Terrible experience today 9/14/24 I went pick up my 2 orders around 8:30 pm One order was ready,one not... There were 2 black young ladies at the front counter and I asked them how long would take for my order to be ready, One of them screamed out loud its not ready and both of them started laughing like if was very funny. ... After that they kept looking at me and laughing more in a very disrespectful way... Until I told to the manager about it...but it didnt make any difference!!... Vegetarian options: Food is good!! Service so terrible!!!

7 Spice is very nice! The staff was too. The poboy was loaded with crawfish. The blackened seafood was well-seasoned and full of flavor. The roumelad was the perfect addition to the meal. Nice sized portions. Only improvement needed would be to the cajun rice. It tasted more like it was from the north. I would eat there again.

Ive ordered twice from here 1st time, the food was really good. Ordered the 3 piece chicken strip meal with Cajun rice. 2nd time, ordered the 6 piece grilled shrimp combo with dirty rice. Was staying at a nearby hotel for a business trip and decided to order through Uber Eats. I ordered a 1 pound shrimp combo (1 corn, 3 potatoes) and added a sausage and egg. I got 7 spice hot and there was so much food I could not finish! It tasted so damn good! Even though it took 25mins to reach me the food was piping hot, shrimp was tender and the seasoning on point. I highly recommend this place.

You will understand my review if you go there. Absolutely the most BLAND boudin balls I ve ever had. The etouffee was watery with overcooked shrimp and crawfish (tough to chew). This place doesn t understand Cajun food is supposed to have taste. The service varied. The young lady taking the order was very pleasant but after that everyone else (including the Asian owner) didn t care that everyone was waiting for their individual orders for 30 minutes + If you go there, you will understand what I am saying.

I ordered the boiled garlic butter shrimp mild with potatoes and corn. The food was delicious. I really enjoyed it. There was just a hint of spice that was not overly bland or too spicy. My daughter had the spicy crawfish she said they were good. I didnt try them. But I will definitely visit this location again.

I won t be coming back to this location. Upon arriving I stood at the front for maybe 2 minutes while 6 or 7 staff members were in the back cracking jokes and looking at me without acknowledging me. As I was about to walk out the door the cashier came out and took my order. I should have just kept walking out the door but decided to stay. I ordered the crawfish because I had them years ago and remembered them being pretty good. I haven t seen reviews for this season yet so I thought I should give them a try Well today they were mediocre, frozen at best. They smelled fishy, looked, and tasted as if they were just boiled in plain water with a pinch of minced garlic. I asked for 7spice sauce which mine appeared to have little to no sauce on them. I don t like wasting money, especially since crawfish are so expensive this season so I decided to eat them; however, midway I heard someone say Bro, she still eating them. Then they started laughing. So at that point I was concerned they did something to my food so I trashed about 1.25lbs out of 2 lbs. I won t ever return to this location and I advise you hire more mature people that are more inviting and actually do their job instead of cracking jokes majority of the shift. I don t recommend the crawfish but I can t speak on any other food options. The crawfish are also kind of small. I ve been to other places that are bigger. Big city wings has decent crawfish that are big so maybe consider them before considering 7Spice.

I wish I could give a good review because the food taste good but the service not so Much. This is my 3rd time to order form this location and has had an issue with my order each time. I picked up 3 orders of Cajun rice. When getting back to work we open our order only to find the rice burnt as well as giving a very burnt smell. When I called the store he was very short and said we ll just bring it back. That s not possible since I already left during my break to pick up the food. He then sounded unsure said said well I have to have the food back here. I asked to speak to a manager and he said it s only him. Very poor customer service.
