This was my first visit and I felt very comfortable. It felt like I have been going there for years. Everyone was so nice, zero wait time basically and over all this has been the best experience Ive had visiting a doctor. Went in for to be checked, requested a medication from the doctor and nurse practitioner, nurse practitioner was more concerned with me becoming addicted to the medication than getting my symptoms resolved. Doctor wouldn t prescribe me the medication and I was diagnosed with Covid. Wouldn t recommend.

Although this doctor seems to be friendly and concerned, taking his time listening to you etc. and keeping up his office welcoming atmosphere etc. etc.. looking back, I wanted to say now, I Do Not recommend this physician to anyone, as he is not competent in his diagnostics. Dr. Olotu is very caring. He spends time listening to your problem. Me and my father (who is a retired doctor btw) have been his patient for many years. I am updating this review as I was very disappointed when me and my 87 years old father reached for appointment. We were told doctor is not in. I asked how come we were not notified so we would not had come. There respond was I am sorry . I find this very unprofessional. And on top of that since morning I had been getting notifications for the appointment. Someone is not doing their job correctly. We had to reschedule for later today. It is very hard for an 87 year old person to be dealing with this. Hope the office takes action so this won t happen in future with their patients.

I could not get in to see my pcp and had bad sinus infection. They take Medicare. The front desk ladies were so kind and welcoming. The nurse asst. was super nice. Dr. O saw me, very kind. Examined me, explained what meds I needed, sincerely interest me as walk-in patient. If I didn t already had pcp, I would use him. Highly recommend this clinic. Thank you Essencia.

Wonderful experience all the way around! I am a new patient, & the office was able to get me in quickly (the following day from my initial call). The staff was very polite & professional, with smiling faces. After I completed the new patient forms, it only took about 5 minutes for them to call me into a room. The nurse was very friendly. DR. Olotu only took a few minutes to enter the room after the nurse was finished, & was also very professional, courteous, & knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to me, as well as time to explain things about my condition.checkout was also very fast.I had a follow up appointment a few days later, which was also expeditious, rather than having to sit around & waste time.they also helped me out with paperwork that I was needing, and that was handled in a timely manner as well. Had an appointment with Dr. Olotu before lunchtime. I get in, and Im waiting for him for around forty minutes. I even saw him walk by at around noon. Thirty more minutes go by, and the NP ends up doing our appointment. I assume the doctor just went and got lunch instead of seeing his patient? While the rest of the staff was nice, the doctor was extremely unprofessional. Not coming back here.

I remember when this practice was smaller/just starting out and they offered late hours. It was the only office that could get me in same-day in the evening, which is why I decided to make this office my PCP. Dr. Olotu is great! Very personable and I know that he cares. Unfortunately, (but fortunately) his practice has grown quite a bit over the years, so he has hired more staff. At my wellness visit I was expecting to see him, but I saw the NP instead. Which was fine. She was very nice, but, this should have been mentioned to me beforehand. Not only that, but I feel like my lab results were brushed off. I called and called to get them reviewed cause I was concerned. No one retuned my calls about it until almost two weeks later. And everything was normal . I didn t bother asking any questions. I m at an urgent care now and they seem to care more about my lab results than Essencia. Now I m going to find a new PCP so I can get the care and treatment I did from Dr. Olotu four years ago.

And I would have to mention the some new staff addition which is his assistant that have taken our blood samples. Her name is Amber and she is extremely good. I was at first very reluctant to let my wife have it done since she takes a blood thinner and lately she had a bad experience in a professional testing clinic. It was very caring, homely, reassuring and soothing experience right from the front desk staff to other staffs and the Dr( Physician). I was well taken care of and the ambience was so beautiful. The staffs were very courteous, friendly .The attention I received can even make one to forget ones sickness . They are good. The services Excellent Keep it up . God be with you All .

Great doctor! Not regularly available to his patients. Dr. Olotu is truly an exceptional doctor. I mean that fully. My family loves him. I ve never felt as understood by a doctor as I do with him. My kids also adore him. HOWEVER, his practice has grown too much and now when my kids are sick we always have to go to urgent care because we can never get a same day appointment. They try to book sick appointments 2-3 days out. That s just unacceptable. Unfortunately I can t keep going to urgent care for ear infections or strep tests so we are going to have to find a new family doctor and it absolutely breaks my heart. If you don t have kids and really just need a doctor for specific chronic reasons or just for routine preventative care then chose Dr. Olotu! If you are a family and need a doctor available for sick appointments then I suggest you look elsewhere.
