My experience wasnt very pleasant toward the end. Sat by the lake with my tent, chair, books, chips and water for a couple of hours. I was then greeted by three police officers asking me to leave because it seemed as if I was trying to live on the property. If I could leave a zero star review I would. But this place gets one star from me and possibly never visiting this place ever again

It was a nice place. I was considering using it, but l needed to use it on a Saturday for 6 to 8 hrs, but you have to rent the whole building when using on a Saturday. I dont need to rent the whole building just the area for Birthday parties.

This venue is gorgeous Nathan and his staff are amazing to work with. We found this place in December and wanted to schedule a Saturday party in February, but there was no availability until summer. That is how popular this venue is. We settled for a Sunday in March. We hosted our kids birthday party here and our friends and family were amazed. The sunset is beautiful here and so peaceful! We couldnt believe we were in were inside Arlington.

I booked a wedding at this location. Such a beautiful venue inside and out. The staff was amazing, especially Oscar and Nathan. They gave us a tour, answered any questions we had, booked the event, communicated very well, and handled our event very professionally. Kianna and Oscar was our day of coordinators. Kianna took the morning shift while Oscar took the night shift. Kianna was very nice, set up everything exactly how I wanted, sweeped and cleaned the outdoor patio for us, and check on us if we needed anything. Oscar was very professional as always and went above and beyond with his manners and considerations. I have zero complaints about the people and my experience. Thanks for everything!

Attended a reunion here. The newly completed lake house that was rented was absolutely beautiful. It has a well equipped kitchen & restrooms in the hall area as well. The all-around views of the lake is stunning & the wrap around porch is a nice addition. Outside, we saw people picnicking, kids enjoying the ducks on the water & some people jet-skiing. Will definitely be back

Beautiful inside and out. Such a great place for events. Plenty of space and very nice views of the lake. There was plenty of parking. There were people boating and fishing. Really great environment. I would recommend this place for events.
