This lawyer disk is useless. He charged me $200 for half an hour, 15 minutes talking nonsense and the other 15 minutes talking about my consultation. I didnt like it, I dont recommend it at all. I dont even give it one star. The only thing is that you cant scratch the Old Mans mother because Goggle doesnt allow it otherwise I would tell him how much he is going to die.

Can be friendly and considerate at the start but then eventually shrugs the client(s) off. Myself ,and others attached to the estate, have attempted to contact the office since March(min once a month, max once a week) for an update on our family estate and cant even get a call back. Looking forward to the day this is over and will no longer need to deal with this office. Regrettably, we are too far along to try to change attorneys. **Update 4 months after my previous review** Everything has been and STILL IS, next week or yeah - yeah Im working on it call me in a few days and then the excuses to cover the NOTHING that was done in those few days. Keeps horrible hours, cant ahold of him before 10 or 11 am and SOMETIMES Im lucky if I can get him after 2:30 or 3 pm because hes already left the office for the day. Then theres the hour an a half lunches too!! Already have a grievance in process with the Texas Bar association... Nothing more I can do but warn others....

Excellent lawyer,,,, I met him years ago when he fought against a Jew in court, who supposedly no one could beat him and he went in to fight and took away everything that man owed. Today I hired his services to help me with a four-year stuck court case. Mr. Martinez takes the time to explain your case to you.
