I do not recommend this firm for nothingor to anyone... My mom was in a accident she got hit from behind and as a result my mom is disabled. This firm would never return calls or let her know what was going. They damn near let the statue of limitations run out on it. We hired another lawyer.. best thing we ever did.

They do not know how to update me on the case. I call to ask for information or go up to the building to ask what stage we are in, and they are very unhelpful, I am very lost and confused with what s happening with my settlement. Its been around 7 months since my accident and not a single update.

These 2 attorneys have the WORST ethical I have ever experienced in my 45 yrs of life. For 20 years they have DENIED me the copy of evidence to prove my Innocence so I can move on in life. It is the information on a case THEY were representing ME on and they REFUSE to give me a copy of MY deposition to PROVE that I am innocent. INSTEAD they would rather me pay for something I was NEVER at fault for. Theyve told me for 20 years its in storage..you cant get down to storage for retrieval of evidence for my Innocence to be proven. And McConnell being an ex law enforcement position and he chooses to let the criminal remain untouched and the innocent pay the price for a crime she NEavER committed. How many others have been done wrong by hisz misaligned code of ethics? I will still fight for my Innocence for another 20 years even though it holds me back in life and I can not achieve the goals that were meant for me to achieve and all because of 2 lazy non ethical lawyers dont want to give me a copy of MY case that proves I was innocent. How selfish of them to do that .. just think what they will do to you..

They are very straightforward and possess a Go Get em attitude. Im really happy with the fact that I found them on Google and they had the ability to get me in for a consultation within 48 hours. So far the situation I consulted with them about is progressing at an acceptable pace. Ed McConnell is a Rock Star in my mind. He is more than knowledgeable in how to handle a personal injury claim. When we have resolved the issue I am talking about, I will update my opinion at to how things end.

I called one week ago on Friday and was told an attorney would contact me the following Monday as to whether they would give me an interview or not. Needless to say they havent contacted me five business days later. Another local firm was going to interview me today but I had to schedule for the next Monday. I was contacted by Mr. McConnell and he sincerely apologized for the the lack of response on the companies behalf. It appears they take clients seriously and it was unfortunate they had one of those moments the ball was dropped. Its not often a law firm personally calls with an apology. Thank you Mr. mcConnell.

My wife got into an accident in October of 2020 when there was a snowstorm. A semi truck rear ended her when they were slipping on ice and totaled our car. Jeff Tormey got us over $4000 in our pocket plus got all the medical expenses paid. This was the first time we ve ever hired a lawyer for an accident and I m glad we did! You don t pay anything if you lose your case with them. I trust and am proud to say that we used Jeff Tormey!!!

Unmet expectations, unfair, quick to have you settle, and still stuck with medical bills! They benefited on the same amount of money as myself and I was the one injured. I highly do NOT recommend. Their commercials are bogus, bogus, bogus!!! For such a bad car accident that I was in, I was just another cash out for their business!
