He listened to the summary of the probate issue I was facing and then provided me with his thoughts on the best ways in which I could proceed. Ky Jurgensen is a fantastic attorney! Responsive, prompt, and professional. He worked efficiently in order to properly close out the estate and seemed to help minimize expenses. It is unusual for me to write a review, as I rarely take the time to do so. Unfortunately, my experience with this law firm was not satisfactory. My attorney was difficult to get in touch with, and was slow to respond to my phone calls, which led me to hire another lawyer to handle my case. Additionally, the contract that was negotiated on my behalf had several flaws and did not provide me with adequate protection. I strongly suggest looking for other options before considering this law firm.

Trey Hendershot set up a conference call with several members of the Hendershot team with me the following morning, within 12 hours from the time of this call they had a response put together and delivered. I ve never dealt with any law firm that was this prompt and responsive to my request. David Augustus has great attention to detail and extremely knowledgeable. Troy Hendershot pc that s who and we got started right away in a breach of contract case I got myself into thinking there were still honest people on our planet ! I lost three valuable months calling law firms advertised as the best in their field. Only to discover that they either knew very little about franchising. Or to be strung along and told they were too busy to take my case. I knew from my first phone call to Hendershot Cowart P. C. that they cared about my situation and have the expertise and skill set to handle my case. On my initial call. Laura took the time to listen to me. She made me feel welcome and not that I was an interruption in her day. She gave me an email address and instructed me which documents to send along with other necessary paperwork. Laura took the time to explain the process of how things work at their office and the timeframe things will take place. After I emailed my documents, Laura let me know Mr. Hendershot had received them. When it became apparent that Mr. Hendershots out-of-town trial was going to be running longer. Everything went well until I got my invoice, which was about $1300 more than I expected. I wanted to make sure that the bill is correct before paying. Front desk ladies told me it needs to be discussed with Trey Hendershot and he will give me a call. Never got a call nor an email to discuss. This has been ongoing for several months with the same invoice sent to me three times, and me keep requesting to discuss the invoice, but no response from the attorney. I guess since they have my credit card on file they dont care about my concerns or money. I am really upset about how a law firm can handle a case like this. It could have been better.

RUN! DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER! Am a small business owner that hired this firm for a suit in Texas. SPENT $50,003.00 in fees before having to change lawyers. Little more than 9 emails in communication to Hendershot and never even submitted discovery. Reached out to the firm for a management agreement review. Communication from Mr. Henderson was great at the initial stages. I paid their fee to have my agreement reviewed; Mr. Hendershot was very professional and knowledgeable when providing commentary on the changes and amendments he felt were required. The following day I had a lingering question on the agreement so I sent an email to Mr. Hendershot and called the office. I was told he was busy and would return my call. I called a total of 3 more times over the span of a week, and was told he was in meetings or busy, and that he would return my call. Long story short my email was never replied to. Spoke with his office secretary a total of 4 times, and was told my phone call would be returned. I never received a single call back. Maybe Mr. Hendershot was exceptionally busy that week, and I hope I was an anomaly. However, I cannot recommend his services as all communication ceased after I paid and had my agreement reviewed. I hope others have a better experience with him and the firm.

I reached out to 4 different attorneys looking to review an FDD and setup an LLC. Only one firm called and explained their services and charges. The rest either did not respond or sent an email with no follow-up. What I like about Hendershot Cowart is their immediate response and making the client feel important.
