Really wish I could give no stars because a server/cashier name Estella here acted like she couldn t help us our order was completely wrong she stated the manager or no one could help us , we refused to leave because we paid $35 for our food we wasn t leaving with out our items , she told us to wait never came back then a manager proceeded to help us , thank you to the manager who helped but that employee needs to go .

I placed an order for my food at 6:04 for three items in the store claims to be open at 6 o clock in the morning. I pull up to the lot and I see nobody is there at 6:18 AM. I click the button because I still had not got my food a gentleman by the name of Mark W says it s on the way with the food, he s in return to me and then says it s gonna take another 20 to 30 minutes to make your food so I don t know if it s this guy showing up late or what but like I m really dissatisfied. How are you gonna say online that you open at six but yet it s gonna take almost almost the entire hour for you to open up the store. Have you ever heard about showing up earlier to the shift?

Some of the worst food there is. I do stop for a soda and thats about it. The chicken sandwich I had was overcooked and smashed. Why doesnt the food you receive look like the picture. There are better options.

The complaint I have is on the sweet tea..... it either has a weird taste or it taste like straight water the 3 times i have stopped at this location. This is the third time I ordered sweet tea and it was extremely gross. Also quick question because its tea do yall only put a little bit of ice in it? .... another 4 bucks down the drain...

This eatery is so close to my home and I am SO happy it is a good one! The menu equipment is always working and the wait staff are very friendly. They actually listen to you when you are ordering, no having to repeat myself a hundred times - AND bonus, the order is always correct! Leave these guys a tip, they deserve it!

We just got cheeseburger combos and a kids meal and it was so bad, we fed it to the birds at the park. The taste of the meat was awful. If they have changed the meat mixture or vendor where they get their meat, they have made a huge mistake. We returned and advised them and they refunded our money. We told them that they should cease serving until they get the meat checked. Dont want anyone to get sick.

I ve gone here more times than I can count (due to living nearby), and everytime it s always been great. Service is always fast I haven t waited over 5 minutes for any order large or small here, along with never gotten any orders wrong or mixed up through the app! Amazing location, whoever s handling things for this store knows their stuff. My carhop today, Ethan had a fantastic attitude seemed beyond happy to be doin his stuff.

Whoever gave my husband my drink last night and claimed that ya ll were too busy to give me my drink when the person next to us got his two drink way before we did and he got there 10 minutes after us. You guys need to get that girl in check. Disgusting Behavior and I won t be back, and I will for sure be calling the manger of this place. Throwing a drink at us is very unacceptable and not even saying have a nice evening or anything. This place is a complete joke!!!!

APP! I cant use the app because it declines my card every time lately over past 4-6 months. Ive called bank and no problems on that side literally 5-6 times. And its not a situation where I do have the funds! Ive been on IT support literally 6-8 times and they say they dont know exactly whats going on but it will get fixed. I wait for the infamous email thats supposed to tell me everything is fixed now, but it hasnt gotten fixed. Ive even gone as far as to delete app and card, then re-add. I also created another Sonic account with a different email, and still didnt work. The drive-thru has stated they have absolutely nothing to do with the app. And I understand that. This is very inconvenient to me as a consumer. It makes me feel de-valued as a customer in all capacities! If NO STARS was an option, I would have chosen that.

Had the worst experience & the manager was not trying to help me. I needed to order French toast sticks which I was was unable to do on the app. I didn t have my debt card with me because I always use Apple Pay for a pick up. French toast sticks are not on the app. And they didn t know how to use the app so I can use the app when ordering in person to pay on Apple Pay. The car hopper was friendly but the manager didn t want to deal with my issue. He said order something else and we will give you your order. Why would I have to do that? I would pay more than advertised, plus it s not my fault. They sent me away by not trying to help me figure out a solution or offering an exception since this wasn t a customer problem but a app/sonic problem. Will never be back. Don t recommend this location.

I always use the Sonic app to order now, so I just wait on food. Each time I have been it has not been a long wait. Only once was an order wrong, but they quickly gave me the correct item while I kept the wrong one- so essentially extra food for free.

This may be one of the better Sonic restaurants. They got the order right and the people were courteous. Update: I noticed many of the bad reviews for this location and I digress. A problem for me that I have noticed is that this location is closed for mobile orders quite a bit. I often have my grandbabies or other small children visiting and cant always leave to pick up food for them. So you can see how the random closures to mobile ordering poses its own problems. However, I had an issue with my mobile order today and Mark quickly rectified the situation with excellent customer service. This type of services makes me overlook the times mobile ordering wasnt available.

Nice people and quick service but dear lord, its become an ongoing joke between all of us how they will NEVER EVER EVER give you the sauce thats supposed to come with anything you order on the mobile app. Every time itll say it comes with ranch, or whatever, and theyll never give it.
