If I could I would give this place no stars BIG ZERO!!!! They say they close at 1am but dont. We gor there at 12am. Lady was rude refused alot of items from menu continued to say that they were closing and didnt want to make them. The attitude was just to much. No matter where you work, you should not take your frustration out on costumers. It was our first time visiting this place.....

Although the snacks and food is good the service isn t. The ladies that work there open really late and expecting us to know that they are open. One of the ladies opened the window to let us know that they were not open but spoke in a sassy tone and said they were not open even though it was 2 hours past the opening hour. This is the second time this happens but in a different situation. Over all I dislike the way the employees are with the customers with attitude.

Very bad customer service from the staff at this location today overall I wouldn t recommend to anyone. I waited over 40 minutes (at the window) for a simple order of two small cups of strawberries with cream. I politely asked what the wait was due to and was told they were understaffed but there was clearly over 5 workers available. As a result of asking, they took even longer to get the order out so I m never buying here again. Very rude staff.

Lately this location has been falling behind. They made us move forward and never took our order. I only put 3 stars because I waited about 45 mins to get a simple pickle dilly raspa and at the end of the long wait they didnt even do my simple order correctly because the girl understood handwriting on order wrong with no pickles inside raspa? It used to be my favorite place, but the last 3 times they have disappointed me, first with the aguachiles more cucumbers than anything, then the shrimp tostadas were more pico de gallo than anything, and today I had a while without coming and ordered a piña colada raspa (milk) and they gave me something that seems to have nothing, pure ice!! And I told the man that I didnt ask for that and he said: yes, it is water!!!!! I mean, no matter how much I sting and sip the straw, it didnt taste like anything . I mean, I didnt ask for coconut flavor. If not piña colada!! And well I had to throw it away. lesson learned. It is better to ask what they are bringing with them so that it doesnt happen to you. Because I had already paid for it and I also waited more than 15 minutes and I only ordered this and hot Cheetos.

The drive thru line was going too slow so I decided to get off and order at the window. Well, the window was closed. I stood there for a while and NO ONE came to take my order! I even knocked on the window. They didnt acknowledge me at all so I left. They have a sign that says do not open the window. That tells me others have been ignored as well. Whoever owns this business doesnt seem to value its customers. They dont want to give good service no problem. I recommend Tropical Island which is close by down the road. They have excellent customer service.

Everything was very well prepared. I published this experience a year ago and I gave them up to 4 stars, but today they disappointed me and not only with an order, everything took longer than usual, there is always a waiting period but it is worth the wait, but today they definitely went too far. And not only with the wait but also with a terrible service, the chamoyadas were horrible with no flavor and on top of that they gave me a mini straw and it didnt serve any purpose, they gave me a mini and in the others they didnt put me in then the mess of hotcheetos with 3 hotcheetos Seriously, they disappointed me I was going from North Alamo to there, especially there because I liked their service, Im sorry, Im taking away the stars.

i ordered a marranada of purple tostitos and they gave me green tostitos. i went back to get my order back and the lady that took my order was giving me a ton attitude, she has tattoos and purple hair. they gave me a new order, but this time, they gave it to me without cheese. to my understanding, every single order of marranada has to have cheese, i didn t ask for no cheese. they did that on purpose. don t go here unless you want ghetto service and your order to be taken wrong.
