26 Sept 24. They didnt have any registers open, only self check out. Lowes doesnt support thier work force and you have to do all the work. I was genuinely shocked and decided to leave my cart. Very uncomfortable experience

Usually it takes a lot for a man to ask for help, often workers are running around already helping people. On my recent visit, I asked for some assistance loading bricks(96) and again on 900lbs of sand. Both times the loading guys in the department were nice and helpful. I really appreciated the help as I m currently using an assistance device.

Cristina of Lowe s garden department in League City was not only very helpful but was also very understanding. She already prepared the mulches I ordered online but when I got there to pick it up, I told her that some of the bags she prepared have some holes in it that will spill mulches in my car. I requested from her if I can exchange those bags myself so that I can pick up the ones without holes. She politely agreed and even offered to help. I declined her help since I already felt bad from her carrying and preparing those 25 bags of mulches only to be replaced by me. After I had to exchanged the bags, she saw that I was very sweaty and offered me a cold bottle of water. This was very kind of her. Lowe s is very lucky to have an employee like Cristina. Employees like her are one of the reasons why customers keep coming back to Lowe s. Thank you Cristina!

She took time to give us all the information & features on this fridge, Impressive. Then came Jon from flooring who chipped in & told us more about the fridge. The kindness & patience was surprising. Jon left then Rebecca said Im going to let you talk about it because I dont want to rush you as my husband was undecided. I knew at that point I wanted it. We went home next day came back to purchase the refrigerator & Rebecca was not there, I advised the young man whos name is Russel that I needed purchase the fridge but would like Rebecca here. He told us shes at lunch but he could help us, I explained she took a lot of time & had lots of patience with us. We found out he would give her the credit!! Team work at its finest!! She had just left for lunch so we purchased the fridge. During the purchase transaction here comes Rebecca! She stayed until all was completed. We were shown kindness, courtesy informative & attentive service!! Please let them know they made a real & strong difference. Rebecca & Jon from flooring are a big reason for the purchase!! Rebecca stopped her lunch & came back! Wow! Truly impressive. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!

This location was a little better than Texas City but still kinda shetch. Outside landscaping needs tending to bad. Trees hanging down over parking spaces and grass and dirt covering parking spots. Hopefully someone can get these places cleaned up. Find a new regional manager or hire me to get these places right lol. Wow

I was very disappointed with the way I was treated by Eva in the paint department. She was obviously stressed and took it out on me. I kept calm and composed, but I felt like crying because Of the way I was being talked to, I would love for them to go back and review the footage. But day prior they had guaranteed the paint color match. When I brought the paint color to get it fixed, she expressed that she wasnt going to touch it, didnt want to deal with it, and didnt want to be there all day. She kept stressing out while I was asking for help. I just wanted to lighten up the paint, not return it entirely.I will never come here for paint again because of the way I was treated despite the guarantee of a paint match. However, the customer service in other areas of the store was great After Customer service asked her to lighten it up.She complained each time I said it was still too dark.And by the third time she didnt even let me see it before she took the swatch up to customer service for them to be that it was the right color making it seems as if I was giving her a hard time. Then when she finally brought it back to me so I can see the third time we added white paint.She goes, im not doing it no more like this is it It was fortunately the right color Im very displeased, very disappointed.Go to home depot for your color match.Do not come here. She talks like this to literally everybody.As im writing this review, im hearing her talk to another man like this. But I told her. I hope your day gets better and I left to go finish shopping.

My experience with Lowe s delivery and installation service has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. After waiting for over 2 months to receive a double oven and a range, I was finally notified of the delivery date. However, that was just the beginning of my ordeal. Upon delivery, the incompetence continued. The delivery team unboxed everything and left it all sitting open in my kitchen. As a result, I now have a double oven and range that I cannot use because they are exposed and vulnerable to damage. To make matters worse, after waiting for so long for the appliances, I was informed that I would have to wait an additional 7-10 business days just to hear from an installer. This lack of coordination and communication is unacceptable and has left me deeply frustrated. Overall, my experience with Lowe s has been marked by extensive delays, poor handling of appliances during delivery, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I expected much better from a company of Lowe s reputation and size.

I purchased a craftsman truck tool box at this location. $453.67 worth. Only to find out after we installed it, the keys supplied did NOT MATCH THE LOCKS on the box. I called the store and spoke with a CS representative by the name of Ciji. As I was trying to explain my problem, she became very irate with me saying I was screaming at her. I immediately drove to the store and spoke with management, not so much about the tool box anymore, but the attitude of the CS representative Upon my arrival I was greeted by Assistant Manager Raymond, who instantly made the tool box situation RIGHT by replacing it. Easy-Peasy!!! Im my opinion the lady Ciji HAS NO BUSINESS behind the CS counter, or ANYWHERE she deals with the public. My situation WAS HANDLED!!! BUT IT SURE LEFT A SOUR TASTE IN MY MOUTH AS FAR AS LOWES HOME IMPROVEMENT CENTERS ARE CONCERNED!!!.

After four visits from the Whirlpool warranty service company had four missed diagnoses, I contacted the Lowes where I purchased my dishwasher and they sent a repairman out and he fixed it in one visit at no charge. I will be back to Lowes for future purchases. Kudos to my salesman, Brett Agney.

Do not waste your money on a warranty!! In the last year Ive purchased a lawn mower, washer/dryer, fridge AND stove from Lowes - along with warranties for everything. My lawn mower broke down at the worst possible time, but thats why I bought the warranty! The first time I brought it to the store to be serviced the woman at customer service asked what I wanted her to do about my broke mower, they dont handle repairs. Very rudely gave me the Lowes warranty number and sends me away. I had already called that number (which is for Lowes protection plans which are different than warranties FYI), but I tried calling again, just to be sure. I was directed to the store again, so I planned to go in at a different time to hopefully get a different employee/manager. Only after a 40 minute conversation (which included a third call to the protection plan line) they found a manager who could take the mower and put it in the system. Three weeks later I call back to check the status of the mower. I was told Id be called back, but two days later I hadnt heard anything, so I went in.... only to find my lawn mower HASNT EVEN LEFT THE STORE. I took my lawn mower with me because now I have paid over $100 for a warranty that is useless, paid for someone to cut my lawn ($40*3), paid another $100 for a repair shop to actually fix my mower (in a day), and spent at least three hours on the phone and in-person going back and forth with un-trained staff. The entire process was exhausting and fruitless. I wont be spending any more money at Lowes.

I purchased a NEW Electrolux washer and dryer for $2,746 which included a extended warranty from this location in Feb of this year 2024. The units are destroying our clothing by snagging the fabric that is washed/dried. I called and spoke with the manager on duty about exchanging the unit due to this problem and was told the only solution is to contact the manufacturer for a repair. If you expect after sale support, Lowes is not the company to deal with now days. No one wants to be stuck with a product that requires a repair within 60 days, Shame on Lowes for expecting their customers to deal with this. My expectations are that a faulty product should be backed by the seller and they should exchange the product and not force customer to jump through hoops.

Today (10/5) I went to lowes to get blinds and a wall repair/sparkling kit. I had gone to home depot the day before for the same thing and left very frustrated with the treatment from their staff there, almost in tears. There was two women at your store working in the paint department who helped me to find out what blinds matched what I brought in/cut to the size I needed- I cannot explain how relieved I was with their helpfulness and care. When they finished and I left to try and find my other item (and having no idea where it was), two other employees saw me not 30 seconds later and asked if I needed help and showed me exactly where to find it. The care continued even to self check out with someone else asking if I needed any assistance. I left feeling so impressed and happy, definitely a loyal lowes customer now; excellent customer service and overall kindness. Thank you!!

If youre looking for an appliance, Marcos is the gentleman to see! Purchased a Bosch refrigerator, and he made the process smooth-as-glass. Originally thought there was an issue with the fridge (turns out hardened glue thats not easily removed can give the appearance of scratches), called Marcos, and Marcos arranged for delivery of a new one the next day! Fortunately, wasnt needed, and he took it in stride. Will be seeing him when we need any new appliance! Delivery, install, and haul-away were great, too.

Went in because I needed a plastic piece for my toilet and john helped me going aisle to aisle to find the right part. The man deserves a raise for his excellent customer service I can definitely see my self shopibg here for my home needs
