I m going to be honest about this I have mixed emotions on the attorneys, but I will tell you the best one is Michael Davis. He s amazing Lawyer he go up and beyond his way he would tell you the truth regardless, if it hurt your feelings or not, I would definitely recommend him if you have any any attorney

Cynthia has been very rude and tells me nothing is her problem even when she has lied to me every time I call. A couple of weeks ago she told me I needed 500.00 to go to court to get my divorce that I have been waiting over a year this office is so slow, anyway I called again and she told me I needed another 500.00 then I receive a letter from Cynthia telling me that now I need 2500.00 it has gone up 2000.00 in less than a month. The lawyer Chris will not talk to me, there is never anyone else in the office except the secretary Cynthia and she has lied to me I wish I had it recorded. This time when I was talking to Cynthia she kept yelling its not my fault even though she is the only person I can get in touch with she also told me today it doesnt matter if she told me 100.00 200.00 this is is what you need now I dont care you need 2500.00 or nothing else will get done on my case....

Honestly amazing. I have no experience needing a lawyer so he made me very much calm walking me through the process whether I even needed an attorney. He gave me all my options for my situation dropped the lawyer act and spoke to me like a person. I greatly appreciated my consult and if I ever need a lawyer I will know exactly who to go to.

WE USED THESE GUYS FOR OUR DIVORCE. SIMPLE AGREEMENT BETWEEN 2 PARTIES. JUST HAD TO FILE PAPERWORK. PAID ALL THEIR NORMAL FEES JUST COME TO FIND OUT THEY ARE CHARGING US $800 EXTRA FOR EMAILING BACK AND FORT A COUPLE TIMES ?. WHAT A JOKE. DONT USE THESE PEOPLE.

Mr. Clements is a caring, punctual, intelligent and realistic professional. He dealt with my situation promptly and protected me from making mistakes. He came out to my home when necessary and instructed me on every detail during my ordeal. He made it go away before it even began. I know it would have not gone this way if it weren t for his services. I recommend him for any family law cases, no matter how complicated. He will keep you informed, call to check in on any updates, and will listen to what you have to say. One fear of dealing with legal problems is the not knowing what s happening next. Had a custody issue a few years ago. Went for a consultation and he taught me that I could do it myself and probably didnt even need his services. I tried to pay something but I was refused. Very good services and I was very pleased. When I DO need legal representation I know exactly where to go.

I have used Robert Clements and his fjrm exclusively for the last three years and I am very pleased with his counsel and the way he has handled my cases (2 cases) . I would give Robert Clements negative stars if I could. He was not my attorney. He was the attorney who tried to help take my parental rights and visitation away from me. He will take on any case just to take your money. He has no morals and will try anything to rip a child away from a good parent just to make a dollar. Robert Clements helped my sons mother fabricate a child abuse case to try to take my son completely away from me. He had no evidence of anything wrong but he still took the case. Everytime we walked into court he was completely over matched by my attorney and completely out of touch with the current laws of the court system. The amicus attorney saw right through them in her first week on the case. Clements knew this but he continued to push even with no evidence and he drug the case out for over a year to try to run me out of money since he knew that was his only hope to win the case. Now that the case is finally over I am proud to say that custody was changed in my favor. Its a shame that people like Robert Clements will take on cases like this to try to ruin peoples lives. Attorneys like him should be jailed for taking on cases that they know are false. DO NOT HIRE ROBERT CLEMENTS

Both attorneys were more than helpful. They took the time to speak with me and direct me in the right direction. Our conversation was well over 20 minutes and they offered me great advice and gave me alternate options before spending money on attorney fees. They seemed to genuinely care about me and my situation. If I do have to take further action I will definitely call back!

I ve known Robert Clements and his long-term staff for about 15 years now; I have the slightly unique perspective of having grown up knowing Mr. Clements and his firm due to the fact that my mother started working there when I was around 5, and then later I worked part-time for the firm myself for several years while I was in high school. Even after I left the firm and went to college, Mr. Clements and everyone else at the firm kept a personal interest in the progression of my college career, and were a great source of support not only on a personal level, but also through providing great letters of recommendation and resume references. To this day I truly believe that being able to place my prior experience of having worked at the Clements law office on my resume really had a great and positive impact on my candidacy when I was recruiting for internship positions in my chosen field of accounting. Based on my long-standing and varied personal experience with the firm, I can honestly say that all of the staff members at Robert Clements office operate with integrity and genuine concern for the welfare and interests of their clients. They have the technical skill and professional expertise to take on just about any type of client case that can be imagined, all across the broad spectrum of the legal realm. Robert Clements handled my 2 year old daughters personal injury lawsuit 30 years ago. He was amazing; he won the case for us. Besides someone she is pleased to call a friend, he has been her personal and business attorney for approximately 27 years. Bob is a genuinely great guy. He has donated considerable amounts to all of the benefits she has held, hosted, or simply allowed to use her facilities without even being asked to do so.
