Just spoke to Andrea from Lozano law offices. I submitted an intake since 8/2 And the only reason they called me today is because i had to email to get a call back. Im going through a very personal matter with my daughter almost taking her life And I explained to her I didnt have a lot of time to be on the phone, so as I was explaining everything she told me to slow down. I did, of course, but I had to make her understand the reason of my urgency because of this whole time being no one ever got a hold of me. She yelled Saying hold on As she was trying to explain to me how legal shield and they work. The purpose of my call was just to get a consultation And not to be explained, how things worked cause I know how they work. Regardless of all that, People should understand that anyone working in a law office would have some sort of empathy of some kind further clients. She doesnt know my life. I didnt have to explain it to her all she had to do was be courteous and kind, an understanding of my frustration, But you can tell shes there for a paycheck, and not to really help anybody. All I wanted was a simple answer to a question that wasnt that hard. I will also report this to legal shield. But I would just like to inform the lozano law offices that you hired someone with no compassion or understanding of peoples lives. At least thats what she showed me. Thank you for your time

July 21 2021 I got divorced and was represented by sebastian figueroa. This man so called lawyer gave up everything, everything. He was weak and intimidated by my ex wifes lawyer. Little to NO communication, NO strategy or game plan to fight for my kids. This was the absolute worst law office and even a worse experience. I went to Kersh Law Firm in Pearland and they were able to fix the untidiness he created. If you are in need of a GOOD lawyer who WILL fight for you i suggest you go to Kersh Law Fim. DO NOT GO TO LOZANO LAW FIRM AND OR SEBASTIAN FIGUEROA. if i could i would leave -10 stars lol :p

We worked with Sebastian on a recent civil matter. He handled any issues that came up in a professional manner and helped ease a sometimes stressful situation. There were some unexpected delays in our case in which he made the time to meet with us to answer any of our questions. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANY CRIMINAL CASES, FEDERAL CASES. My husband s case could have been fought for and he didn t do that at all there was so many things that were not taken care of by Sebastian from start to finish. The lack of communication is horrible! In the beginning they will communicate here and there as long as they get their money once you pay off the amount they slowly stop communicating. I am not sure if it was good or bad that my husband s court kept getting reset but it was a waste of a year if nothing was going to be done to reduce his sentence. We had over 70+ recommendation letter from family, friends, and co workers and they didn t even submit them until the night before my husbands court knowing we were facing a tough judge, even the judge David Hitner told him he was failing to do his job for his client. Sebastian NEVER went over the psi report with my husband, if he would have that would have gave us more than enough time to prepare ourselves or even hire a better attorney regardless of the money we had already lost with this law firm. He s so unprofessional, every time I would call I would get the run arounds it was always hard to get in contact with him. A few days after my husband was sentenced I went to pick up his file and the people at the law firm gave me a hard time after speaking and waiting 2hrs+ I was able to get my husband s file. Inside the envelope with all the letter that were provided to him had a letter stating he no longer represents my husbands case. He couldn t even give me that or tell me that was in there, but says it was mailed to me. So ridiculous of a law firm. Please make sure you just don t hire this law firm because you are hearing what you want yo hear, they are so good at sugar coating everything and making it seem like everything is ok when it s not.

Hired them after googling an attorney in the Alvin area for my sons citation. Was a little worried knowing this was for a juvenile and hoping for the best. All in all worked out for us! They did what they said they would do and got my sons ticket dismissed! Would defiantly recommend!

I would highly recommend Lozano Law Offices. My daughter received a traffic citation which we felt was unwarranted. I met with Sebastian, he took the time to listen to all the details to understand the circumstances. We were also able to provide pictures to disprove the officers case. DO NOT RECOMMEND! First time ever hiring a attorney for a traffic violation and will definitely never hire this law firm. Unfortunately had a horrible communication experience with them. Law firm claims they verbally communicated to me that traffic ticket was not dismissed and that ticket still had to be paid which that was not the case. A year later I find out that there is still a pending fee with the court and that the violation is on record which made insurance cost go up 75%!

Pulled a bait and switch. Claimed that because a case was time sensitive they needed payment up front. Once it was OBVIOUS it was not time sensitive they still would not accept partial payment. So...which is it. If you dont want to take the case, JUST TELL ME. Lying is BAD, even for lawyers.
