People usually dont eat at the location so I just went with their food and service star grade and gave a 5 star. Now to the important stuff. The FOOD. the burgers are always hot and deliciouse! Never over cooked, unless you ask for extra well done. I love this place..

Im furious! This is the 3rd time ive came here and ordered a not so thick shake specifically saying I want to be able to actually drink it from a straw and when I got my shake I damn near passed out trying to drink it. Dont sell cups of icecream and call it a damn shake. Other than that The food is pretty good and the wait is kinda long.

Just had an order from here and it is disappointing because I do like coming to Burger Street but unfortunately today for April 4, 2024. The food was not great. The chili did not taste like it was fresh. The burgers did not taste like they were fresh, and the fries were not fresh either the customer service is not great today and they need to do better. I attempted to call but the phone number doesn t go through to them or it s just to a voicemail that doesn t even sound like it s for the business. If you love this place, I suggest going on certain days so that you can have great food and great service.

Burger and fries are decent; but customer service is seriously lacking! The heavy set white male who works there is rude and shuts the lobby down around 7pm and won t take orders at 9:30pm they are listed as being open until 10pm. Burger Street is losing lots of money due to the laziness of employees. Other places have good burgers too so I wouldn t recommend this particular store!

Doesnt always happen, but today Ive been in the drive thru for about 30 minutes, I was going to get 2 Olive burgers but changed my order to 1 since the people who work here seem to hate making sweet tea. This is the only location where I can almost never get a large sweet tea. Can absolutely never get one after 8pm, apparently thats the cutoff time for even thinking about making more. Burgers are great, they could maybe use another employee inside since they cant keep up with the customers

Good luck getting a burger after 8 or 8:30 PM. The hours of operation on the window of their drive thru says they are open till 10:30PM (online says 10pm) but I guess they let their employees decide when they want to close. Two nights in a row now I ve showed up at 9 pm for a burger and both nights wasn t able to get a burger. If I m there at nine and they are already done cleaning this means they must be closing shop at 8 or 8:30. They should change their hours to of operation to say: Open at 11:00 Am Close when we feel like it or 10pm at the latest Is it possible for someone to update the hours of operation? Just commit to closing at 8pm for gods sake if you want to close at 8 The food is actually great and this place has one of the best burgers in the area, but good luck if you re hungry past 8pm.

Worst customer service ever. I was moving my family, and driving a U-Haul. I had a horrible experience at this place when there speaker broke and I couldnt hear them they only got half my order and I couldnt hear them tell me that thet didnt have the B.L.T cuz they ran out. til I got to the window and asked the guy about them and when I tried to order at the window cuz there speakers are broken he said they cant do take orders at the windows anymore cuz of COVID. which I understand but their speakers were broken and when I told him this. he got mad at me and told me that I would just have to speak louder. Usually, I never had problems with this Burger Street before, but today was completely different from all the other times Ive been here. Today, I went through the drive thru which was completely empty with no one in line but even so I decided to wait for someone to attend to me (since its open till 11pm). But, I waited a whole 10 minutes with no answer whatsoever. So, I decided to pull over towards the drive thru window since I noticed a worker through the tiny mirror above the drive thru window. When I had no answer still, I simply knocked on the window. A white woman came over to the window and opened it she told me, To go through the line again, since they didnt take orders from the drive thru window. so I did what I was told and went all the way around through the drive thru once more. When I arrived to the menu she finally spoke and took my order. After my order was taken I went to the window, I waited and a few minutes later, a white guy with tattoos all over his arms spoke to me and told me, You scared the women due to you knocking hard on the window. Personally, I didnt really knock on the window hard because I have doubts that they can sinply hear a small knock or two but NOT hear me saying hi and hello just to get their attention where the menu is at. So he then told me, he decided to cancel my order due to the knocking/scaring his co-worker I didnt expect this at all since no one answered me to begin with. Tell me this, if you saw a drive thru completely empty BUT one or two workers were working in the back not attending to the customer what would you do? I had the patience to wait and get my order taken just to get it cancelled due to me trying to get the workers attention. I dont plan on getting Burger Street from this location ever again. I hope this place gets shut down due to their bad customer service.

Today January 27, around 4:30pm. I was trying to pick up an order with doordash. Theres a truck in the right lane so I was going to the left lane to pick up. The guy that worked there with arm tattoos said I have to wait behind the truck. I cannot go to the left drive through. When I got to the window, I asked him why I wasnt able to go on the left drive through. He cussed at me. The place is old and with this kind of customer service should be shut down soon.

First timer at burger street and let me say they have fresh and tasty burgers. It is on the upside for pricing for a fast food burger. However, definitely worth every buck. The staff is friendly and quick. I would say it is a hidden gem. They do not have inner dining however they have an outdoor patio which you can enjoy your meal at. Overall will come back to this location!

Best burgers anywhere! Unlike most others these are not bland, tasteless burgers. Burger Street burgers are wonderfully seasoned and they come with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, and cheese by request. They are larger than the average burgers as well. The curly fries are always hot and their specialty burgers and chicken sandwiches are yum too!

Went to order and never have problems until Today. Ordered a bacon meal and was rudely told they were out of bacon I didn t even bother to order the other meal I wanted because he made me feel rushed and acted rude.
