I came to this place. When I came in it smell bad. Also we order muchachos be careful always check your food. I gave my kid a muchacho and he spit something that looked like aluminum but it wasn t that cause it was thin and hard not coming here again.

I don t know who the manager of this store is but he needs to go train the other ones in Tulsa, OK. Bueno is a hit or miss there but this is consistently good every time I go. Also the little croissant at the window was an added bonus he told me my dog was cute and she really appreciated that.

We stopped here after shopping. I am a self proclaimed Bueno Head. The food was wonderful. The gentleman who took my order also delivered the food to our table. As we were leaving, we had leftover food. The manager noticed as we were heading to the door and offered us a bag. Thank you!!

Went through the drive thru to grab a quick snack. I usually go to Taco Casa and Ive never even eaten at Taco Bueno before. But I was shopping at Aldi and it was right across the street. I ordered a burrito and a tostada off of the value menu. Both of the items were $1.49 each and the total was $3.83. The food was just as I expected. The service was ok. There were no cars ahead of me in line so it was quick. The kid at the window barely spoke to me. I realized after I drove away I wasnt offered a receipt for my purchase nor was there one in my bag. When I got home I immediately checked my bank account for the total charge.

Ordered two orders of Chicken quesadillas to go. I got home and took them out of the sack. Both quesadillas were so flat I could not believe it . Totally smashed. My wife and could not find any chicken in either quesadilla. Simply awful, no taste, no flavor whatsoever. A restaurant should be embarrassed to serve food like this.

I ordered a large guacamole and chips and paid for a large guacamole a chips (did my part). They gave me a small guacamole and chips. I m handicapped and was out so I got what I could from them (vegan). Went home to eat and discovered the discrepancy. I tried to call and complain but they had their phone off the hook for several hours (common tactic for poorly managed businesses). Customer service is not a priority

The beans were awesome - reminded me of Taco Bell pintos and cheese from the 80s. Thats where the positives ended, unfortunately. The tacos were wrong - we ordered 2 crunchy, 0 soft. Both were still tasteless, and the salsa was not spicy at all, a bit sweet. Quesadilla was just okay, not very cheesy. The cheesecake chimis were disgusting - not even sure how to describe. I spit it out and couldnt eat it. Bottom line, Taco Bueno is NO BUENO.

Service was fine (nothing special, but not bad) and the restaurant was clean, but food was mediocre at best. It tastes like taco night at my very white home growing up. Lol. Taco Bells Mexican food seems more authentic than this place. They say the refried beans are made in house, but they taste similar to canned and the beef is only vaguely seasoned - its very bland. The fish taco was one of the worst Ive had (I like fish tacos, so it was still ok, but almost all others Ive had have been better). I had to douse everything in their actually pretty good house salsas to make it palatable. Overall its edible and seems sanitary, but the food was not pleasant. Ill likely not be back.

I love taco bueno but today was truly awful, I passed by the drive through to order and the lady didn t listen, I had to repeat my order 3 times because she didn t hear me ( I spoke enough to hear), when we did go to the last window we were handed our food and we were on our way, I opened it up at one of the parking spots just to be sure it was right. I saw a long black hair in my food, I have a buzzcut, there is no way that was my hair. I turned around to tell them, they said sorry and gave me another. All they had to say was sorry and that was all. I am not satisfied at all

Loving the tamales there. Its like they got granny hidden in the kitchen. Price wise I feel it is a lil too expensive (3 tamales for 7.99 should be 3 for 5.50) Would I recommend this place? Yes I recommend the tamales. Anything else no....for authentic tacos Id recommend Rosa.

Hard taco shell , was completely under weight, had no meat,no lettuces, cheese and the two tomatoes that had, tasted bad. The food has changed completely. We wont be going back. I think the overall communication here definitely needs to be improved. Today my ordered was horribly messed up. Due to religious reasons, I cannot consume beef. We specified several times in our order: chicken, not beef. And to my avail two of the items in the order had beef in them . what can I say. The food is pretty good, I like it better than Taco Bell, but this particular location is not clean. I have had flies in my sweet tea three times now. Why would I give them a chance three times? Ive been eating here for years, and only recently did I observe this. I like the food! At the end of your drink when you open up the cup to get some ice, there was a little fly. Thats one time. I didnt see any for a while so the second time after that I saw one in the tea which put me off for good. The last time I ordered food, I opened the tea to inspect it looking for flies and there were none or so I thought. Wrong! There was a larger tea-soaked fly adhered to the underside of the cup lid. I can attach a picture of it tomorrow because I kept the cup at work but I dont want to add insult to injury. This restaurant needs to clean up. Just gross.

Food isn t the best but if you are just here for quick eats this is one of the many choices that is alright. Any time you come here they tend to not wipe tables until no one is there, and they usually don t even wipe tables so I d order to go if you do eat here. I had ordered nachos so most of it was bean than it is beef or cheese. Honestly Taco Bell was probably the way to go but again if your broke and your feeding two people taco bueno only charged me 11 bucks for two people so I d definitely come here again just because it doesn t hurt my wallet.

Hubs went through the drive through, paid and the cashier said the card declined. Hubs looked at his bank account and showed it was pending and mentioned that to them. They refused to give the food due to their machine declining his card. The manager stated that if it goes through, to come back and get the refund. We have confirmed that it went through and he got charged for food he didn t get. I ve called 4 times to the number provided on the website and Google. The call has yet to come through. Hubs is on the way to the location to see if they ll refund him for the food he never received. Will update UPDATE They refunded the money. We are satisfied. Just be careful when ordering from this location.

Person at the drive thru walked out of sight with my credit card. Eventually came back with food (forgot the drink), but I had to remind them they still had my card. They didnt know where it was and had to go look for it. Came back, ran card I guess, but didnt give me a receipt. Seemed annoyed when I mentioned that walking out with and losing my card made me uncomfortable.And, after having to go inside to get the drink, it turned out the burritos werent even closed properly. ¡No bueno!

It seems that whenever I go here my food inevitably ends up wrong! This time I had sour cream instead of guacamole and they gave me a squirt of sour cream (see photo)... then told me quac was more expensive so that makes no sense, blamed it on the new girl etc. They also forgot another item completely and I had to drive back to get it. They handed me the 2 missed items and sent me on my way. By the time I got back home neither item was needed or used. It just seems to me that if it is their screw up they should remake the items that were incorrect. But manager did not see it that way. So I had to drive twice for their mess up and my family went without the items just so they could eat while things were still hot. I think the whole establishment could use some extra training

I have had GREAT experiences at other Taco Bueno restaurants but I find that the food here is not as good and quantities not as much. I most recently ordered bean burritos (their beans are the best) but there were hardly any beans inside - what a disappointment. This restaurant is the closest to me and I d like to see it thrive but I must go to where the food is better.
