It was Super Hot..was told the air system doesnt wk. well..the bathroom was the air fryer..only 1 bartender..day shift bartender was only concerned with talking to her friends..the 2nd shift lady Was the best about whole visit. I couldnt help but roll my eyes at the bar vibe, trying so hard to be upscale. I mean, nice try, I guess. The whole atmosphere just killed my appetite, especially since no one else was even bothering with food during happy hour. Guess Ill never know if the food was any good, but hey, cant rate what I didnt sample. The bartender was nice though.

I was there a week ago, and Tina is worst. When I was leaving, she shoved some overserved drunk girl into the Lyft I had ordered, which created a huge problem.... and as much as a LEO supporter I am, it seems the cops that arrived there just showed up, ready to scoop people off to jail. Everyone knows that this place is trouble. For your own safety, stay away.

Food is kind of disappointing but the space is large, with plenty of tables and TVs to watch your favorite sports from and most importantly the staff are friendly. Our group watched the Mavs NBA final game here last night and despite there being a big crowd with only 3 servers, they worked quickly with precision. Will return again!

I got charged two time . The bartender could not get our tickets right. And a 20% for the tip. Thats crazy. They should let us for the service that we received. And now I have to wait 3 to 5 days for my money to come back on my card. If not I have to cancel my card. This is why I do not like using my card at a restaurant or a bar cuz somebody bounds to mess up. The food came out cold not much to pick on the menu though. It was not a crowd yet we got there at 9. Good music, good DJ. Good mixed crowd.. well go again but I will not use a card I will pay cash from this point on.. Parking: If you get there on time you can get a good parking no matter what. So thats the only thing I can say about parking

Brad at Shakertins was great. We were going ro have a team dinner with 100 or so guests. Brad was great with communication, very flexible and understanding. I would recommend using them if you have a large party!

We hosted an afterparty here in September and it was an amazing experience! The drinks were strong, the food came out quickly, and the servers/bartenders were so considerate the entire time. There was something for everyone (those who wanted to listen to music and mingle, those who wanted to play cornhole outside, and great music for those who wanted to dance). The first time here was slow when we first got here. They do id check at the door. Sat. Night they have a DJ playing music. Mostly rap, hip-hop, and dance mixs. Its pretty good if your in too that kind of music? The service was excellent! Our waitress was very attentive, especially when there were 11 if we had. Some in our group needed extra attention! Their 2 pool tables were open and available for us. Pretty good crowd when it started to get later. Pretty cool place to hang for music and drinks!

Music and crowd was amazing! First drink was easy enough to get. The 2nd one was a different story. Bar tenders were busy filling up drinks all around the bar. There was an amazing drink called Adios M****F#cker and it was lit. ( Okay I admit I have a sweet tooth). The corn hole crowd was very entertaining as well. The DJ was amazing as well with a good mix of latest hits and old school music, as well as latin hits! Overall a lively upbeat environment.

Best hidden secret bar in Allen.. Shakertin is my go to bar. They have great food and 26 TV s. Great staff and management goes out of their way to ensure everyone is taken care of. I had initially posted a very good review, however, by the end of the night things had changed. Deanna, the bartender was nice, but she made a rude remark. She didnt think I caught on to it. You guys really need to reconsider who you re hiring in the interview process. I completely understand you need to entertain people in this kind of industry, trust me i ve been there. But being the only bartender behind the counter while you have customers waiting, be on your Ps and Qs. Sitting there re applying her lip gloss, dancing around and completely ignoring me and my partner waiting for our drinks. I let it slide. We order our drinks and to IMMEDIATELY close our tab out. Not the case, sat for another 10 minutes waiting for my tab bc hey! let s sit there and chit chat with the cute guy at the bar. As long as she s bartending you won t see me or my colleagues here. First time coming here. The service was good. I just wish our server would have been clearer and up front with us. The first drink I ordered was great and when I ordered another it was completely different. When I said something to the server she said they ran out of the liqour for my drink, so I just said ok. But then she kept doing it to everyone at my table. We would have been fine with ordering something else, but she just took our drink orders and took it upon herself to just bring ANY kind of substitute. This was definitely NOT ok, especially since there was a friend of mine who is allergic to certain things (which she ordered specific drinks to avoid allergens). It just seemed like they just didnt have enough liqour to make mixed drinks, which we would have been perfectly fine with and would have ordered beers or something. Other than that, the place was nice. But we ended up leaving.

Done with Shakertins. They advertise $2 Sol beer on Tuesdays but twice they didnt have them. 1st time they were good enough to sub domestics but this last time, this ahole wouldnt. Went for the first time, and then two days later to give it another chance. Waitress/bartender was extremely slow and had a slight attitude with me the first time (dont know why, I was polite from the second I came in). Second time came back was on a weekend, stood by the bar and it still took a long time for someone to approach despite all the people behind the bar seeing us wait for a while. Worst part is, both times my drinks were made by the same girl, had near to no alcohol in it, and they didnt even taste like the original of what I ordered. Possibly the worst bar Ive been to.

Google took down my previous review probably for inappropriate language There is an unknown mandatory charge on every customer of auto gratuity of 20% that supposedly is well posted with signs (but, there are no signs) Last reply from the establishment was: There are signs posted clearly for all guests to see that we add gratuity to all tabs. No theft here. Just gotta read. The only sign is on your credit card slip after they run your card and already charged you I will say the staff were very polite, and not complaining about the service I received at the time Its 1 star because of the business practice of automatic gratuity on every tab and the pathetic response from the owner on my first review - an out right lie that there are signs posted Update: decided to move to 3 stars because the staff and service were fine including the manager on duty Maybe someone should inform guests before they order that a forced 20% tip will be on the bill My complaint stands with the business practice and whoever responds to reviews

We got a late start to our evening on Saturday and when we got into the area we noticed no parking and everything was very crowded. We found a spot far from our regular joint and spotted this place close by so we stopped in. From the time we walked in until we left the staff was very welcoming; there were plenty of tables available. They have a couple of pool tables and about 24 tvs. Later that night a UFC fight came on and the place got packed! Staff was on it. Had a burger and wife had hummus, both were good. Limited draft selection but not bad. Nice cocktail menu. The one thing that did catch me off guard was a 20% gratuity added for a party of 2 that sat at the bar. I typically tip more so money was not an issue but not knowing left a bad taste. Still had a great time, crowd watching was fun and I saw my very first vape vending machine. We will likely be back since we live close by.

As much as I used to enjoy this being my regular after work spot, the service has taken a very big decline. I made it a point to visit this bar as it is one of the few places that offers service industry recognition. However, the hostility of some of the staff is a pretty big turn off. I will say that the music selection and overall vibe does not disappoint. I will still be sure to return at some point, in hopes that the Customer Service improves.

I went there for a friend s birthday get together. The drunk waitress threatened me and my friends and assaulted me. I tried to descalate an argument and fight with the female bartender by speaking to the manager and nothing was done which lead to an altercation. Overall, no consequences were taken towards the bartender that I know of. This place is very unprofessional.

Was charged for drinks I didn t order. Was told have them Zelle you or send you money. Pretty much told to pay tough. Signed tipped well, went to bathroom. When I came back me and my buddies barstool was turned up against bar, told it was reserved was 3 in the afternoon. The fight it was I guess reserved for wasn t until night time. Don t really understand what I did, but oh well I get the message they don t want me their. Have gone their since opened always tip well never cause a problem.

My husband & I went to shakertins in Allen 3-18-22 for dinner the service was horrible. I went to this restaurant because of the advertising and photos of the food. First The food was as pictured the waiter was short maybe in her late 20s to 30 she wouldnt give eye contact she asked my husband for his order and almost didnt ask me until my husband stopped her Im her tracks. 2ndly I got through half of my chicken sandwhich and I pulled out a long blonde piece of hair I was very upset. The mac has no bread crumbs at all. Ill probably never go back.
