I was so glad to have found Harlin Dean who assisted me in the formation of new business entities. Harlin was professional, concise, efficient and extremely thorough throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!!! I brought my 84 year old Dad to this office to get several documents prepared (Will, Advanced Directive, Power of Attorney, etc.) Kayla and her team (Martha and Barrett) went above and beyond and at a very reasonable price. Kayla is extremely knowledgeable and helped us to determine exactly what documents my Dad needed. Kayla and Barrett were so very kind to my Dad and really took their time to explain everything to him. They even went above and beyond and investigated some mineral rights he has based on very little documentation. They are the kindest people you will meet and it is easy to see that they love helping people. You cant go wrong with them!

My wife and I needed to do estate planning and we needed it done quickly. I had a major surgery coming up and as the owner of a business, we needed to make sure that our affairs were in order in case something happened. We worked primarily with Kayla but also with another paralegal who was wonderful. (I cant remember her name at the moment, I will update when it comes to me). Northcutt & Dean Law helped me out of a rental lease (early termination) with a difficult landlord where the home I was renting was inhabitable. They moved swiftly, and within 1 business day of meeting with them, they were already working with my landlord to terminate my lease and get my full security deposit for the rental returned. Reached out to this firm because I needed guidance on course of action in an emergency situation. The friendliness, understanding, and quick action of this entire team gave me peace of mind. I knew I was in good hands from the first phone call. Lisa, Legal Assistant and Receptionist, was able to schedule me for a same day consultation with Attorney Carolyn Northcutt via Zoom and also worked quickly to schedule a follow-up Zoom call that I urgently needed a few days later. Attorney Northcutt is knowledgeable and worked to help assure that I was taking all of the proper legal steps as a property manager. She provided me with detailed information when I had very specific questions and didnt hesitate to give me the exact Texas codes to make sure that there wouldnt be any issues with my plan of action. Attorney Northcutt was able to draft a document for me, and it was available for pickup the same day. Despite her busy court schedule, she took the time to get things done right, and I never felt rushed or like my questions were inconsequential. I would have rated higher if that was an option. This was the best outcome and most comfortable legal issue I have been in. If I ever need any legal advise again they are the one I would use. I wasted my money and time they dont even have basic knowledge of real estate issues . Pullin information from book front of you when your clock is ticking paid $150 without getting any help.
