Came here recently for lunch. The line for drive through was super long and the parking lot was packed. We walked in and placed our order, the service was phenomenal, people waiting for us and quickly taking our order. Our food was out in 5 minutes or less and it tasted amazing. Chicken, fries, coleslaw and some texas toast. The place looked super clean and well staffed. Will definitely be back.

The quality of the food has gone down. The portions used to be bigger. Now they are more like mini tenders. The fries aren t cooked enough. Paid extra for lemonade that was bad! Need to use filtered water. Go elsewhere if you can.

They were good were. 4 out of 4 my recent orders have been wrong. Hard to fathom given the simplicity of their menu, but it s true. Want the coleslaw? Too bad, they ll delete it anyway. Half and half tea? Nope, you get unsweet. Extra toast? They ll bill you extra for it, but they won t actually put it in the bag. Caniac combo? Again, they ll bill you for it and give you a box combo instead. Eat somewhere else. Whomever is running ours doesn t seem to care about quality control.

How can it be bad, its Canes?! Chicken is always consistently yummy. Their sauce? Muah! Fries, just right (I do Love crinkle fries). And I Always want another piece of toast. Coleslaw is just barely moist, as it should be. Dont let the small container fool you, theres more in there than you think! We sat under the community board,so many thank you for Canes support of Educatuonal organizations. As a teacher I really appreciate their good citizens Hip. Vegetarian options: Nothing vegan at all

The chicken is ok, not great but satisfactory. The toast is delicious but the fries had WAY to much salt on them, I almost couldnt eat them. And the canes sauce was also super salty. This was my first time coming to Canes it will also be the last.

Food is always great. Service was fast and efficient. Love that you can exchange your coleslaw for either another toast, more fries, or a cane sauce. Too bad female group behind us couldnt express how they felt in their conversation without using curse words the entire time. Other than that it was great! Parking: This place has always been hard finding a parking space during lunch. We have always had to park in the other restaurants parking spaces or circle around to see if anyone is leaving.

I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone loves a good chicken sandwich, but I wasnt expecting much. Id never heard of this place. It was hot, juicy, tender, and not greasy at all!
