We were excited to try this place as we ve heard good things. We arrived there at 9.05pm on Saturday night and when we tried to order at the counter, we were told by the server that our order will have to be to-go as they do not allow dine-in one hour before closing time (which is 10pm)! This was very frustrating as we had checked the timings before leaving home and saw that it was open until 10pm, we arrived hungry and ended up having to leave without ordering because our party of 5 was refused seating, and had to scramble to find another option for late dining. This rule was not mentioned anywhere on the website or on google maps. Also, I have never heard of dining-in ending one hour before closing. Very disappointed.

Way too much red in the dining area and music too loud! Over priced, horrible ketchup, fries are frozen and fried in a bad oil, was not good. Had the JR, and had to ask for pickles and onions to be added, why? Can get 1/2 lb burger with fresh cut fries for a 1/3 less in price at Chilis and really good. Business model needs improvements across the board to survive in the burger world.

The food was amazing, I loved everything. The food is halal and cooked to order. Has to be one of the best burgers I ve tried. There can be improvement in the drinks, not much is offered. The price could be lowered a bit as well especially if you re adding toppings to your burger.

Smash burgers were what you d expect, pretty good; made fresh! The Junior burgers are proportionately off as they place 1 patty on the same bun as the double. Really tasty with onions added. Fries were hot and fresh, seasoned well. Ketchup also has seasoning in it which is as different. Overall pretty solid experience. Enjoyed the veggie burger a lot, I d return for this one specifically; texture was good, portions also, taste was also a pleasant surprise. Biggest issue was the lobby was burning up! Seems the BOH was ok as the restrooms seemed to be a good temperature but it was difficult to dine in with the uncomfortably hot temperature. The staff I m was very nice, appreciate the hospitality.

The inside is cool. The burger is very good and tasty and I like the smashed burger effect. The fries are pretty good if you have sauce. DO NOT GET THE MAC AND CHEESE ADD ON. you get four noodles on the burger and it costs $2 for no mac and cheese plus it has no taste. Overpriced lowkey but cool place

We were really excited to try the food here. We ordered take out and realized they put no patties on one of our burgers. It was only a bun and the toppings. Selling $14 burgers with no patties is probably great for margins but not so great for repeat customers. Fortunately, the other burger and the fries were pretty solid!

I always forget to leave a review here after I leave, but I remembered this time because one of the workers reminded me haha! I usually get special burgers (red bun ones I suppose) and they are really good. But today I got a classic burger and it was pretty good. The people there are always nice and patient which helps when I can t decide haha. Purchased a burger that I took home, only for there to be a very sharp piece of plastic which could ve caused serious harm. I m fortunate to only have had my gum sliced open as opposed to swallowing it. Just absolutely disgusted and horrified. Stay the hell away!

You get one strip of bacon for $2. The aioli sauce wasnt that great. No unsweet tea - all drinks are sugared. Cheap kraft singles are your only cheese option. You have to order from a touchscreen and it still tries to push a 10% tip on you. They force you to give a phone number to complete the order. Way overpriced. The only good thing I can say is that the greasy paper thin burger patties are decently seasoned. At least its not McDonalds..

Food was incredible but hard to eat inside the restaurant - the smell of raw meat was very overpowering. I understand they re literally making burgers. But I ve been my fair share of burger joints and have never experienced anything like this. This truly smelled like walking into a 12x12 butcher shop. The service was nonexistent. I had the Wulf Special Combo. The red colored buns dont taste any different so its fine to try. The only real difference between the burgers is largely the sauce and 1 or 2 other ingredients. The burger itself was very tasty, the patties well seasoned and cooked, with a good amount of delicious sauce. The one disappointment though was the size of the burger for the price. Its a tiny burger.

I ordered two burgers and fries it s was 35 dollars. I waited about 30 min. Staff was nice but there was two of them. Which I guess means if there s any volume the orders slow to a crawl. They had to turn twelve orders I didn t know about. So I m left waiting. If there was some kind of info on the screen explaining the wait I would have went elsewhere. But then they wouldn t get the order. Either more staff on a weekend, let folks know at the kiosk or just absorb 1 and 2 star reviews.

Yuck! -Oppressive red decor. They must not want anyone feeling comfortable enough to dine in. - More than $60 for four burger and fry combos (2 kid, 2 regular) plus two drinks because they aren t included in combos. Two junior burgers, one without cheese = $20.24 including tax. This was with zero extra cost add-ons. The burgers were good but my experience here suggests I likely will not return; however everyone should consider trying this food at least once because my experience could just be an outlier. The following are a few issues that come to mind and could be used to make improvements for their customers. 1) the self order screen mandates the customer provide their phone number. I cant wait to receive more junk messages. 2) paper straws are not protective sleeved, and stored in a small open bucket. I found it impossible to acquire a straw(s) without making contact with a number of the straws remaining in the bucket. If you ever wore a surgical face mask to protect yourself from germs why would you use these straws? 3) the beef patties are maybe the thinnest I have eaten. 4) the grilled onions are much less than I was expecting (see photo).

I was curious about this place (the red bun caught my attention). I tried it and it was good. The bun apparently uses beet extract to make red but you dont taste and beets, it taste like regular bread. The hamburger patties were good and cooked the way I like them. I believe the website says they used grass-fed meat, so that was a plus. Fries were good too. The staff was friendly and willing to answer questions. Overall it was a good experience and I would definitely eat here again.

Great new burger place in our area. Unique design and atmosphere. Staff are friendly and accommodating. They explained the menu choices and ingredients. I had the Wulf Special with the chopped peppers. It was amazing. If you do not like spice heat ... do not get the peppers. They are good and hot. Like Satan himself stuck his finger in your mouth and swished it around. Man, it was great! The beet juice in the bun turns it a red color naturally without the need for food dye. Its just a lot healthier.....great experience and my new favorite burger place. In my opinion, the only thing needed for a perfect meal is deep-fried battered mushrooms on the menu.

We ordered two burger/fries combos tonight and they were out of fries. On a Friday night at 5:30pm. Once we got home we opened our burgers and they had no toppings. Just meat & cheese on a bun. Overall great flavor so we will try again. We understand it s a new place but to be out of fries and mess up both burgers at $11 each isn t a good start. Also, selected the print receipt button and didnt get a receipt. We ordered at the counter, music wasn t an issue as previous reviews mention. Glad to have a new place in the community.

My kids went to this burger place last night and they loved it. I only had one bite and had to go back today to make sure it was as good as it was. Yes. As a burger nerd you realize that most places have meat that just doesnt taste like much. Wulf delivers with a very good tasting burger. You can order at the counter or on two kiosks to the right. I accidentally ordered sweet potatoes fries which arent my thing. However these had good flavor. The bun on this burger is red. But it is also very soft. The only thing I didnt like was the Latino rock music. Just not my type. But to each their own. We will be going to this place often. Great food, fast, and good service.
