I fell and broke my wrist on April 10. I was also having back and hip issues and fell on my left hip and it went from bulging disc to herniated disc instantly. I am so thankful for these guys! Traction helped so much and my adjustments made such a huge difference! The staff is friendly and caring and Dr. Davis is very knowledgeable!

Dr Barcelo and his team are the best. They pay very close attention to every detail and are very attentive. They are very professional and very respectful. Will always recommend dis centre. They were like family throughout my time in therapy. Always looked forward to seeing Esmeralda & hearing Dr Barcelo s jokes. Miss them already.

We love this office!! (Dr. Jose Barceló) and the front office staff is so personable, professional and helpful. You can tell they really do care about their patients. They all have a Positive attitude and Dr Barcelo is extremely knowledgeable. He listens to what problems youre having and works to make things feel better. Dr. Barcelo is one of the best chiropractors in DFW, along with his therapies.Don t hesitate to visit him. Best experience I had so far with a chiropractor after my accident. I will recommend to anyone that we know.

Went here for a car accident, had whiplash. The entire time I was there it was totally unprofessional. People who call you from random numbers everytime expect you to answer everytime, but some people dont.. then you try and call them back and you get rude asshats who run you around transfering you to people who dont know why in calling them all to figure out that I had an appointment but my treatment was over 2 months ago. Arlington location for the chiropractor are the worst

The Carrollton clinic was the worst experience ever. I only saw the Chiropractor once at our initial appointment and he never did an exam of me. The staff did the same 2 tactics at every visit and never really did anything or gave me any guidance, I was only there for maybe 15-20 minutes total each time. The place was dirty and they did not clean up tables or chairs after anyone got up. I never saw the Chiro again in the almost 1 month I was going, even though I asked, always given the run around, They never even tried to get my CT scans from the hospital and after almost a month I finally decided that they truly didnt care and I was tired of receiving their poor service. I DO NOT recommend going to this location. I have now transferred to another clinic that in my first week there they already have my scans from the hospital, I already saw the Chiro and had an exam and minor adjustment, the staff are super friendly and they had me in therapy for 45 minutes at each visit!! (not 15-20) I am pleased with my new office and hope that the Carrollton location will change staff or have an intervention with people that can retrain them to have better tactics and to give better service to the people who need it.

They are horrible. I had an appointment and when I showed up they didnt even know what I was there for. Told me to come back the next day because there was no one to do my X-ray. When I came back the next day, I did the X-ray and then had to wait 30 minutes before anyone even asked why I was still waiting. I only came here because I was told to will never come back if I have a choice. Work on customer service.
