Engaged Premier Gallery to frame two golf pin flags on 6/7/24 with completion date of 6/27/24. Pleased that they could match frame of an existing picture. On 7/1, I called for an update. Owner said oh, we had a question about your project and meant to call a week ago. Took existing picture to Premier same day for reference. On 7/3, Premier called that Supplier had sent wrong frame, with correct one expected the week of 7/8. Left message on 7/11 for update. Recd call on 7/12 that project ready. Upon pickup, I shared project updates from Premier would have been appreciated. Owner responded Well, theres only 2 of us and the more time on phone, the less we spend getting things done. My project was very nicely done, albeit 2 weeks after promised date. Customer service/appreciation, however was not acceptable. In reply to Premier comments, the point is missed. The project was already late when Houston storm arrived. Delays happen for various reasons- just wished I just been kept proactively in the loop.

I explain to people who like works of art all the time how important it is to choose the right frame. Once you pay for the assembly of a work it is for life, and future generations will use it. Here I show you how excellent my latest drawing looks and decorates on the wall in the living room of a house. I found this place to frame this drawing before handing it in. Here I leave you the information where you can find a complete selection for any type of work of art. There I met Thomas and Lisa who recommended this excellent frame, the right one for this drawing and you can see the result.

I had such a wonderful experience with Lisa and Tom. They do beautiful work and took great care of my pictures and frames. Lisa made some suggestions on types of glass and we were very happy with the end result, pricing and timeline. We will be back!

My wife and I entered the business park where this business is located. There are several business located here and we were trying to find one. What appears to be an owner of this business (based on images on their site) was in a vehicle behind us, the driver honked their horn so we moved out of the way so they could pass us. The owner proceeded to get out of the vehicle, flip us off and call us idiots. I can t imagine doing business with an individual that is so rude.

They have done several projects for me. From custom frames to mending fragile antique frames and photos. I moved away from Flower Mound but still will drive the hour to have them help me. Very professional and very friendly. I highly recommend using them for any framework you need.

I went here to buy a picture for my mother for her birthday. They had the exact picture she has wanted for a while. I was told the picture was a limited edition print. I paid over $300 for it. My mom knows a lot about art and has another picture by the same artist. Right when I gave it to her she could tell it was not worth what I paid for it. It was actually a copy of a picture of a print. Not the quality of a limited edition print. When the owners were confronted about this they admitted they knew it was not worth that much money or rare as they posted on their website however they sold it to me for that much anyway. After arguing I was refunded for the picture however I don t appreciate being knowingly ripped off by a business. I would not buy anything from here unless you know about art and what you re looking for.

Not only do they make you feel like family everytime you walk through the door, but they have impeccable taste and do such a great job at helping select the perfect mat and frame options for your artwork. Tom and Lisa are Wonderful people, they always friendly when we show up. They are always helping me pick the right frame for my paintings. Ive had over 10 paintings framed by them. I moved to San Antonio a couple of years ago but I still use Premier Gallery for my frames.

Cannot recommend Premier Gallery enough. The owners, Lisa and Thomas are just fantastic. They are so efficient, friendly and knowledgeable concerning art, they will surprise you. They went above and beyond repairing my very old portraits, even tracking down history on the artist. They are recommended by the local framing stores when it comes to dealing with the repairs that are above their capabilities. Thank you Lisa and Thomas. You have a customer, and friend, for life.

Excellent customer service! The owners Tom and Lisa are wonderful people. They really care about you and what you want, not like many other Big chain company that cares only to sell you stuff. Their store have the best selections on quality picture moldings, different art and lots of gifts and crafts from a local artists too. Definitely going back for all of my framing projects!!!
