I had an 8:30am appointment and I arrived right when they opened at 8:15am. I didnt even sit down in the waiting room before someone called me back. The lady was nice and also quick with the process. I was in and out and back in my car in less than 10 minutes.

I had passed my Hazmat today, glory to God! Now I know some of you dont like to read, but as soon as you walk into the door, make sure you read the sign that says you have a seat they will be right with you. There are only two people who can input the information, and theres about 100 or so a day that comes through to get their fingerprints done. With that being said, sit down, have a seat, and chill! Make sure you bring the proper documents that were told for you to bring or whatever the case may be. It didnt take long they do take different types of money options. NO WALK-INS....####################

Went for a 4:20pm appointment booked 3 days before, only to find 4 other people waiting as well on a closed office in which we were all early for our appointments by 10-20 minutes, 2 of which waited with me were from a school and their job asking for prints prepaid by each. Luckily I didnt pre pay as I would have lost my 20$. Do not go here. As other reviews can show this place is not worth 4 stars.

I believe every location closes between noon and 1 PM. However, I was able to schedule an appointment at 11:50 am. It was scheduled over a hour prior. I drive all the way to the location and its closed prior to noon. This is unacceptable because if thats the case then dont allow people to schedule at that time. Gas is way too expensive and my time is way too valuable to drive somewhere and not be seen.

As ideal an experience as being finger-printed could be. The young lady (Taryn? - should have written it down. My bad.) was professional but pleasant and friendly. She was able to answer all my questions easily. She noted that my prints were difficult (I have heard this before) and took a second set so that I would not have to return when the first set were substandard. I was on-time for the appointment and did not wait at all. As good as it gets for finger-printing.

Place is ok. Service is quick. The time you book is just a place holder, so don t worry about being too early or late. No sign in. They call you by who s next so you just kinda have to remember who s all waiting and where in the imaginary line you are. There are multiple people working so it goes by fast. They do not accept cash so do not come with it. Place is inside a building, you have to find the room number. It s on the first floor.

I showed up this morning at 8am when it was supposed to open. The worker showed up 15 minutes late and then preceded to play on her phone for another 15 minutes. At 8:30, appointments started showing up which took priority over me which I completely understand. However what I needed would ve taken 5 minutes and couldve easily been taken care during the 30 minutes that she wasted. I ended up leaving, she was rude, useless and a waste of my time. Go somewhere where professionalism and organization actually means something.

This young woman was left alone handling about 10 people after her co worker had to leave due to an emergency. This older lady (mega Karen Customer ) was so RUDE yelling at her , calling her incompetent and not letting her do her job while demanding she be put in front of all of us . The young woman gracefully kept her composure and still took care of all of us all on her own while this lady yapped non stopped in our ears while also yelling at customer service on her phone . The young girl ( no older than 24) did an amazing job despite all the chaos going on around her .

Pointless to make an appointment. No one to say hi, whats your name. Just someone from around the corner asking the next person who arrived first please. So if you need to have proof you have made an appointment, make one. Just dont be surprised when appointments times are used. First come, first served. Staff was very kind, efficient and did it right the first time! The building hasnt been updated in 15 years or so.

I made an appointment and was told I had to give 24 hours notice if I needed to reschedule, but when I got here, there was a handwritten note on the door saying they were closed. I got no warning, and neither did the other 3 people who showed up at the same time. They also don t have their own phone number so when I tried to reschedule, I couldn t get ahold of that office, just the customer service automated messages.

The actual building has all the suites with indoor entrances. I parked in the front (street-facing) parking area. Enter at the double glass doors and that will take you to the main, 2-story atrium-type lobby area. All the suites have access from the inside. The fingerprinting suite was first level on the left side of the wall (if entering from the street-facing doors). The sign says Fingerprinting, so you shouldnt have trouble finding it. This fingerprinting location was super fast, friendly, and offered digital fingerprinting (no nasty ink on your fingers). Be ready to have your picture taken and, of course, make sure you have your official, valid ID with you. You will need to pay right there, and they do accept credit/debit cards. If you submit the code, for whichever state or government agency you are needing them for, when you make your appt. online, they will submit them directly to them. It was super easy and convenient!

When I first arrived at the place, there was a sign that said have a seat, we will be with you shortly. The lady that was there said have a seat, I will be with you shortly. She left for about 15 minutes and when she returned, she took me back. This is where she looked me up and realized that I was at the wrong location. She didnt offer the other Arlington location address and was rude and dismissive, even irritated that I didnt have my confirmation email. I left vice going off on her, and drove to the correct location. The location at 801 H Ave E was much better anyway. The staff was friendly, professional and still took me even though I was late due to waiting on the last at the Lamar location.

Very fast and efficient. A nice lady did my finger prints; quick and easy. When you enter the south parking lot from Lamar, they are located on the left, or west side of the building. When you enter the building from the west entrance, the office is again located on your left or west of the hallway. Their is also ample parking space. When inside the office, you will sit in a wait area and they will call you into another room for finger prints. The process is pretty straightforward and MUCH easier than going to a police station.

Super quick, came for fingerprints for hand gun license, appointment was at 1:30, came at 1:23 and was in my car at 1:30, she walked me through everything and was not hard at all, i was confused bc i am not from around here, just enter through the closet door from where you enter the parking lot and the room is nearby, the outside entrances are the same, the rooms are numbered inside

horrible customer service! had a problem with them and started getting yelled at by one of the girls so I started handling with the other one that ended up with an attitude after I asked for corporates number, I have them both in video and now reaching corporate ( which I had to look for the number , since they refused ) was yelled at and made smart comments too. After seeing the other bad reviews of how bad they were as well.. I m really insisting on something about this being done. This is so unprofessional especially if I didn t disrespect them at any point.

The confirmation email does not have a map link and, apparently, Google maps does not know of this location so be careful about which destination you point to for your appointment. I arrived at the wrong Arlington location and was told that many people do because identogo has not registered their other location. While trying to call identogo to alert them of this issue, the fair 855 number repeatedly rang but disconnected after a moment.

Just park anywhere and go inside. The suites are all marked inside on the doors. The experience was quick, but the ladies could use some smiling faces.
