In town for a business expo, we had dinner here three out of four nights, which tells you how good it is. The place is clean and comfortable with a great down-to-earth Irish vibe. Nice bar and plenty of places to sit. The food is incredible, we had the best Scotch eggs weve ever had... anywhere. Highly recommend those and the corned beef and cabbage rolls appetizer, the fish and chips, and the bangers and mash. Beer is excellent as well. Our server recommended the Black & Tan which was great, and the Black Velvet which was equally good. Our servers all three nights were fantastic. We had Kaelon for two nights and he was attentive and super friendly and full of suggestions on what to try. Karen served us on our last night there and she was great as well, super attentive and always checking on us to make sure we were okay and didnt need anything. In short, great place, great food, great service... would definitely swing by again next time were in town.

This is a pretty good place to snag lunch if you work or live in the downtown area. I ve had the fish n chips and the wings. No matter when I come my go to is the wings. Get the garlic parm, extra crispy extra wet and a side of spicy Asian sauce to drizzle the wings with but beware the sauce is spicy!!!!! Oh and you must ask for Lanita as your server because she s the best and has the best food recommendations.

Wow left blown away and full I definitely had a 5 star experience its not even hard for me to explain the experience all I can say its a definite must try I had the fried fish with Mac and sweet potatoes fries & we all know Im a sucker for sweet potato fries amazing vibe my waitress : Miss Lanetta was quick simple attentive and thats what I look for in service this is the Irish pub that gives flavor a jig in Dallas Texas inside a different kinda sleek the Booth seats had me at hello while I was in excellent comfort as I ate my meal the bread pudding at the end crazy good Thanks to the 5 star cleanliness to match every aspect see you soon because the Burgers looked good too !!

Stopped here for dinner while staying at the Westin, which is in the same building. The hotel front desk recommended we try them. The fish & chips is massive and tasty. I liked it more than my wife but were spoiled with a really good one locally. I got the Pub Curry, which was quite tasty. Next time I would like to try the Scotch Eggs and Shepherds Pie.

Fairly new restaurant with bar on Main. Open later than most dinner options downtown. Good food and service. Initially went for the pretzels. Other menu items are intriguing, but current favorites are pretzels and wings. Fish & chips and chicken & waffles, are favorites among friends. Service is friendly and attentive. TV sports. Pub looked great so we stopped in and the first 2 beers they poured were flat. Because we were paying for premium Irish beers we thought is was necessary to get them know. Our waiter got angry that we complained about the flat beer they were pouring. He agreed to replace my beer and the next was flat also. Sadly it got worse at that point, the staff talked about us being complainers so we decided it would be best to pay up and not order food.By trying to swipe my credit card too many times the bank froze my card thinking it was fraudulent. That triggered him even more so he asked for another card. I guess he thought we had no money to pay the bill. I went with him to the machine because I know there is alot of room on that card and witnessed it being declined. He was super frustrated with me during this ordeal and I refused to use another card and called Visas security department. With them on the phone and him beside me Visa explained the froze the card because of him trying to tap and then swipe the card 4 more times. Got it solved....Paid the bill and still left him a $5.00 tip after he apologized for freezing my card. Because of this incident something good came out of this however as we went down the street and found another pub that had terrific food and wanted us as customers.

I tried the onion French soup, and it was served on an onion never seen that before, as its usually on bread. It was different, but the dish was small. I ve been to Patrick Kennedys several times, and the mussels are good, and the fish and fries are still my favorites on the menu. My buddy likes the breakfast with bangers, which is also served during the day. Prices have gone up, but its still a good place for a Guinness at lunch. The vibe is good, and they show soccer matches, making it a fun spot with a lot of people at the bar. Its well-illuminated with good attention from the staff. It definitely needs music! Some traditional tunes would be awesome.

Homey Irish pub on the Main St of Dallas downtown. Delicious meals, really top-class Guinness and friendly staff. Every day live sport broadcasts. We had a chance to watch UEFA Champions league final in a great atmosphere. They have good Irish events regularly and the Happy Hour is 2-7pm.

Unacceptable Discrimination and Mistreatment I recently visited [partick kennedys irish pub at dallas] on [june 7th] and had a deeply troubling experience that I feel compelled to share. As an Indian individual, I was appalled by the discriminatory treatment I received from the staff. Despite being completely sober, I was accused of being intoxicated and was refused service without any proper assessment or evidence. The staff s decision seemed to be based solely on my appearance and ethnicity, which is an unacceptable and blatant form of racism. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated in any establishment, especially in a diverse and inclusive community. I was not only embarrassed but also deeply hurt by the way I was treated. Being tired after a long day is not a valid reason to be accused of intoxication, and it s clear that the staff s judgment was clouded by prejudice rather than professionalism. I urge the management to address this serious issue, implement proper training for their staff on handling such situations without bias, and take steps to ensure that no other customer has to endure the humiliation and discrimination that I experienced. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for patrick kennedys to reevaluate their policies and practices to foster a more respectful and fair environment for all patrons. Discrimination has no place in our society, and it s time for payricks irish pub to take a stand against it. Sincerely disappointed,

Me and my mom decided to go here on our most recent trip to downtown Dallas and it was going good until we got our food. My mom s water was empty by that time and our waitress walked past our table multiple times looked at our drinks and didn t fill them until 10 minutes later. And we barely saw our waiter. After we were done we sat for a while and had to ask a different waiter for our check to which he glanced at us and just said sure we then had our check for 10 minutes before our waiter came to get it from us. This wouldn t have been a problem if they were busy but there were at most 5 parties including our own. Other than that the food was good and the atmosphere was calming

This downtown restaurant is another gem worth exploring. Their Wisconsin spicy cheese curds are a great starter. For a main dish they have a Monte Cristo that not only looks impressive on the plat, but also tastes amazing. We stopped off at this Irish pub on the way back from our JFK walking tour in Deally Square and we were glad we did! They have a large drink menu and our server Evelyn was attentive and a joy! Gonna still give this one the top marks it truly deserves despite the ultra-annoying drilling that was taking place throughout the entire recent lunch visit. Id passed by the restaurant as I was exiting the Westin early in my 3-day stay, but Id pretty much lined up my dining choices in advance, either by online research or word-of-mouth suggestions. Almost immediately after being seated at the bar (my personal choice for the visit) I was greeted by bartender Leon, who was friendly, attentive, and accurate for the entire dining experience. Rather than simply answering a question about suggestion of a beer, he went and poured a sample of two he thought I might like, and then let me make that decision. Great hospitality technique, and one I really appreciated. He asked if I had menu questions, but Id already determined what I wanted (Monte Cristo) which made him laugh a bit as he deemed it the Sandwich of the Day due to the frequency it was ordered by those currently seated at the bar. Id not noticed that, but I definitely know why its popular. It was delicious and a rather huge portion at that. The bar chips were excellent as well. Everything paired together as a great meal with perfect service. I wish Id known about this location before my final day as Id have made multiple stops. Came here with a group of coworkers to celebrate a birthday and we just so happen to be in the mix of celebrating St. Patrick s Day! They had a specialize menu just for the event and a plethora of activities the week leading to. They have a lengthy happy hour and we made sure to order food and drinks for our enjoyment. Our server was attentive and friendly! I ordered the Galway Bay Mussels and they re made with a cream sauce. Definitely a different taste than what I m used to but the mussels were fresh. I also ordered a few Green Tea Shots and Mar O Ritas. The drinks were amazing and perfectly mixed! I was able to taste the Cheese Curds and Corned Beef and Cabbage Rolls and they were very tasty. Nice spot near tons of hotels to get a drink and some food. The owner is legit Irish so it has an authentic vibe. The fish and chips are noteworthy. We visited while they had a limited menu geared towards st. Patricks Day. The patio is covered and is great for good weather! Great spot for green beer during st. We are actually sitting in the restaurant right now. Initially I thought it was going to be a great experience but it turned out to be not so. We sat at the bar. The server took our order and we got our food and drinks quickly. The food is very good. I rcommend the Monte Cristo. We ran into problems with the service. After bringing our food the server refused to make eye contact or check whether we needed anything else. The server took care of people around us but kept passing us by. Eventually a 2nd server came by and we were able to get taken care of.

We are spending a quick night in Dallas at the Crowne Plaza downtown. I am not enthusiastic about the hotel restaurant so we walked two blocks to the pub. What a cute place! There were happy people having drinks, some live music, and a great menu with a Texas twist on pub food. I had the three-cheese grilled cheese on rye and a cup of tomato soup. It was just what I needed warm and toasty with the pimento cheese making for a creamy filling. The soup was creamy and tangy just like tomato soup should be. Highly recommend! And the service was quick and courteous.

We love Wesleys hospitality at this place and because of these amazing food hours (the kitchen is open until 1pm) we were able to eat here after a very long flight and even at the end of very long days of work. Everything on this menu is excellent and well made : the salad was what i would recommend for clean eating and the Oh My Cod! Sandwich would be my decadent option. Its wonderful and i think i had it six times. The Wine prices are also amazing $8 for house wine you cannot beat this! after tallying our receipts from our Dallas stay we must say we spent the most here and absolutely was worth every penny : thank you again Wes, well be back!

Our waiter was great, the fish and chips were delicious (Im told the Reubens were also excellent), the atmosphere was authentic Irish, but... When I called back to the restaurant after having forgotten my receipt, the hostess was rude, didnt call me back as promised, then was even more rude when I called again asking that a receipt be emailed or faxed or sent electronically. I understand that sometimes a person has a bad day but this hostess demeanor seemed well rehearsed. One bad apple can spoil the bushel. I will host dinner for my guests elsewhere in the future.

Stumbled across this Irish pub while walking back from sightseeing. They have my favorite beer on tap, Smithwicks! I was able to enjoy a few pints on tap after 2yrs of missing it! The prices were fair, staff were friendly and restrooms were clean.

We came here after the OU vs. TX game and the food was phenomenal! The Shepherd s Pie may have been the best I ve had. My wife fell in love with the Scotch Eggs. I tried some of my sister s Monte Cristo and it was excellent. Service was great and the atmosphere was perfect.

I was with a group for a convention when we found this place. The staff was amazing, drinks and food were great, and the prices were extremely reasonable. The pub became a gathering spot for our group the few days we were there. I can t say enough good about this place! I ll be back the next time I m in the area!

This place is amazing! We were in Dallas for a work event, and the staff was so accommodating to our large group. We came back the very next day with an even larger group! (SERIOUSLY- over 30 women) Food is amazing, Everrick (little e) was the BEST waiter/DJ/hype man around. Eugene (big E) was up for the helping on night two and never missed a beat. Neither were ever flustered, always smiling, super helpful and lil e even remembered my drink from the night before! 10/10 recommend pretzels were phenom, so was the monte cristo (like dinner and dessert in one), and grilled chicken caesar salad was excellent. Seriously- try this place. Killin it one week in!

We had two experiences here within two days and it was hands down the best experience we ve had in Dallas. Everrick (Little E, the OG) and Eugene (big E) were fantastic. We ve told all of our friends about our experience with them and recommended this place!! We had 30+ women (that explains enough ) and they handled it amazing!

Great new pub in Downtown Dallas. Always feels very friendly and welcoming, plenty of good beer and whisky to choose from and some real gems on the food menu. Wes, Travis and Harry behind the bar are the best! Enjoy!

There beers are done write and there service is top notch! This beats press box grill and that s been a favorite spot downtown Dallas, Robins service and speed/accuracy really made the night feel good! Ask for the sit down, 2 will definitely sit you down!

Owner and employees are just great, great place to eat great place to drink, and great vibes all around they made me some breakfast taco this am and they were terrific will be going there more often. #irishpub Parking: Parking to dine in will be on elm Street side down the ramp/or you could valet for 22$. For only picking up you can park on main Street meters no need in paying the meters the city only check the meters at 7 am every morning so throughout the day free to Park.

First time I ever saw Scotch Eggs was on TV with Chef Gordon Ramsay. Well, I finally got to try one here, and they are GREAT! Bo was the server that took care of me and he even told me a cool story on the history of the scotch egg and where it originated. Highly recommend this pub especially because you get a fantastic server like Bo.

FROM INCEPTION.... Beautiful establishment, amazing environment, owner is hands on and super friendly (personally joked around with us for a bit), and PHENOMENAL food (both presentation and where it counts; flavor/taste). We got the Potato Barrels, Monte Cristo (best Ive ever had), Pub Salad, and the Bangers & Mash. ASK FOR AMBER when you go, she made us feel at home and had my baby son in her arms come the end of our time there. We will be back to see her and visit this amazing place! Wish I could have posted pictures, but we killed our food before we thought about that chance!

They just opened today. Great pub in the heart of downtown Dallas. There is a decent parking garage across the street by mcdonalds off of Main and Griffin St. It is a block walk diagonally from there, not bad at all. I tried the Half Life IPA draft beer, and it was great. Its really cold and refreshing and very citrusy and flavorful. For all of you Indian food lovers, they have a pub curry served with fries and rice . I am going to try it next week when I take my Inlaws there. I tried the Gaelic mac and cheese tonight, and it was really great. The owner has multiple similar style pubs, and they all seem to be doing great ! Go check them out !
