Excellent service and the food is generally good. Not sure why the music has to be so loud but I can only ascribe that to the desired ambience / vibe . Overall good experience but I was disappointing when the orders aren t correct and the seasoned fries are too limp / soft.

I came here a second time since I had a good experience the first time, but I will not be back anymore. I drove a little over an hour to come here again & the lady at the front was very nice & helpful. I got my wings to go & when I got in the car I realized my wings were bone in & not boneless. I took my food back & inside & I told the lady I wanted boneless & she told the guys in the kitchen. One of the cooks comes up to me with a nasty attitude asking me if I read the screen before I paid for my order. It doesn t matter if I read the screen I paid for my food just fix it how I wanted it. He goes back in the kitchen mad talking crap to the other cook. Very unprofessional way to treat a returning customer.

Decided I would try this place, because I was in the mood for some wings. Placed the order online and received an alert of the time my order would be ready. I go into the restaurant to pick up; the front line worker told me they were still working on the order and I say fine. I asked how long before it will be ready; she could not give me a time. She proceeded to go find out how many orders were ahead of me. I said fine; I will check back in 15 minutes. I return inside; the order is still not complete (not even close). I let her know; I don t have all night, I ll just take a refund. She had to call the owner to figure how to execute a return and could not provide any proof that I will be getting a refund or that the order was voided. She was very unprofessional and argumentative. This was the worse; will not be returning!!

Let me first say, the food has always been great and was good this time around. The problem I have with this place is the service or lack thereof. When you walk in, the first thing you see is a sign with everything you cant do and what they wont tolerate. I understand why they have these rules but its an assumption that every customer walking through the door is trying to get condiments or food for free. The young lady who handed my food was pleasant and asked me to verify my order to ensure it was correct. I usually order large orders for family and business gatherings but havent given flavors my business simply because of lack of service.

This was my first time visiting Flavors. Upon entering we were greeted with a smile by a gentleman with twists in his hair( Don t know his name) such a courteous man. I ve posted a photo of what s left of my wings. I ordered ten 5 (ranch ) & 5 ( lemon pepper) which are Amazing and bursting with flavor !!! We also ordered daiquiris (Louisiana Sunrise) that are so good that you have to watch how fast you drink them or well let s just say you ll feel it. I recommend giving them a try you won t regret it. I will be returning for more very soon!!

We usually come here frequently but will no longer be after our last experience. I did an online order & asked for an additional ranch in the instructions because you can only select 1 while placing the order. I literally got a call 2 minutes after placing it from a lady there saying we see you asked for another ranch but that s going to be extra. Making it seem like i was asking for one without trying to pay. This was THEIR online ordering limitation though and I told her that. I sent my husband to get the food, and he paid for 2 extra ranches since I guess it was apparently a big deal to pay .30-.50 cents for them and we STILL only got 2 ranches in our bag and not 3 like we paid for when I checked the food. The food is already high here to begin with and if you want every penny from your customers, literally .Please ensure customers orders are 100% accurate, bc that s exactly what I was expecting when I got that unnecessary call .

I will start the review off with saying that the food at this place is great, even though ranch not coming with your meal is crazy when you sell wings. However, this is some of the worst service I have ever received. The girl that took our order seemed to have an attitude because we didn t tip her ( for placing a to go order ). After spending $40 on a total of 15 wings and 1 daiquiri is borderline highway robbery , but I digress. We got a text saying our food was ready , the cashier ignored my boyfriend and continued cleaning . She took multiple orders instead of giving him his daiquiri , insisting he needed a receipt even though she is the one that took our order. It took another customer to point out that my boyfriend had been waiting a while for her to finally get his drink. We got a text saying the food was ready at 7:40 , didn t get our food until 8:23. Then the cashier conveniently forgot to put the purple sticker on his daiquiri. Like are you so mad that you are willing to potentially get us in trouble for the law for improperly traveling with alcohol ? If you want to catch an attitude anytime someone doesn t tip you for TOGO service , maybe you shouldn t work in the service industry.

This is maybe one of the worst wing spots I ve ever been to. I ordered wings and asked for them extra, extra wet. The lady said ok, all smiles, and so I tipped her really well (for doing nothing), thinking they would follow the order. When the came out with barely any sauce, I asked that they add some to make it like I ordered. She tried to charge me extra at that point to get extra sauce on the side. She just kept saying they couldn t and wouldn t add extra sauce. Terrible service, tiny wings, and really rude people. Avoid this place.

My fiancé and I come from North Dallas to shop and support this black owned business. & today was the second worst experience we have encounter here. Granted the first time it wasn t completely their fault due to a power outage. This time takes the cake, my fiancé went inside to order her daiquiri and ask if had some hot water or microwave to warm water for our baby girl bottle. She came back to car to grab our own bottle of water to utilize their microwave. Goes back in the manager tells the counter lady to charge her for a coke $2.50 which was to pay for their cup okay no problem. Counter lady proceeds to go warm up the water then comes back and tell my fiancé our order had to be paid for first before she can return their cup of my water back to me. Our baby girl was in the car crying, we were 10 mins from their location when she awakes. But THE NERVE TO MAKE US PAY FIRST WHEN OUR ORDER WASNT EVEN COMPLETE BECAUSE I WAS COMING IN NEXT TO PLACE THE REST OF IT!!!! The food was awesome, and so were the drinks. Tabitha was our sever for the drinks, and she did an excellent job with serving my cousin and myself. I did not get the young gentlemans name, but he, too, did an excellent job. We will be going back soon. FYI, Ive also referred my friends to try them out. They will not be disappointed!

I haven t eaten here in a while, but what is being served now isn t catfish. I used to come to Flavors for the catfish because it was the closest to home. On my visit Friday night, the catfish batter was over seasoned and the fish tasted a little fishy. Also, the tartar sauce packets are terrible. That isn t how tartar sauce supposed to taste. Though my taste for catfish was ruined, the wings are still good though. Updated reply to Flavors: I know what catfish taste and look like. I m from the Catfish Capital Of The World. I didn t compare what I ve eaten at any other restaurant. I m comparing what I ve had at this restaurant since they have opened, but I haven t been in almost 6 to 8 mos. I wasn t offered any other option for tartar sauce when I requested it. The tartar sauce packets are terrible and shouldn t be served to anyone. As much as a meal cost, real tartar sauce should be complimentary upon request. Instead of thanking me for my feedback and striving to make things right for future customers, I m met with abrasiveness for my experience. For the catfish, me and my family were served on this occasion, I wouldn t recommend to anyone. The quality wasn t there as it was previous years I ve ordered catfish from Flavors. The wings are still great with the vast variety of flavors. Hopefully, the catfish will get back to tasting as great as it did when the doors 1st opened

10/10 would recommend. 1st I was greeted upon entry not only by the cashier but the lady making daiquiri s. The customer service was superb even the customers there were friendly to me! This was my 1st time trying the place because I ve been in search for a wing spot because WingStop just doesn t do it for me. I ordered 5 lemon pepper and I asked the cashier one of his faves and he suggested Hot Suga. I added 5 Hot Suga. The wings were great and the fries were too. The vibes were on point too. They were jamming some rnb while I waited. I was even given a sample of a custom flavor the daiquiri lady made and it was ahhhhmazing. I ll definitely be returning soon.

Ordered through doordash and spent well over $100 for the order. Usually when I order here my food is fresh, tasty and fufilling!! Not this time which was way more disapointing especially since it was ordered for an event!! We did not receive the full order, the corn was burned, the fish tasted old and not like the catfish originally tastes!! Actually it tasted like cod. When calling the restaurant last night noone answered and the VM said do not leave a VM to call during business hours. Which brings me to today when I call to see if we can get the problem rectified, instead I am told they cannot do anything about the missing items because its a new day and I should have called the day of and I did!!! But then to also bring back the old food we tossed out so they can see it and figure out what they can do!!! This is what I received so good luck ordering anything other than chicken. Also at this point I do not even want anything replaced or credited either its just the principal and customer service that sucked the most!!!!!
