Very disappointed the worst management ever today May 6. Manager working around 6 pm. Dark skinned female was very rude when it came to the kids special on Mondays which I know because I always go for that special. They did not honor the special and said it has to be kids meal when I have ordered the same order multiple times no problem. This manager could not even give me her name which was so unprofessional of her or the GMs so I could speak to them directly. She was very rude rolling her eyes and using hand gestures in front of my young daughters. She raided her voice multiple times and just walked away. Whoever hired her needs to reassure that their employees know how to act professional, know there promos and be obviously better trained. She did not even know her policies how ridiculous. Never again.

This place plain out sucks, I feel bad for the waitresses. It aint their fault. Food took around thirty minutes to come out. Theres tables that hadnt been picked up for almost an hour. The food supplier changed because the boneless wings dont taste the same, and also got smaller. This USE to be the place back in the day, not no more. I see it closing down in the near future. I came a few months ago and saw tables that had not been picked up, so I left. I decided to give it a shot today, and I left disappointed. The food was aight.

Got food from uber eats, these people forgot to add the sauce for the wings. Then they said I could drive over and they would reheat my wings up. Like fry them again throw or them in the microwave. The place was empty only 4-5 tables, which means they are just messing around. When i arrived they looked at me in disgust. Cold food sucks.

First time being there we got seated but nobody came to serve us so we left.. Second chance took a seat at the bar and again nobody came to serve us, so my partner went and asked for service and only got smiles and still no service.. We sat at the bar discussing whether we should leave or not.. Only then management came and provided excuses for the no service. Smh we chose to still give it a shot and the food was okay but I wouldnt go back. But here I am I went back for a 3rd time.. The disappointment is REAL.. I asked for hot wings and I got a full bowl of hot sauce with wings in it.. .. I asked if they come like that she said yes my girlfriends wings did not come like that but they did come back extra chewy.. I just dont like it there.. And No I Wouldnt Recommend This Place To My ENEMY

OK, so theres this limit of 3 and 5 drinks that a single person can get . Its 3 talls or 5 bottles per person... it was so ridiculous and it was a mood wrecker.. It was a special occasion and our group couldnt enjoy our time there due to the constant checking and counting of drinks one had... felt child like. We ended Getting cut out when our waitress came to tell us manager was watching cameras and saw my husband was drinking my bottled drink. Like Seriously disappointing!!! We are paying customers and if I decide to no longer want my drink and dont want it to go to waste my husband can have it if he wants... wanted to leave right away!! If they had a limit they should have a sign letting their customers know before hand. We would of saved ourselves the time wasted there. ordered extra wet wings & this is what I got (pics). Had them delivered via Uber because my bf is sick and didn t want to go out. When I called the restaurant to see what happened they simply just told me that the wings do have sauce and that s just the way their sauce looks (As if I ve never been to their restaurant before and know they re lying) the second time I called same thing manager was no help and wanted me to go to the restaurant to pick up sauce and was basically told I was lying, that s if the order said extra sauce they should have extra sauce. Not great service, took close to 10 minutes to have the server help us out after the bartender went to inform them about us waiting. The wings were super dry and over cooked. We went during an NFL game so it was packed and service was very slow, but that was expected. We got a dirty table. I ordered wings and ranchero tots, after they brought out our wings they told us theyre out of tots. I got fries instead, theyre good. I would like to come back but theyre definitely understaffed for a game night. Service was super slow, the uniformed security guard and a manager were doing the bussing of tables w/o wiping them down.

2 stars to 3 stars because I kid you not, it is like playing Russian roulette when deciding to eat here. I love this place! Wings are pretty good, service isnt. Placed an order over the phone and went to retrieve it. Young man at the cashiers station walked about with no purpose or motivation. Barely audible when conversing. I was happy to find the bag to be properly sealed however, our sauces were not accurate. When you enter the establishment, there is a sign imploring customers to be patient due to staff shortages. This is by no means a justification for order inaccuracies or lack of courtesy.

However, its Sunday and they advertise a sporty environment...the sports volume was off the entire time and only music was playing. This is not a club but the audio was loud. I ordered a beer, got ID d and then got served. (I am 21).. a couple of minutes pass and a server sends the security guard to someone who was under age. He thought it was me so he came to me and the sever said no es ella. but check hers too. Mind you, I was with 2 guys and their ID s we re not checked a 2nd time the way mine was. Why would you feel the need to ID me after alcohol was served to me already and I had already been ID d before I even was served? Ridiculous

I love this place. We always come but this time Rigo and Amalia made it so special for us. They were so alert and we ended up ordering more than what we normally do.

Michelle was our waiter and she was the best! It was crazy busy but she had a smile throughout the whole time. Ahhhhh! Definitely going back!

Bad service, food is gross. They bring you the food almost cold. The mixed drinks were brought back watered down from sitting there waiting to be taken.Even the sodas were bad. Every flavor was flat. Not only flat but the glasses were so hot it took a minute for the drink and glass to cool down with ALL that ice. Customers would leave and security had to pick up table because new customers were coming in and waitress were in a hurdle, talking and laughing &Looking at the fight every customer was there to see. Infact the security was the one that greeted us and gave us a table.You should hire the security. He did a better job than your employees. The appetizers were given to us random. We ordered chips & dip. She brought us the chips and said the dip was frozen cold so she would bring it by later. She brought it to us after we ate our dinner. Worst place I have been to.

Ugly service, except for the security guard who showed us to our table, THE FOOD IS LITERALLY THE WORST BACON BURGERS IVE EVER EATEN! I WAS GOING TO FEED THE PATTIES TO MY DOGS BUT I FORGOT THEM ON THE TABLE. ITS OK, THEY DID NOT MISS MUCH! NO PRE BUSING TABLES . PEOPLE WERE SITTING ON SOMEONE ELSES CRUMBS AND DIRTY NAPKINS. ( BUDDY, YOUR PLACE IS A MESS! YOUR MENU IS TRASH!!! (NEVER AGAIN!)

A must try if you are in the valley!! Love the service, atmosphere, and food. Their homemade bleu cheese is the best along with a cold beer and wings! Wish I was closer because I am craving some wings right now!!
