My 15 year old son was arrested September 22, 2023 with 2 adults who committed a crime that my son is being accusrd of! After 2 months of begging I finally as of December 14, 2023 got an appointment to meet with Mr. Willett in person after multiple emails and phone conversations I must say the receptionist(Bianca Medina)is very rude obnoxious and extremely unprofessional. On a daily, my son has put in request for his attorney to contact him or visit him. After my son s last hearing, I had my sons probation officer to basically beg Mr. Willett to visit my son because it s been three months and he s yet to talk to my son and even get my son side of the story as to what happened that day The probation officer made aware that same day she delivered the message but she doubt he d go because he stated Why do I need to visit him? Like wow seriously smh Do you think my son ever got a visit or let alone a phone call??? No, he didn t. At this point, I ve reached out to the state bar, because if this is not your passion to prove someone s innocent, and work for your client this should not be his line of work. He has no defense argument on behalf of my son NONE. I will be looking into hiring my son an attorney sooner than later. So be it if I have to advocate for my son myself I will do just that!!!

Attorney Brian Willett was an excellent choice to represent our son for a juvenile case. He was always available and if we had question, which we had plenty since it was our first time going through something like this. If he wasnt available he always called us back to clarify any concerns. The outcome was one of the best choices although we wish we could have gotten it removed, but Attorney Brian Willett got us a bargain that will have my son home and having his charge dismissed. He was the shield we needed to protect our son!
