Another excellent visit to Total Wine. Just visited for a 12 pk of beer and came out with a bottle of Bucking Bull Bourbon. Met Eric Nelsen from the cast of 1883 who is the Brand Ambassador for Bucking Bull Bourbon. Numerous in store experiences with others and small tastings. Jared and his Team does and excellent job! Thank You Jared for answering the phone and providing updates on Buffalo Trace deliveries. Not everybody would make the time to do that! Nicely Done! ************************************************** I am always surprised on how nice the Team is at this Total Wine. They always ask if I need help. My most recent trip, I was provided with some excellent wine recommendations from Amy. Thank you Amy for your help and expertise. Congratulations to the entire Team, Keep it Up!

Drinker s paradise! Massive selection of all types of alcoholic beverages. The staff are the best! Always willing to help, always walking around and available. I found many foreign alcoholic delicacies there after traveling abroad and learning about various alcohol cultures. Great store, great brand!

I was checked out by a lady named Lee. My experience with her was very off putting. She was rude to me and causing trouble. I came in shopping for 3 orders. Normally at Total Wines I put the orders on the belt, in order and separate. At this location which is my first time here, Lee told me to leave the stuff in my cart, I then told her I have 3 different orders she said ok leave it in the cart. It s not what you say, it s how you say it and it came off mean. It came my time and she started to go into the cart but I handed her the first order as she needed to scan the barcode before ringing up so I put it on the belt and she told me to take it off. The whole process was difficult. It s 2 options that can be done that she s not aware of bc I work Instacart and she doesn t. I tried to make it less complicated so I said if you want you can scan all barcodes at once and ring it up altogether (we can do that on Instacart) she said no and tried to tell me how to do my job. I said ok and let her ring it up her way. She started to ring up incorrectly the wrong order so I started to point out since she had an issue with me touching the order. The she told me to put it on the belt. I said no we re going to keep it how you wanted it you are making everything difficult so I just pointed out what she needed to ring up first. As she was bagging she put one order in a box and didn t close or seal it. Didn t say have a good day or nothing. Lee was extremely rude and difficult and I did not appreciate her customer service.

They have the lowest price point by far. And a pretty good cigar selection for the novice cigar smoker. My only gripe is that I get a pretty racist vibe from some of the employees at the Allen location from time to time. The kind & pleasant ones always make up for it though.

I had my ID at the time of shopping as well as my friend. PER the group ID policy, we had to show at the time of check out. Both the manager and the associate were incompetent at the time of the transaction. They didn t believe my age and that it was a real ID so they couldn t approve my purchase. Left store empty handed and mad. DO NOT comment some scripted follow up and try to show that you genuinely care . If you cared about your customers and transactions then you wouldn t have some glorified children running the store. Definitely never coming back again. Specs all the way

I recently visited this location with my boyfriend and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with one of the staff members (specifically a blonde lady with short hair). We visited the store to purchase certain item, but realized at the checkout that I had forgotten to bring my ID, even though I was not the one making the purchase they required mine too. While I understand the store policy, there was no reason for the staff member to have a bad attitude and exhibit poor behavior towards me. This behavior made me frustrated and unwelcome, which is not the kind of experience I expect when shopping at this or any other store. I believe that good customer service is crucial for a positive shopping experience, and I hope that the staff can improve their interactions with customers in the future. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service I received and will reconsider shopping there in the future unless improvements are made.

This is a great liquor store! I typically hit up the liquor store in my town and didnt realize how much they were overcharging me. Total Wine & More prices are very reasonable and they have a HUGE selection! Im wanting to get my hands on two hard to come by bourbons because they sell so fast. I plan on talking to them about it this week. So far theyve been friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. Ill never shop anywhere else

Always double check the name on the box if you do a delivery order - for the THIRD time now, this stores employees gave the Door Dash driver the wrong box for my delivery (and of course, the drivers dont bother to check either). Tired of wasting my time. Customer service is no help either, only offering to re-deliver the next day at an inconvenient time after they do their investigation.

I went to buy a bottle of wine for a Christmas gift, the store was almost closing and I just went in to see if I could find anything. Realizing that there were just a few minutes left before the store closed, we decided to leave and return another day. Without realizing it, we were walking to the exit, but as we were talking, we didnt realize that we were walking to the entrance door and the store manager the store, he shouted at us very loudly from the other end of the store saying: Are you blind or dont know how to read? Why are you trying to leave through the front door?, many people turned around and we felt very uncomfortable, because it was totally unnecessary. ridiculing us and mainly yelling at us. At first we thought it was a bad joke but he was actually very upset.

This store is always go to liquor store for me. They offer free home delivery also above $25 bill value. All the items are in stock and cleanly labeled. This store really gets busy during weekends. Recently got married and was told by the cashier that I was able to return unopened beer boxes. After asking the cashier multiple times if this was true, we proceeded with placing the large order online. However, when it was time to return the beer we were told that they do not accept beer. Super frustrating because we would have proceeded with the consultation instead of listening to the cashier that we assumed would steer us with the correct answer. Yay for wasting money because of the lack of training and honesty.
