whole experience was a disappointment.
