I gave this place a second chance..I was having a good day before I walked in here only to be treated like I was a problem. The man behind the desk rudely asked what we wanted to play and how long as if it hurt him. I shrugged it off being that maybe something happened before we got there. Later a pin stuck behind the gutter and I asked if it could be removed..the same man sighed and said OH MY GOD like I wasnt supposed to ask. He told me that it would be ok for me to go ahead and bowl. So then I insisted that he please take care of the issue. He acted like he got on his walkie and told someone to get the pin. He didnt push the button in before he spoke so I knew the message didnt get to anyone. I seen a employee coming from the back of the pin area and I asked him if he could take care of it and he did thankfully. Later I seen him talking to other employees including the younger bar tender making the situation worse and uncomfortable being that they were laughing and acting like we did something wrong. I wont be coming back until they clean up his bad attitude with a pink slip.

Here we goooooo!!!! So, a fun day at this location with my twins was simply amazing!! We were able to check in with Teresa and she was VERY attentive and gave us the best value for the time and activities we were wanting to participate in. We took our lanes and and began bowling. This was a 1st time bowling for my sons so they had a BALL. I let them win the 1st game (wink wink) before showing them dad is a true competitor. Our food was delivered shortly after starting our 1st game along with our drinks. We played 3 games before the boys played at the arcade. After all credits were spent we thanked Teresa and left home. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! Now, the table turned for us when I got home and realized that I left my earbuds at the facility. I called a little after 9p and was told that the buds had not been discovered and to call back tomorrow. I told the gentleman that I understand if hes busy, but I pinged the location of the buds and they are showing there. He repeated for me to come tomorrow and hung up. I decided to drive up to check for myself. When I arrived there was a group of kids at the counter that left as I walked in. I informed the young man of who I was and me making the call prior to coming up. He told me that the buds had not been turned in again and that I could go and look around the lane myself (which I did). After discovering that they were not at the lane, I walked and asked again. He didnt try to help find them nor did he care (from my perception). Another young man came behind the counter and I asked him if anyone had turned in earbuds and he quickly asked me what kind they were. He then opened a counter right behind the young man that answered the phone and handed me the earbuds. I thanked him for helping me recover the buds and I am forever grateful for him LOOKING for them. I also told him that sometimes, its all about who you ask. The reason this review was a 3 star was solely on the merit of the young man that was working in the service industry that didnt want to provide service. If you want to have FUN bowling at a place that has a great atmosphere and very clean you should come here.

Excellent service. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. After receiving our food Teresa, the floor manager came around checking on tables. Which I personally appreciated, that was unexpected coming from a bowling alley. It shows that you really appreciate your customers. We will definitely be returning. Thanks for the awesome night!!

I expected a blast for what I paid, thinking Chuck E. Cheese couldve been a rival in fun but cheaper! Sadly, AMF Spare Time Lanes (3149 S Cooper St, Arlington, TX 76015) is off my list forever. My initial visit met with compliments about my hair and confusion, as Id never set foot in the place before. They briefed me on the prices $5.49 for a game plus shoe rental costs struck me as steep for just my daughter and me celebrating my birthday. Fortunately, a $16.99 unlimited deal was available with two hours left to play perfect since it wasnt a school night and we planned to party until 11:00 PM. The bill? $32.45 for endless fun, or so I thought. The alley was sparse on kid-sized balls, and asking for guardrails seemed to bother the staff. Food break: six wings and a drink for her; pretzel bites and a drink for me totalling another $34, which was a shocker. Though I snagged the victory in our single game of bowling, the experience soured when we found stray shoes by our lane. Prepping to leave with our food leftovers, we were stopped; apparently, returning shoes was on us amidst the chaos of discarded pairs everywhere. It felt like an unwelcome scavenger hunt, hands full and all. Bottom line: The fun didnt match the price, the food wasnt worth it, and playing just one game made it clear: this place barely earns one star from me.

One of the most poorly maintained alleys I ve ever been to. The lanes constantly break, get stuck, shut off, miscount, and destroy bowling balls. Staff is very slow to assist as well when it comes to fixing the maintenance issues. It looks nicer than some bowling alleys, but in all actuality is a hot mess.

I recently revisited your Amf location in Arlington Tx . It had been about 12 years since I last visited . I returned with my family and had a wonderful time! The place looks great with the new upgrades! The female manager was very welcoming and I actually recognized her when she was our lane server back then. Same great wit and customer service ! The prices have gone up here, you can get a better deal going to Round 1 at the parks mall. Mainly old people bowling.I m surprised they haven t shut it down there are way better AMF bowling alleys but this one is just atrocious. I will stick with parks mall and Alley Cats over this location and will get better service and better package deals on bowling. It sucks this place was a lot better back in 2005 what happened? Enjoyed the whole vibe and set up of this AMF bowling alley. The employees were friendly. If you dont come during their special deal times you will be paying per game per person. So for two people and for 3 games we ended up paying 38 dollars. Luckily, we had our own shoes. Our recent experience has gone down the gutter. Weve been coming to this bowling alley religiously for months now, but today the issue that happened today was absolutely ridiculous. Our friends that bowled next to us came at the same time as us for the unlimited bowling starting at 8pm. They PAID for the unlimited deal but the new African American lady associate manager messed something up and kept a tab open for their games. So they ended up having to pay the unlimited deal PLUS PER GAME fee!!!!Proceeded to handle the situation by blaming it on the customer. Not admitting to fault or apologizing for the inconvenience that was caused on her part. Not only that right after the situation was rudely handled by forcing the bowlers to pay this associate manager proceed to go to the back room and not come out for the remainder of the time. We tried to get this issue resolved with a different worker, shout out Jason, and couldnt get the problem resolved due to the manager yelling at this worker to log off from the system. All in all ok bowling lane but very poorly managed and trained associate manager. Jason handled it very well and tried to help us to the best of his abilities. We went at February 23, 8:30pm.

Meh .most of the arcade games were broken. The bowling bumpers had to be left up for all bowlers. I felt like I was bothering the staff if I had to ask for anything.

Staff is friendly, they have a full bar and kitchen, a bowling shop, and the lanes are always oiled on a house pattern, never dry. I enjoy every minute that Im there!

Absolutely fantastic place. Accommodating to be closer to bar, as it was as soon as they opened. Friendly and fantastic staff. I dont have anything bad to say as it was a great time. Also, cause I beat my guy
