I am in the drive up line, and after 25 minutes, I am still behind 10 cars, I can see a sign that says order at the window. So I had to be there for a good part of an hour in a drive through line. Not good. They should have someone come outside and take orders like Chick-fil-A. Never been here before, so not a good first impression.

Wasnt a good experience. I gave the place 3 chances since I worked so close to the location. And every time it was a disappointment. The taquitos always tasted a day old. Like, how do you do that? Burnt and dry. And I tried several different kinds. Its like just constant day old bread but instead its taquitos. The next few times I went there, I brought my own food with me when others I knew were eating at Taquitos. The staff themselves were sometimes rude. My first experience with them as the business next door they would throw all their trash in there. Without a care in the world. Just because they didnt want to pay for their own dumpster. When you came in, they would just sorta nod and a soft welcome you. Wasnt super inviting. The place itself was always clean, I will give them that. But they were always dead too. Probably pretty easy to keep a place clean if you dont have customers. Oh, and as icing on the cake, co-worker of mine got banned from their Facebook since they compared them to Whataburgers colors. I mean, if you didnt see the words what would you think? Thats super petty of Roll em up to do that. Lastly, I heard when they shut down, didnt even give the employees notice. Just a bye and a swift boot.

I liked roll em up and one of my kids really liked it. It unfortunately seemed that it wasn t ran by someone that knew what they were doing, and the food was a bit too expensive. On top of those issues, the location keeps having failed businesses there. The people who worked at the store were nice but whoever ran the store was basically a ghost and would never respond to any type of inquiry.

This is the worse food I have ever tasted. what is this Jamaican food? why did you play Jamaican music. Went through the drive thru the young man was patient as I told him this was my 1st time there and wasnt sure how or what to order. I ordered three 2 packs and the drink i wanted for each. I also ordered a 2pack by its self and a cup of corn. We ate in the parking lot and realized we didnt get the donuts that came with the combo. I went back through the drive thru and spoke to the polite young man I had questions and he explained that I didnt SPECIFY I wanted combos. As I continued asking questions the manager came on the speaker and raised her voice at me. I was not asking for money back or product for free. She was rude and condescending. I decided to go inside. I said hey lets just have a conversation. She was rude yet again and asked me why would I expect a combo if I didnt specify which what she was insisting. The young man agreed with me that It was my first time there and I sounded a bit confused while ordering. I explained to Ms Alissa that in other restaurants the employee usually asks would you like the combo as a courtesy to make sure we get the best deal. Ms Alissa was again rude and condescending. I asked for a phone # I for corporate or her boss ahead said look it up online. I just left Ive never been treated so rude or stupid from a fast food employee. I didnt raise my voice or cuss at all. The young man looked dumbfounded. Common curiosity is lacking by your manager. And you will definitely loose business treating people like idiots.

it s decent, but not necessarily worth it. food is ok, but pretty overpriced for what you get, and the service is pretty poor. employees act annoyed and inconvenienced at all times, even when you re just placing your order. drive through takes absolutely forever with no one inside or at the window to greet you, process a payment, or even give you your drink. the place has a lot of potential, but the service especially makes it disappointing.

The place is overpriced. The food is good but definitely not for the price. The employees are super rude. At least the man I dealt with today. I could barely hear them through the speaker and I thought they told me the price so I said thank you. I pulled forward. Sat and waited a moment. Guy opens the window and says yeah you drove off without telling my employee if you wanted flour or corn tortillas and I laughed at myself cause it was a dumb move of me and said sorry. He stood their stone cold face. Which immediately made me feel awkward. He then kept shutting and closing the window to ask me questions. He was acting annoyed with me as if I put them at such a big inconvenience. I won t be going back. That place doesn t get much business anyway. They ll be out of business like all the previous places that were there, soon.

I should have read the reviews before we ordered. We were visiting town and stopped by the grocery store across the street. It was dinner time and the family was hungry so we decided to grab some dinner. We like to try new places when traveling and weve never been here before and decided to try it out. Unfortunately the food was not a pleasant experience. We ordered enough to feed 3 kids and 2 adults (a $58 total). The kids cheese roll ups were room temperature at best. We also got a 3 taquito combo and all 3 were the same room temp. They couldnt even take 30 secs to microwave them. These are frozen taquitos theyre selling at a huge mark up. The queso was hard like its been sitting out for hours and the service took a good 10-15 mins from order to window with only 3 cars in line. I feel like this place has potential. But the cold food and long wait times doesnt make me want to return any time soon.

ANTS IN MY CUP!!!!! Came to eat there and food was decent but not for the price. I went to get a refill on my cup I opened my lid and found out I have been sipping on ants!!! Manager said it was the cup but I was the only one affected? No they dont clean their soda machine and it really makes me wonder how well that kitchen is cleanedand how many bugs live in there?? This Saturday night thought I would try this establishment. Service thought was OK ordering. Wait was more than five minutes drive thru. At the window employee working window took money, then went and packaged food with gloves on but never changed them. Then made drinks, gave order to us. Drinks over filled leaking soda over everything. Food in bag was packaged nicely. Food taste was very bland, and for the price of Thirty dollars and some cents wasnt worth it. Will not come back because cleanliness with gloves a lone is my number one. Price number two and three needs improved taste!

We were visiting Amarillo from Houston, and had stumbled on this place. New to this chain, we decided to order some food online and pick it up. Shared the pick 5 different Taquitos, and got a couple of the corn chicken, corn beef, and the flour beef. They were so so so so so amazing!!!! Wish we had one closer to home. Atmosphere was really cute inside the restaurant as well, and the lady who handed me my food gave me a smile and made me feel welcome! We will be recommending this place to our friends. P. S the lit sauce is super friggin good, highly recommend it! It is slightly spicy.

This was my first time visiting this establishment. It was quite empty at 6 pm, so the service was fast. However, my food was cold, which I didnt understand because I assumed that it was cooked to order. The tortilla chips were also cold and tasted burnt & the shredded beef taquitos were flavorless. I would give ZERO stars for the food if I could. Disappointing. Ive wanted to try this place several months.

The food is mediocre I expected so much more. Especially for the price. The taquitos are freshly made which is great. Order them with all the toppings not on the side. The sauce is chipotle based. The guacamole is a sauce not chunky. The best part was the corn and the churro. This restaurant has plumbing issues so you can smell it in the lobby. The music is good the staff was friendly. First of all they didnt have ground beef so I went with the shredded beef. The taquitos were very.....tasteless and bland and just not very seasoned at all even with all the toppings piled on top. The beef was very dry. I also got some queso which was also not tasty and very thick and stiff. The rice was ok just very dry. Lastly the cashier was very nice, but she looked very dirty. She had what looked like cat hair all over her shirt and just not well kept. Unfortunately I WILL NOT be eating there again. 24 freaking dollars WASTED!!!

Exceptional Taquitos, enjoyed the lit toppings. The service was exceptional, no fus. Atmosphere was fun, but my hands were dirty. Their bathroom faucets are momentary! They dont stay on unless you are actively holding it down. From a public health perspective this is concerning, as employees nor patrons can properly wash.

We just tried to stop by for the first time to try out your restaurant. We were left in the drive-up for 25 minutes - at the window and were completely ignored. After 25 minutes, we got out of the car and walked inside and were told it will be at least 30 minutes before we even come to the window. I can understand being busy, but there were several workers walking around who could have stopped at the window and explained the situation, instead we were just ignored. At least 3 cars backed out of the drive through window and left.

Prices are high as is every where. 15 min in drive thru (but made fresh per order) bigger taquitos and delicious. No sauce came with order. I guess its extra.

My very first time ever going there didn t even order food Sat and waited over 10 minutes at the window with young kids, laughing and joking, looking right at me none of them said one word one even tried to steer me down as I waited with the other ones still laughing I was the only person in line. No one spoke to me couldn t get any service so I left.

We gave these guys a shot last weekend. Stellar customer service from the shift manager. The chicken taquitos were amazing BUT with the dressed up style it was super good. Salsa has a fresh taste which I love. Can t wait to go back and try the other styles along with that street corn.

Haven t even gotten my food yet and I ve decided I ll never come back. The wait in the drive through is excruciating. Place will suffer the same fate as the catch and be shut down in months. Slow & expensive (how is that possible with such a limited menu).

To the owner: I came in for the first time today. Food is great but what impressed me the most was Savannah. I dont know that I have ever seen someone work so focused and hard! She deserves a raise. As someone who leads people who lead people this is the kind of worker you want working for you! Her ability to multi task, keep things straight with multiple customers at once, correct issues in the kitchen while being a positive interaction with customers was outstanding. Glad Roll-Em Up is in Amarillo Cheers

Finally came to try this new place, waited maybe 15 -20 min for our food, which we definitely dont mind if the food is good. My husband got a 5 pack combo meal with rice and I got a 3 pack combo meal with beans- $32 total. My beef taquitos with LIT sauce were seriously lacking in flavor despite the menu saying the beef is marinated for 9 hrs. The beef was very bland and the sauces they put on top are also quite bland, despite the LIT sauce which was supposed to be spicy. The beans were the best part of the meal. Staff was nice and the place was clean for the most part.

One of the Employees were out in the parking lot smoking a cigarette with his gloves on and returned to work without replacing them for clean ones. Also, Quality of food definitely not worth the price. My order was incorrect as well.

Dont use the drive thru!!! Trapped for over an hour waiting for a 5 pack. It was good... but I will stick with the frozen taquitos in the future. They had all of these employees just standing around inside.... so maybe you get the vehicle description, have them park and bring your order to your car? My food was ready, but perhaps the wait was caused by prior orders?

Only 7 minutes from the time I pulled into the drive through to the time I got my food. Order was correct and delicious! They have definitely worked out the kinks. Price ($9.72 with tax for 3 taquitos) seems high for fast food but it is filling and worth it in my opinion.

I ordered 3 pack of chicken loaded with all the sauces and lit sauce. I also ordered a 3 pack of 2 beef 1 potato with sauces on the side. What I got was two 3 pack with 6 beef taquitos and no sauces or anything in the side. The food was definitely not worth the price either.
