Caesar salad not too bad but excessively salty. Mashed potatoes OK but no brown gravy available. Boneless ribeye was pretty awful. Between 1/4 and 3/8 thick so no nice juicy interior with exterior char. A steak like a ribeye cut that thin is a lost cause. Seemed treated with tenderizer. But nonetheless I did get to take home a lot of gristle chunks which tenderizer does not fix and which my two young dogs really appreciated. They eagerly shook hands to earn bites. So the steak was at least good for a dog training purpose. Failed experiment -- Longhorn Steakhouse is better than this.

I haven t been to an outback in a while and this time around was awesome! The shark drink is delicious so shout out to the bartender! Masiel is one of the best hostess ever! She s super friendly and attentive and listens! And our server Case is super helpful! He s very nice and always comes to check on you! I highly recommend this place! The chimichurri steak is also fire! I highly recommend it!!

This is a really nice Outback Steakhouse. I brought my whole family here when we moved to Round Rock. The ribeye Steaks, burgers, Alice springs chicken, bloomin onion, bread, and chocolate cake with ice cream were all excellent. I got a tall Foster s per usual. Very pleased with this location. We will be back

The ribeye is always wonderful and never disappoints. Parking: Because they are in the middle of a strip Malls parking area, there are plenty of spaces. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp on the left side of the restaurant, leading around to the front to provide access.

This is the first time Ive been to outback in probably 5 to 10 years.. we wanted something different than the normal steakhouses. It was disgusting. the ribeye was so gross and had no flavor. The pasta was supposed to be Alfredo but I dont know what you want to call that sauce. The drinks were all pre-made. Why have $7 drinks if nothing is fresh. You can go down to bar Louie at happy hour and get freshly made $7 martinis that are delicious. Im not sure why people go to this restaurant. I guess because nobody cooks and they think thats food. I definitely know better than that and will not return.

We eat out somewhere about every Saturday for lunch. We havent eatin here in several years so we decided to get a steak. Not what I remembered. I had the steak and shrimp, fiancée had the steak and Alice springs chicken (whatever that is). Both steaks were ordered medium rare. They looked to be cooked properly. However, they had absolutely no flavor at all. The meat was so tough I had to chew each piece for 10 minutes so I wouldnt choke. I couldnt hardly cut it with my knife without sliding the plate everywhere. Fiancée said her steak and chicken were the same way. My 4 small shrimp were ok. I asked for some A-1 sauce to see if it made the steak better. They brought a small container with about a table spoon of A-1. Really? We had the bloomin onion. That still lives up to its name, but like the A-1 sauce, they give you a small container with about 2 tablespoons of sauce in it. We asked for more and brought it home. In fact, we got to go containers and brought everything home thinking we could add some seasoning and heat and eat the next day. Nope, we ended up throwing everything away. The potato was ok. $50 wasted. Service was good.

Its a chain restaurant. The food is decent. The atmosphere is kitsch-y but fine. It wasnt busy but there was a big party in our section. The foh service is fine, but the kitchen and runners need to pay closer attention. The management needs to pay closer attention to what is happening in their store. I have a mushroom allergy. Advised the server in advance and made sure they understood that the mushrooms MUST NOT be in my meal. Ordered Alice Springs chicken with fries and a soup, and again: NO MUSHROOMS. The runner brought my meal (chicken and fries with the included sauce) but without my soup. Asked for the soup. The runner went to get it. While they did, I checked for mushrooms, and sure enough, they were there. The server came back before the soup did. Let them know what was up. They were super apologetic. Even though they had a big party asking for attention, the server let me know that the allergen notice was definitely on the ticket and apologised again. She took it back to be remade and talk to the kitchen. Soup came out. Thank goodness bc it was another 20 min before my chicken did. And when it did, the fries and sauce were missing. Waited another 10 min for fries and still had to ask for the sauce that was supposed to be there (as described by the entree description). I dont think I was being picky or weird about it? I dont penalize servers for things that arent their fault. However, I hope management sees this. They should have come by to talk to me about this. I shouldnt have needed to ask. An allergy mishap is a big deal. Idgaf about getting freebies or discounts. Thats a major safety thing, and mushrooms arent an uncommon allergy. More importantly, it wasnt even a major ask. I didnt ask to have a whole new menu item devised just for me. I didnt try to get something I wasnt due. Just leave off the mushrooms. Long and short is: kitchen should have followed instructions. Runners are the last line of defense to make sure an item is right before it goes out and they should have checked. Management should have been the one to reassure me, NOT my poor server, who was trying to run a section with a big party in it. Do better. Allergies can kill. Dont let it be on you, Outback. Dietary restrictions: Double check your food for your allergens! The current boh staff isnt paying attention!!!

Texas Roadhouse always has an hour wait and now I know why. My boyfriend and I try to only eat out on weekends and it s something we look forward to. I had seen the 3 course meal for $15 go viral on Tik Tok so we decided to go Outback yesterday. There is no exaggeration when I tell you the food was barely edible and was the most disappointing food I ve eaten in the two years I ve moved to Austin. First off, the 3 course meal is the biggest scam - a regular steak comes with two sides and the three course meal comes with a soup or salad as the first course and the second course steak comes with one side, so exactly the same but you re paying an extra $1 for mediocre cheesecake. Putting that aside, the baked potato soup was so congealed and tasted like it had been sitting at the bottom for the better part of this entire year, if not longer. Absolutely disgusting. My boyfriend s steak so salty, it was completely inedible. We ve worked in the service industry so we felt terrible sending any food back but we scraped like a pound of salt off this steak. Our server was great, she said she d ask them to go lighter on the seasoning. It came back tasting the exact same. At that point, he just sucked it up and ate it but I was genuinely worried about his cholesterol and arteries! I mean look at the amount of salt! INEDIBLE. INEDIBLE! I had asked to swap the soup for rice and it tasted like a kindergartener made it in a microwave play kitchen. Mashed potatoes were barely mashed with skin on and no seasoning. Gross. The Mac n Cheese and coconut shrimp were okay but again just overall mediocrity. We did find out they re closing this location and opening a new one by the domain which explains everything. Regardless, serving food like this and charging $50 is nothing but highway robbery. At that point, just shut down now. I implore anyone even thinking about going here, do yourself the biggest favor and download the Texas Roadhouse app, put yourself on the waitlist an hour before, and get yourself a good a*s meal, actually worth your money. I can t not believe I wasted my Saturday night at this dump. On a side note, Amira was great and in case any Karen s read this, we paid the bill in full without taking anything off and tipped well.

Great food, wonderful service. We celebrated a birthday here. The only real complaint I had was that the entrance is not very accessible. One of the members of our party is disabled and walking up the stairs was a bit tiring. If there was a ramp, we did not notice it anywhere. Wheelchair accessibility: We were hoping to use a ramp to get in, but had to climb the stairs to the entrance which was hard on one of our guests who has cerebral palsy.

This was by far one of the worst experiences I ve ever encountered. To start, when we arrived, we got seated and menus were given to us. However, it took them about 20 minutes to come by our booth and ask us for our drinks, etc. Someone didn t attend us until we went back up front and asked if we were going to be attended because we had been waiting a while. Everyone who had came after us had been attended first as well. After our drinks were brought out, we noticed that there was solid food and other debris left inside the cup with our drink in it. We brought it up to the manager and he removed the cup and plates in which we put the food that we got out of the cup on. His response to this was, Ooo I m so sorry. I mean I don t know what to do in a situation like this. I ll just scratch your dinner plate off your tab, Im so sorry, it looks like it just wasn t washed. I mean I don t really know what to say now or do, I mean do you want another drink? Should I remove this? He took our cup and then we proceeded with our dinner. Once we got our tab, we saw that we were still charged for everything so I brought it up to the manager, asking him if we weren t receiving the free meal or anything due to the incident that occurred. He said, No, I never said that, no, did I say that? No I m sorry, I never said that. He even gave us a nasty look. We went on to pay for everything. This manager was tall, had glasses, and if I m not mistaken, he was wearing gauges as well. He was by far so unprofessional, and seemed like he had no clue as to what he was doing, along with anyone who helped us last night.

We are pleasantly surprised by our staff experience and the quality of food. The steaks were well prepared and of very good quality. We opened with seared ahi appetizer, which was very good, and quite better than anticipated. A blooming onion was missed and not served, but it was an honest mistake resulting from my order being unclear, though the waiter accepted responsibility, apologized, and even had the manager pay a visit to do the same. Excellent service was the norm at Outback. Well be adding this location to our rotation, as it is well deserved based on our first visit to an Outback in more than 4 years. Parking: Parking is nearly all behind the restaurant, an unusual occurrence, but nothing unreasonable Kid-friendliness: My teenagers loved the food.

I use to love Outback . It has been a Fathers day tradition for our family for the last 16 years. No more after today. I ordered a 13 ounce rib eye and Coconut shrimp. The shrimp was fine but the steak was the worst I have ever had at OutBack. No taste whatsoever. I usually dont take any seasoning other than salt and pepper on my steak. Recently I placed a pickup order for myself and my 70 year old mother, who had just had hip replacement surgery. She had ordered a Victoria s filet, but what she received instead was a center cut sirloin that was so tough, she couldn t even cut it. Unfortunately we didn t realize the mistake until I was already home with the food. When I called about the error, the manager was not sympathetic at all and wanted me to come back to the store, which was not practical given our situation. She would not refund the steak but reluctantly offered to mail her a gift card. Unsurprisingly, the gift card never showed up. It was an expensive steak that was completely inedible. Terrible customer service and experience.

We sat at the bar here because the wait was 15+ minutes and the bar seated us immediately. The ribeye was cooked as was ordered and nicely seasoned. The service was excellent because we were at the bar. The waitress (Kayla) was excellent. The food is more pricey compared to Texas Roadhouse but we were not going to wait 2 hours for a seat at the Roadhouse.

I got on the waitlist ahead of time and when they told me my table was ready, I still had to wait 15 minutes before being seated. 1st time eating here, but will not be back. We ordered 3 alcoholic drinks and a shot, we got 2 and the shot, but had to go to the bar for the other drink. Food took over an hour after being ordered to come out. Food was not very hot and had too much pepper on the steak. The server did apologize for it taking too long for our food to come out.

Call four of us had the steak and lobster special, and we all agreed it was well prepared, taste was good and priced well! Would definitely order again. Took a while to get our server but manager finally straightened out the computer mistake and gave us a free appetizer! Food

Got the fried mushrooms and steak and lobster. The mushrooms were overcooked and rubbery. The lobster was great, but steak was grisly and stringy. The selection of beer was very small. The only great thing was the brownie and ice cream, that was AWESOME. We had a digital gift card that NO ONE could figure out how to apply to our bill, even the manager. He was nice but crass about it. We wont be going here again.

Very friendly staff. I went with my sister. This was her pick. (Im vegan) which made me think itd be difficult to eat here. They were very accommodating. They even remade things after they realized butter was a no go They did this without me even asking. I wasnt expecting much, and they went above and beyond!

Food was not prepared well. This place has lost its wonder for me. The first steak I received was so tough I couldnt eat it. The second steak was rare and fatty. I ordered medium and I dont like fat in abundance. I used a gift card and was very disappointed all around. The handicapped parking is a quite a hike from the entrance. I wont be going back to this location. I may try a different location in the future. Parking: Handicap spots are not near the entrance.

Took a long time to get drinks including water. Then it took an hour to get mixed drinks. It took an hour for food to come out. Our salads were given to another customer. So we requested that our salads just be to go at that point. So a total of an hour and a half to get out food. When we arrived the place wasnt that busy. We ordered simple meals soup and salad so it shouldnt have never taken so long. Will not be coming back. I did tip the waitress because it wasnt her fault at all.

Went at 8pm on a Wednesday night. Not a Holliday keep in mind. About half the tables were filled. Outback staff looked overwhelmed and unenthusiastic about their service; understandably so. Tables were sticky and so were the menus. Gross at least wipe them down. We were seated immediately, but yet waited approximately 10 minutes for the server to acknowledge us. We then waited for another 10 minutes without any water or anything. We left. The people next to us appeared to have waiting for a long time for food, and it came out wrong.

Ordered ahead for curbside pickup. Was told itd be 15--20 minutes. I arrived at exactly 20 minutes later, and called in to let them know what spot I was parked in. I waited 30 minutes and 2 followup calls before I went inside. I waited inside for another 10 minutes without any explanation. The restaurant was only about 1/3 full. There were 6 other people waiting inside for delayed curbside pickup. As soon as I got in my car I checked my order. The steak was properly cooked but cold(not even warm-COLD). The fries were cold and soggy. My salad was on the bottom and of course, warm, with limp lettuce, after having hot food sitting on top of it until it was cold. No explanation but seemed well staffed. This was 1 1/2 hours before the super bowl. They made NO offer for compensation to any of us waiting. I come here frequently because its convenient and usually very quick to have food ready to deliver, with hot being hot, and cold being cold. I will give them another chance but if there are anymore unexplained delays I wont return. Texas Longhorn is just as convenient.

The service was great. Food was pretty good. 8 oz sirloin was a little tough. Caesar salad was not as yummy as I remembered. Bloomin onion was tasty, but really greasy. I could eat multiple mini loaves of the bread, however.
