The chicken was probably too spicy. Ive had this dish before and theres no need to extra-spice it up. Oh well. It was adequate but a bit disappointing since weve been here many times. The service was friendly and efficient, very helpful. Now....the music was too loud. Was the boss gone? The guys decide to crank it up?? I understand: AFTER closing but not while customers are there trying to talk! Anyway... well be back, just not any time soon.

I grew up in Hawaii so I know what REAL Hawaii food tastes like. NO NO NO NO. Everything on the plate was terrible. The rice was dry and under cooked, the kalua pig was dry and underseasoned, and the mac salad was super wet. Who puts dill in mac salad? Living in Hawaii for over 25 years Ive never seen dill in mac salad, so wrong....never again.

After reading the reviews, I decided to give this place a try. 5 stars! I love that you can order the food on an iPad, and it arrived super fast. The restaurant is very clean, and the staff are friendly and happy. The food wasnt over-sauced or overly seasoned; it was perfect! We had the Huli mix plate and Spam musubi. The outdoor seating was really nice, and the food was reasonably priced. I will definitely be back!
