This Saturday I came to this establishment for my sisters birthday party; I wanted to write a review about the amazing staff. there they were really attentive to my children in the babies section. Especially the crew member with the red braids and black glasses, I didn t get a name but she checked me in at the front desk as well and was really polite and patient while I was filling out the waiver and I wanted to thank everyone but especially shout her out.

One of the best indoor playgrounds I ve been to. Clean, with lots of fun slides and things to climb on for the kids. I recommend doing the waiver online beforehand. They have several birthday party rooms, and decently priced food.

its a good indoor play area, in fact, one of the best. just disappointed in two things, thats why my review is 3 stars. my kids got their two-weeks flu here. a lot of sick kids play here. so, yeah, contamination, communicable diseases, etc.. second is, because my kids were sick (plus a private accident), they werent able to enjoy much the monthly membership (6 days expired. we went there, but all hopes were summarily turned down. kids were sad.. crushed... i get that its a business. its just that a little glimmer of compassion and empathy to customers especially kids would have been more insightful and would keep us as returning customers. now, im not sure.

I recently stopped by the play space to inquire about a party for my son. We were directed to the manager Johnathon but he appeared to be busy. I approached a girl who seemed lost and just looking out of space and said excuse me are you one of the managers she said no but asked what I needed I told her we wanted to do a tour of the facility and she said do you have a child with you? I said yes my 3 year old and she said well since you have a child with you we will have to charge you 20.00 to tour the facility. We asked to speak to the manager because I have never heard of paying to tour a facility to see if its suitable for our private party we are planning to have. The manager Johnathon came and said he needed to charge us because things are crazy around there and he cant afford to allow a staff member to give us a tour (even though I counted 4 girls at the counter dancing, eating and talking)I then stated well will the money be credited towards our party he smiled and said no. This was an absolutely horrible experience for our first time and if things are so crazy I would highly recommend Brandon and Katelyn (the owners names he gave) hire more people that can handle the craziness that goes along with a family entertainment center.

Wish they was a little more clear when calling explaining the party!, I do think we should be able to have cake and balloons in the cafe because they don t bother any one. They gave me an extra 30 min to eat my cake than charged me for it after saying they want. But my son loved it so much!

Don t waste your money. The party I booked for my daughters birthday on Saturday was beyond disappointing. The party room host had nothing prepared. I had to ask for blue tape, game cards, pizza, plates, napkins, lighter, and cake knife. She was missing for more than half of the 1.5 hours I had the room. She also asked for the candy I hadn t even passed out for my guest, which is highly unprofessional. I only have the room for 1.5 hours and the host moved with zero urgency. This place cost more than most party venues and it s not worth it. So don t waste your money. I wont be booking another party here and wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Do not recommend this place. The place has so much potential but it will only be as good the employees and staff they hire. It is a bunch of teenage kids running this place. They do not care nor do they know anything and any questions you have they will revert you over to their website. I came here on a weekday, and even though there were no customers in the facility, multiple staff members could not assist me.

Very clean and a great variety of slides and games. They also have comfy seats for adults to sit and watch their children. The only thing I wish they had were live cameras in the slide/play areas because you can t see them at all and don t know where they will exit the play area from. They do only have one entrance/exit and there is a staff member there at all times.

I would like to give a HUGE thank you to Mr. Adrian and Staff!!!! Gentle Hands Child Care had a Phenomenal morning play date at the Play Space-Sugarland location. The friendly staff greeted us with a warm welcome and provided us with clear instructions for our playtime. We reserved a large party room to store all of our belongings, while we enjoyed the facilities. The food was Awesome and the children really enjoyed the pizza! Mr Adrian went above and beyond to make our play date a fun filled experience, he followed up to ensure we were all good and happy with the services. There was also different age appropriate sections, which I truly appreciated the fun for all ages even the Adults! Gentle Hands Child Care will most definitely come back for another fun filled visit. Thank you for your Excellent service and those super comfy chairs!!!

Insisted on stamping me even though they never stamped my wife, daughter, or mother in law when they went in before me. Also, you need some kind of sticker or something to stick onto kids who don t want to be stamped. Just like every other place. Also wouldn t let us give our toddler a banana ..she s 2 years old also they say they close at 8 but then close the kitchen at 7 and the toddler section at 7:30. Ok ..so you don t close at 8. Just say it. Cheeky Monkeys we don t have problems like that. Not at Chuck E. Cheese. Not at play street. Not at anywhere. Only here.

I went to my nephews birthday a few weeks ago. This is the only place in all of Houston that charges for each parent if you host a private event. If you charge per parent, who do you expect to look after the kids? The staff was not attentive either. Many of our family guests could not bring their whole family due to this extra expense even though regular admission allows 2 parents per child. Weird policy.

Yesterday I was at Play Space for my kids & the staff was very very non-existent. There was so much chaos kids fighting, kids getting hurt, there was no staff around to watch any of the kids. Upon entering, all the staff were just sitting in the front laughing, talking, ignoring customers when questions were being asked. I am highly disappointed because i attend regularly & for me to witness this was disappointing.

The party we booked for my daughters birthday on a Friday was highly disappointing. The logistics were chaotic with the room not ready on time and pizza served just before we were supposed to leave. The manager was unprofessional and unhelpful, leaving me frustrated as I had to handle everything with the host assigned. Such mistakes are unacceptable when parents choose venues to reduce party-planning stress. I wont be booking another party here and wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Today we took my 3yr old and 20mon old to The Play Space in sugarland and we LOVED it!!! They have a baby area, toddler area, and big kid area. Honestly one of the coolest places Houston has to offer for kids. We went through the whole play area and I was really impressed with the obstacle courses and play areas. Each play area is blocked off so if you toddler is in the toddler area it doesn t connect to the big kid area even though it looks like it does. There is employees in both toddler and baby area preventing kids who are too big to go in. We tried all the slides and they were awesome! There is multiple comfortable recliner seats for adults to sit and watch your kids. &&&& the BEST part is that when you walk in they stamp everyone in your family with the same number in blacklight ink so when you are leaving they use the blacklight and check everyone s stamp to make sure the number matches to prevent ANYONE from leaving with a child whose number does not match theirs!!! How awesome!!! 10/10 recommend this place!!!

Upon entering the Place Space, the cleanliness was apparent especially compared to some other kids entertainment areas. The check-in/ lobby area was adequate for about 4 maybe 5 families to check in. Any more people in that area, and I would start to feel cramped. Staff were friendly to me. Customer service was fine. Pricing for one child w/ socks was 24.90. The facility is rather new. Floors and open areas were neat in appearance. There was a nice sized seating area just across from the activities. I believe there were 4 party rooms and a cafeteria area. The arcade was nice. Play-space reminded me of a big jungle gym. I went on a Saturday just before noon. Obviously you could hear plenty of kids having fun, but I felt as though all the parents standing around, talking, were just as loud. This is a something to do for kids in that petite 8 and under range. The atmosphere is geared towards the smaller kids. Seemed like younger kids would have a ball exploring and such. The obstacles were mild and space within the various play area was modest. Nice little spot that o believe is easy to get to. No issues with me. 3.8 out of 5. My child is more of the adventurous, challenger, athletic type. You know .the trampoline dodge ball arena at Bounce Bounce in Missouri City .IYKYK

Costs more but worth it! The admission is a bit steep and don t get me started on the food prices .. BUT.. it s super awesome! The kids had an absolute blast here, it s very clean, it s original, and 100% a place to check out. They have some fun arcade games, tons and tons of places for kids to climb around, an area for toddlers and an area for up to 4 years old. They have a massive cafe area, birthday rooms, and a very long row of comfortable seating for parents. Each kid is stamped to their parent so nobody can walk out with someone else s children, lots of staff, etc.. I know the price is a bit up there but I ve paid close to the same for much much worse. Awesome place super glad we came.

Took my almost 18months old there and had a horrible experience. Overcrowded and no management. A lady literally wore her shoes to infant and toddler area with her stroller and two employees were just sitting there. No one seemed to care about anything. It just seemed like they overbooked themselves because there were no seats left for adults. Would not recommend this place for babies and toddlers. They do not care about keeping the area clean or safe.

Put signs where you specify the bathroom area.... there is no announcement where it specifies. And the area space vortex. Check that children do not go up and only go down through that area. Weve been to several indoor play areas all over Houston and around the states and I must say this place is in the top 3 for our kids! Came on a Tuesday around noon with my 4 & 6 year olds and it wasnt crowded! Admission was $20/child for unlimited play which I thought was reasonable. Theres also foods and drinks for sale at a decent price. Bought 2 slices of pizza for $3.75 each. Pros: -clean and well kept facility (so far) -huge & spacious (perfect for kids 4-8years old) -plenty of activities to do and the space isnt too crammed (I was able to go through the play areas with my kids with no issues) -clean restrooms -comfortable chairs -designated small area for kids under 4 years old -friendly staff Tips: -Bring your own grip socks (or you can pay $3/socks, btw their socks are pretty good quality) -dress your child in long pants (easier to go down the slides so their skin doesnt rub against the slides) -can bring your own snacks/waters -come on the weekdays Some suggestions I have would be to install security cameras inside the play areas so we can monitor our kids for safety purposes (you can easily lose your child if youre not paying attention). Theres also an X or a + balance thing on the 1st level where its on a 1inch mat over the foam puzzle floor mat. Many kids including myself and daughter have tripped over the mat a few times because we didnt see it or paid attention to it (its also bad lighting in that area). Its cushiony but Id remove the 1inch mat so the balance thing can be on the floor mat to prevent accidental trips. Overall, its an amazing place to take your kids to burn off their energy!

The place is new and very pretty inside, with a huge area for kids to play. There s a separate section for toddlers, and I love the unique design compared to other play spaces around. However, the price is a bit high in my opinion. The staff is not very welcoming, and many of them seem to hide for some reason. While the place itself is good, the atmosphere is negatively affected by the behavior of some employees. Because of this, I might not visit again.

Great childrens facility, but its a place where viruses spread. Both of my children came home with fevers, the youngest with a low grade fever and the eldest with a high grade fever. Although the staff is wiping down the facility, I dont think its possible to prevent the spread of the virus. And I hope customers dont bring your sick children here.

We held our two year olds birthday party here and it was amazing. Kids of many different ages were able to play and enjoy the space, our party time included a 90 minute party room reservation with host, and the Play Space provided pizza, waters, and juice in the package. All kids also received grippy socks and a $5 arcade card. The staff were friendly, helpful and they were a huge part of this party being a huge success. We will continue to tell other parents what a great place this is to host a kids party. I also really appreciate that kids are able to stay and play ALL DAY-not just during the time where we have the room booked.

It has a big play area for the kids, the arcade is a good size with lots of different games to play. Restrooms are clean. I do really like this place however my only con is that the staff does not enforce rules. I have witnessed some parents literally laying down in an area of the play place where the kids are supposed to be playing/sliding down slides but they cant because of these parents taking naps. They should not let adults where the kids are playing, period. The employees should be keeping this from happening. Also people leaving their belongings on a whole row of chairs to go sit & eat by the concession stand but still reserve there seat by the play area. They put bags, shoes, starbucks cups, umbrellas etc. to save the seat. It would be great if the employees can put a stop to that!

Awesome!! Spent 18 dollars for hours of fun with my energetic 2 year old. There s a separate area for 18 months and under. And 4 years old and under. And also a section for the big kids. My kiddo definitely enjoyed himself. The arcade is super cute as well, there are small versions of the driving games. And the basketball games. If you have kid like mine who wants to do what the big kids are doing. He ran and ran until he was exhausted lol very clean! Everyone was nice, my son fell on his way in and the guy at the desk was QUICK and ready with a bandaid! So sweet! Def will be back. We are thinking about making this his birthday party place! We also saw a cafe are in the corner. We didn t try anything but everyone else seemed to be enjoying themselves.

The play area itself is pretty mindblowing for any child entering for the first time, and my daughter loved it. Some of the guest, specifically certain people over others, let their children wreak havoc (shove smaller children, selfish play, and disrespectful behaviors). Im no one to tell people how to raise their children, although the true reason for the 2 star rating is that the cleaning is barely a tiny wipe off here and there unless deep cleaning goes on after close which I doubt. And worst of all, the staff openly cursed/gossiping instead of keeping kids at bay. Cant say they were all bad, but I will not have my child learn indecent language at his age. Being a decent human being cost $0 dollars and barely any effort.

Nice place! Kids enjoyed. Although the cashier in the cafe area with the tattoo sleeve is very unprofessional and rude. After my order he couldnt even put my change in my hand, he sat it on the counter and then did the same with my receipt even after I reached for it before he sat the change down!! How rude!!

New play area for kids. We went on a weekday so I ended up spending $36 for two kids. It s a bit more money for weekend admission. The inside is themed after a space play land where kids (and adults) can play. You are required to wear grip socks (we brought our own). You can purchase socks there for $3 There s a play are for toddlers 4 and under which is monitored by a staff member. There s arcade games but not that many, ranging from $1 to $2 per game. There s a Photo Booth which was only a dollar which was cute and fun. My kids loved it they played for about 3 hours. There s a ton of seating for adults. Nice comfortable seats. The staff was great and as we were leaving a staff member ran up to us as we were almost out the door and he checked our stamped arms just to make sure we were all together which I appreciate for safety precautions.
