I still can t believe that I paid over $9 for a single patty hamburger. I still decided to order based off of the reviews and I was not pleased. I also purchased a daiquiri and was not pleased with it either $22+ thrown away.

I have come to this place often in the last two months. Never knew about them bc it s a corner store with BLACKED OUT tinted windows so who would think that the place is even open? Anyway, tried them for the first time ever on a whim and instantly fell in love in my first visit. Everything was exceptionally fresh and hot and tasty. Never had any issues with this place as far as my order goes. I sent my husband up there to order my regular order, he brings it back to me and I look at my fries, which was incorrect, ok fine, but then when I inspected my burger, it did not have the extra grilled onions that I paid for. The burger only had the regular amount of onions that would come on a burger, which that was very short in my opinion too, but definitely not extra. I have been to them plenty of times where I order the extra onions and when my order comes, the onions are falling completely out of the burger bc they had actually put extra onions in. I had my husband to go back and let them know about the wrong fries and also that the onions was not extra. They argued him and said that that was indeed extra onions on the burger and that he ordered crinkled fries instead of straight cut. I was on the phone with him while he ordered to make sure, and they got the burger right, just not the fries. Anyways, mistakes happen. hopefully this won t be a reoccurring thing bc I love their food and I will be back, It s a hit every time, but they made a big deal out of it, the guy who took the order in the front and the person who cooked the food. They ended up charging again for extra onions. The amount of extra onions that my husband paid for AGAIN, is no where the amount they put on the burger initially. I will try and post pictures as proof. And we are the customers who keep you in business and the customer should always be right, right?

DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT RUDE DISHONEST PEOPLE among other things the server would not give me or let me see the itemized bill so I didnt know the grat was already included. She watched our entire table add the tip and never mentioned that it had already been added. When the owner called me back she called me a liar and screamed at me. Your response is lies, the server did not let me see the itemized bill and I did ask for it and Honest people do not speak to customers as you have to me as well as my co workers, who by the way was a witness. First off, we used to go to the location on the other side of town and the food and prices were better. After they moved, things got worse. My husband had the turkey burger, which was clearly a frozen patty. Their ads say,Made fresh. My burger in the photo was ok, but the bun was pretty much burnt. To top it off we spent over $100 for 5 of us, and they added %18 gratuity. So I guess they didnt have much to work for with a guaranteed tip. This place has a lot of potential, but def some things to improve to win back our business.

Edited 2/12/2024. A year ago I gave a 5 star rating. What happened now to make your burgers and fries disgusting?. I could smell the hard fried burger as soon as I opened the wrapping. The first time, I thought was a fluke, so we gave you another chance. However, Saturday 2/10/2024, I told my husband we will no longer buy from you anymore. The burgers, fries, and onion rings were gawd awful. Did yall fire the original Chef/Cook? If so get him/her back ASAP. Your food was NASTY !! Original review-Exceeded my expectations. I am a very picky eater, so you only get one shot with me. This placed surpassed my expectations. I ordered the bacon cheese burger and my husband got the mega extreme burger. They were so good that we placed the same order the following day. Shameful, I know, but this is how tasty, juicy and fulfilling these burgers were. Unfortunately, our daughter who doesnt eat beef got an order of their chicken strips, complete disappointment as they were overcooked and extremely dry; she is definitely not a fan, but loves their seasoned fries though.

I ordered the Jalapeño burger and my bf ordered the bacon burger. the burgers did not come with fries and we spent $7 to share a side of fries. we also got a 5 count of lemon pepper hot wings. everything we ordered was extremely salty our mouths and lips felt so dry from all the salt on everything. we ordered 2 waters (we don t drink fountain drinks ever) and she neglected to tell us that they didn t do tap and charged $2.50 for water bottles. she gave us the check and we looked it over but when she gave us a copy of our receipt she charged us more than the initial receipt said. we didn t even bother correcting it we just paid and left.

Concession stand chili cheese fries Im sure they used Rico queso and wolf brand chili. Food was okay, but a bit overpriced. I tried the burger, a Philly cheesesteak and several appetizers with friends. The Philly was bland and I could have done without. It had none of the usual toppings and it was dry and flavorless. They don t have refills on the regular drinks so that was pointless because the drinks are more ice than anything and you have to drink that as you wait longer than usual for your food. Everything is a la carte so prepare to pay for fries separately despite the small sandwiches being the price of two meals. Additionally, I think this location stole an additional tip from my card. The receipt said one thing, but when I gave my card to pay for the meal, the receipt that returned with it was completely different. Major deductions for unethical behavior. In response to the company s response: ask questions? How do you ask questions after you change the total and you kept the original receipt? Thanks for confirming you changed the total. You had me believing I was imagining it, but I knew it was changed after the fact. Lol how about YOU tell someone that. There weren t any signs anywhere about any service charge because that s not something that is standard without actually being disclosed by staff upon paying and is not relied on a sign to tell when you re dining in and the sign isn t at the table. If someone is dining in and you bring a check, it should either be on the receipt or expressed by the person bringing the receipt discussing the payment options. When you physically took my card, you had the opportunity to expressed that and should have stated there was a service charge but you didn t and you didn t even bring the original receipt back. After this response, two stars was too generous. Seems like between poor customer service and imaginary charges I won t be returning.

I have no idea why this place has more positive stars . The staff has no professionalism, the food isn t fresh they have no customer service ethics! Burger extreme and onion rings came out quickly and hot, but they left the flavor in the kitchen. The patty was super thin and greasy; I tasted bread and mayo. I bit into several onion rings to see if there were even onions inside. The taste is absolutely not worth the price. $20 cash for utter disappointment. I was interested in the daiquiris, but wouldn t even return to try them out. Yes I m leaving a review instead of asking for something else. If you are looking for new taste, not the commercial burger, this is the correct place, all food are fresh and they made it everything, for example the hamburger bun they toast it, I recommend any burger of the menu and the regular fries. This place is more than 20 minutes from my house. When I made my order I asked if they could put hot and cold ingredients separate as well as the bun. (It was takeout, didnt want a soggy burger) They ablidged with no hesitation. I also orded a daiquiri. When got home everything was still warm and daiquiri frozen. The menu posted online is not accurate. It says there is a kids menu, and there is not. I asked the waitress if we could get a grilled cheese, and she said they couldnt make one because they didnt have toast. Well, we had to order a BLT (which my 2year old didnt eat), which came on bread. Not accomadating at all. We were the only people in there, Sunday at noon. Food was okay, experience was awful. BEWARE. they dont respect the way they talk to their customers. the fat lady in the front is very rude, you can even read the other bad reviews here that talk about her. she wouldn t even allow me to explain my issue without over talking and yelling at me. and i have never had a issue with them beforehand and always tipped them. plus the EXPENSIVE price doesn t represent the quality or amount of food you ll receive. i only went because it was close by and figured i support a small business instead of going to like sonic, but if your going to be charged $25 just for two super greasy thin patty burgers and a SMALL fry, then you might as well go to the Highlands and pay Kincaids or something else worth your money. also nobody wants to eat inside your establishment because every-time you walk inside the floors smell like old dirty mop water.

The burger left a lot to be desired, to include some juice from the patty. The patty was paper thin and dry. The chili was straight from the can - Wolfe brand chili, and didnt add to the burger. From the time I ordered to getting my food was quick, so I loved the wait time and gave the one star for that and the temperature of my food. Overall, customer service could be better. The woman working the counter could be more pleasant and professional, actually listening to customers and being less argumentative would be some great improvements. Should the burgers not be overcooked and overall service improve, this could be a great local business to support. Theyll have to lose the prideful disposition first. Theres some common feedback being given, yet it appears to have fallen on deaf ears. I wish them the best, its simply not a place Id want to return because Im looking for a total experience.

OMG Best Burger hands down!!!! I Love this burger place and have been inviting other family members and friends to eat here over the past couple years. The staff is super nice and always very accommodating. They have all types of burgers on the menu as well as other types of sandwiches. We usually order the basket of seasoned fries ( it s huge enough for 3-4 people to share) They also have frozen alcoholic drinks which are really really good!!!

We have picked up burgers from here several times and the one lady that works behing the counter is always so efficient and thoughtfull. She even cut a hole in the top of our contsiners of onion rings and french fries so they wouldnt get soggy! They never disappoint. Truly one of the best burgers in town with homemade patties and all the works, including grilled onions and mushrooms, as well as jalapeños. The only thing that would make this place better is shakes!

It was my 1st time here and Im glad I tried it. I ordered the double Mega extreme cheeseburger which was very good, big and juicy! Also ordered the tots with a strawberry lemonade and a hurricane daiquiri, everything tasted delicious!! The reason for the 4 stars was for the tots, even though they came out hot and fresh they tasted like they were either old tots that have been frozen for too long or the oil need to be changed. Otherwise, I do plan on coming back! Overall great experience. Edit/Update: changed 4 stars to 5 stars. I reordered the same meal and the totts were great! Must have had a bad batch last time. Everything is always hot and delicious.

Came with my brother yesterday they tried to argue with him over a slice of cheese the women in the front was very rude and the burgers used mcdonalds ingredients but asked for high end pricing. This place is a joke. Usually me and my brother love to support local businesses and overlook stuff but this place seems like its intention is to rip you off when you walk in! Stay away

Very bad experience I paid about over 40 dollars for 2 burgers and when I asked for extra cheese the bartender said that I need to pay for extra cheese I said ok I asked for Swiss. She brought over In a paper covering white American. As soon as I saw that I gave it back and told her that I didnt want it because I didnt think it was Swiss she said I still had to pay for it because I touched it and showed me some packaging that has the word Swiss on it. American cheese and Swiss are night and day difference some American cheese might say Swiss but its obviously not. When you charge 20 dollars for a burger there isnt much Im willing to I didnt want to argue but Im not paying for something Im not eating. When youre charging 20 $ a burger its not un called for to ask for extra when someone orders a slice if cheese but to try to force them to pay for it even though they dont want it. The cost on that cheese is maybe 10 cents a slice if it was real Swiss it would be more.

Ordered from here for the first time cause the reviews looked great. They re so right!! The burgers and seasoned fries were absolutely delicious!! Holy smokes! I got the double mega extreme cheese burger (I figured since it was my first visit, lets go big or go home) and I was not disappointed in the slightest. It was huge, well made, and tasty. I couldnt eat it all and I TRIED to. :) I like heat so the jalapeno was perfect for me - otherwise ask them to hold off or cut down how much they use. They let me sample their daiquiris, too, which I wound up also purchasing. Im a fan. Ive had some great burgers since I moved here, and they just shot to the top of my list.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The patties have no flavor just tastes like plain ground beef with no salt or pepper. Then they made a mistake and put cheese on my husband s burger and when he told the lady she said well you will have to wait a while. There are several people in front of you with orders umm excuse me but we are not the ones that put cheese on a burger when he literally said no cheese. Just a terrible place to eat.
