Ordered a Dr pepper float and the royal cheeseburger. The float was cheap and delicious with unlimited refills, and was a great start paired with the fries. I love cheeseburgers with eggs, so I definitely wanted to give this royal burger a try. But I made a mistake when the waiter asked if I wanted the burger with a little pink... Now usually I am fine with that, and often order it as so, but being a chain and my first time at this location, its best to ask for well done. My burger was pink all the way through and some parts were a little too rare. Halfway through the burger, my stomach was already turning in knots. I was picturing it to be medium well, but that was definitely medium rare to almost rare hamburger I had. Moral of the story for me, unless you have already been to the restaurant before, play it safe and order things cooked more.

My family enjoys dining at this Red Robin semi frequently. Tonight, my 16 year old son became disoriented while out on a walk. He stopped at another business and asked to borrow the phone to call me. The owner of the business told him no in a don t ask again manner. My son then walked to Red Robin where they were very helpful. Red Robin staff allowed him to call me and even though they were closing, suggested he wait inside in the air conditioning. I don t want to name the business that turned him away, but I do want to give a big thank you to Mike (GM) and the staff at Red Robin. Thanks for being good neighbors!

I was really disappointed. I came in, got seated and couldnt get acknowledged for by a server for 10 plus minutes. Meanwhile, there were just three servers standing around at the bar chatting. I tried to get their attention but it seemed like everyone was intentionally avoiding eye contact. I got up to leave and asked to speak to a manager. The manager told me hell be with me later. I turned around and just walked out. I used to be a regular coming here one to three times a month. Im done with this place.

Bottomless steamed broccoli...Gotta love it. Okay.. so I *may* have also snarfed some of my moms bottomless fries.. but I digress. We went there for their Tuesday Cheeseburger deal, as an alternative to our regular Taco Tuesday outing, and it was a refreshing change. The Cheeseburger was exceptional, for what it was. Tasty, without the need for loads of condiments that make burgers messy, and not ominously large. The staff was friendly, attentive and fast. The manager came to our table to ask for feedback. Scant few restaurants care, much less ask. Dietary restrictions: My mother is allergic to wheat, and they have not only a gluten free bun, but a separate fryer for gluten-free fries that keeps them from being contaminated by breading.

I thought I had a good visit this past Sunday but that all changed when my bank notified me I had left a $35% tip. My bill was only $32 and the young girl with short brunette hair decided she d change the tip I left. So whoever that was working Sunday morning should be fired immediately. I rate it two stars simply because the food just wasnt that great and thats what the establishment is for. The place didnt seem too short staffed and it was really slow when we went in, but it took a long time for us to get really any attention such as refills or anything. My coworker and I each ordered very different burgers and cut them and half and traded a half. They just werent very good. The French fries were cold and soggy. But, all the wait staff were very friendly and nice, just sort of scarce. It was crowded or busy so there was no wait and the place was relatively quiet. Thats a bonus, but the food is a no.

First time customer and I cant wait to go back. I had the Veggie Burger with steak fries. I loved this veggie burger! It was a great size patty and with all the toppings it had it was a nice big meal. This was by far one of the best in my opinion and I am excited to order it again. Staff was very friendly as well. I appreciate their late hours for a Sunday since I happen to work late on Sunday too. It was a great meal to have at the end of the day.

I was disappointed when we ordered the kids meal grilled chicken dips/bites - and the chicken breast came out on the plate whole. They did not provide us with knives so I had to cut the chicken breast for my 5-year-old son and his friend with my fork. I figured chicken breast bites would be just as it sounds - small bites! I was thinking like the chick-fil-a ones. Also, the Ensanada chicken I ordered (which Ive ordered before and its usually really good) came without dressing. The side salad seemed small as well. Our waiter did not come by often enough for me to ask for the dressing until I was almost finished eating. Overall, I was just a bit disappointed in the food today. I appreciated that the kids meal seemed half off today but please make sure your menu matches what actually arrives on the plate! Thanks! Kid-friendliness: Red Robin is pretty kid friendly and I appreciate the balloons at the front.

Biggest issue I always have with this place is the sound level. Tonight s dB average was 75 with spikes in the low 80s which is certainly safe but definitely too loud for a pleasant conversation. Tonight I tried the Avo-Cobb-o salad with balsamic dressing and because I m a fan of their fried onion slices, I put an order of those on the salad. Sort of defeated the healthy aspect of the salad but it was really good!

Enjoyed dinner with our grandkids, Red Robin does a great job with hamburgers and has many choices to suit their visitors. If you havent tried them I reccomend giving them a shot you cant go wrong. Worst Red Robin I have been to. I am usually a huge fan but the fries tasted like they had been thawed and refrozen. My wrap was not made like I get it at the others but it was ok only ok. Both my friends ordered their burgers well done. Neither burger was well both had pink in the middle. The server was hard to understand as he spoke low and kind of mumbled. He was nice but we felt bad asking him to repeat himself everytime he said anything.

The food and atmosphere at red Robin is always great, but I assure you I will not be visiting the flower mound location again my server, I believe her name was Marley had to be one of the worst servers I have ever had and I know some customers are dramatic about their experience, but I am a veteran in the restaurant industry and have been a waiter for more than six years the whole time attitude made a team as if we were bothering her and not as if we re paying customers she took more than 10 minutes to get a simple, freckled lemonade and sprite on a shift that wasn t busy And I tried to redeem my free burger and she was giving me constant problems about it so I just ended up not getting it. Multiple times did I hear her loudly screaming about wanting to quit red Robin and how she hates working here, as a customer, that does not make me feel welcome at all . I also overheard her talking about very personal matters with certain coworkers that does not belong in the workplace. I understand being close and sharing things about your life, but there is a time in the place and certain things are not appropriate when customers are trying to enjoy their food, especially when they can hear things that they rather not hear. I will be giving a call to the corporate number to report. The server Marley and I will not return to red Robin until the issue is addressed.

The first-time visit here was spectacular with our server Brayden( I hope I spelled it right). Visited with my loved one, and the service and food were excellent. Served in a timely manner, and our beverages were never empty. Even the night shift manager came out and checked on us, ensuring everything went well and I complemented our server. Unique night. A few days ago, we visited again, and the service beyond the greeter was not pleasant. Our server was Camille. Aside from the food being A1, the service was slow and lacking. We waited quite a while for some beverage refills. Our server was nowhere to be found after our food was brought. We were waiting awhile and even wanted to walk out because no one would bring our check, and we wanted to leave since we drove half an hour to get here. It took a while before the manager saw we were the only diners left inside. I understand we came within the hour of closing, but I do not believe that should account for that nights service. I hope next time will be better since I do love the food.

We ordered the Red Robin Banzai burger with teriyaki glazed patty with sweet juicy fresh pineapple, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and mayo. We also had the Red Robin Gourmet Cheese burger with pickles, onions, pickle relish, mayo, tomato, and choice of cheese. Both burgers came with choice of sides Fries, Sweet Potato fries, Potato Ukon chips, Broccoli, House salad, Mac n cheese, coleslaw. Red Robins serves all the sides as unlimited refills.

WARNING : DO NOT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT ! We noticed that after placing our order with the waiter and recieving our drinks that alot of ANTS started to appear all over our table. We got up from the table quickly so we would not be bitten. We asked to talk to the manager but he did not come out and talk with us. The waiter came back and said we did not have to pay for the drinks. So, we had left and will never return to this restaurant. They have a pest control problem and obviously the manager knows about it and is not taking care of the problem. The food was awful and its so damn expensive that a mother cant even take her kids here to eat. There was literally about 10 fries on my plate with the awfulest burger for 20.00 is just freaking highway robbery. Wheelchair accessibility: I was accommodated nicely.

I thought that the menu said you could substitute an impossible burger patty in any burger type, but when I tried to substitute in a Scorpion, it seemed to throw our server for a loop. I didnt get the substitution, I dont think, because it tasted like a regular burger. My wifes gourmet cheeseburger was great. Fries are awesome. Service is great. Update: Take Out service was great, and I was not disappointed with the food. Bleu Ribbon is very tasty. Vegetarian options: Impossible and veggie patty options

Ive had this gift card for years but never used it because the place wasnt convenient. Well its definitely worth the trip! We just got it to go, but the burgers were fantastic! I enjoyed the fries while my friend got Cole slaw. She said it was a mustard base Cole slaw. Ive never heard of such and she said it was ok if you like it like that. Service was quick and friendly.

Horrible service, waiter ignored us the whole time. Food took forever to show up, had to ask a different waiter for refills of our drinks, then had to flag down the manager to get our waiter to bring our check after waiting 40 mins. Food was absolutely dismal, just sub highschool cafeteria level quality. Onion rings were actually really good though. The atmosphere of this place is like some kind of post modern artificial nightmare created by a AI that feels like a half remembered dream where you actually had a good time when you were a kid. Its like a melancholic depressive episode in restaurant form. Its the movie Wall-E come to life.

Today, my husband and I came in for lunch, and Emily was our server. She did an amazing job. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and helped my husband pick the scorpion burger. Our son ended up joining us, and his order was at the table when he arrived. Emily was an attentive server who had an awesome attitude. Im definitely coming back just for the service. My husband devoured his scorpion burger and coleslaw. Was a great recommendation.

Came here for dinner (wish they had more locations) based on a recommendation from a family friend who is also celiac and I would say that they do take it very seriously and the staff is very knowledgeable about gluten allergies. I always get the cod fish, but the last time it was so gross I ended up throwing it away. 3 tiny pieces and when I asked for extra tarter sauce I was given honey mustard. I guess they were in a hurry to leave because it was around 8;30 when I came in to get a togo order. Very disappointed

First time I got to eat at a Red Robin! Our server Camille was excellent. I had the grilled chicken sandwich, it had bacon, Swiss and avocado. It was a great sandwich plus endless steak fries. Great food, great service. I will definitely be back!

It started off good. Then, our waiter had a comment for everything we asked for. We also asked for more fries (which are supposed to be limitless) to accompany the rest of our food and they took so long, we ended up finishing our burgers before they came out. I like this Red Robin. We all got a different type of burger with a variation of fries and they were all great. I also got a Oreo milkshake was pretty okay. Nothing special about it but would probably get it again sometime. The service was decent. It was the end of the night and we weren t rushed so that was nice. We all ate every bit of our food and had no complaints.

This has been my favorite for burgers for years. I love that they have gluten-free options. Unfortunately, they dont feel they have to be responsible to make sure your food is safe if you order thru Uber or other services. I indicated an allergy and thought I had chosen a gluten-free bun. I got my order and realized that after a few bites, the bun was wrong. I called the Red Robin, spoke to the manager, and was told they didnt know what the allergy was, and it is not their policy to check with the customer for clarification. The manager was rude. Basically, they dont care if you are their customers through a 3rd party.

I was out riding my motorcycle for four hours prior to stopping and had worked up a big thirst since it was 100 degrees out. My wonderful server refilled my iced tea 5 times before my meal came out with no hesitation. And no, it wasnt because it took a long time to make my food it came out in a completely acceptable amount of time. She was that on point to notice and take care of it swiftly. She then refilled twice more as I ate. Thank you for helping me rehydrate and get the details of my order spot on. Ill definitely stop by this location again on a future ride.
