We had an amazing experience with Gregory Law Group! We ran into some issues with the IRS and they made it so much easier than expected. They were so helpful with everything great communication always there for any of our questions/concerns. Very knowledgable at what they do they saved us from paying a lot of money. I contacted Gregory Law Group because I was having a major issue with the IRS. I chose them because their advertisement disclosed that they were former IRS attorneys. Who better to assist me than those who know the system from the inside out ! My initial consultation with Attorney Gregory was gratis, and was via telephone because theyre in Texas, and I live in Maryland. I told Attorny Gregory my issue, he proceeded to explain better to me what was going on, in laymans terms, so that that I could more easily understand the dilemma. He then outlined possible solutions, told me what I could do on my own, and what he could do according to his expertise and gave me the option to choose how I would like to proceed... I chose experience over DIY (do it yourself) The staff was friendly yet professional. They kept me updated step by step of the process they were following, by phone and by email; not only the administrative staff, but I also got updated by Attorney Gregory himself, on more than one occasion. Attorney Gregory called me and gave me the good news of the case being resolved in my favor ! Myself being a Medical Doctor,I really appreciated the Care and Concern shown by this Law Firm on the behalf of their clientele. The cost of their services was reasonable and they were more than willing to work with me regarding scheduling my payments to fit my budget... In this day and age who still willingly does this ?!!! The Gregory Law Firms diligence in carefully and expeditiously handling my case with expertise, kept me from having to pay $50,000.00 in fines and penalties.I ended up having to pay ZERO !!! Through a series of circumstances beyond our control, my wife and I were faced with a significant debt to the IRS. Wish I would have moved forward the 1st time I spoke with Deborah Gregory. Im pretty sure if COVID had not become an issue our tax resolution process would have been settled much quicker. Theres no reason the IRS took so long! Deborah and Candice were always available and took time to answer my calls and emails in a timely manner. When I first spoke with Deborah Gregory, she was very upfront and did not sugar coat our situation or the possible outcome. We have finally settled with the IRS with favorable terms. The best decision I ever made contacting them after an IRS Due Diligence EITC audit on one of my tax preparers. This tax prepared has been preparing tax returns for 18 years and had gone through two other EITC due diligence audits without any issues but for some reason this time the IRS agent hit hime with $35,000 in fines but did jot charge him but charged me the business owner. I had seen some advertisements about the Gregory Law Group and decided to give them a call. Their Group worked my appeal and they got all charges dismissed. There is no doubt that the IRS will be coming to your offices so expect it, but be smart and be prepared and use the Gregory Law Group and you will be glad that you did, trust me!

The IRS issues with which I needed assistance were beyond the ordinary. Each person I dealt with at the firm was professional yet personable, making it easy to explore all options available to resolve my tax issues. All of my concerns during the process were addressed. My prior tax attorney had told me I would never obtain the result that I wanted. However, through the thoroughness of this firm, I was able to obtain everything I could have wanted and more; It was incomprehensible. I personally had the privilege of working with Deborah Gregory from the Gregory Tax Law office. From the first time I met her in the office, I could tell she was a deeply caring person that wants the best for her clients and would work extremely hard to get the outcome that was desired. She did not over promise results, but broke down all scenarios and what our plan would be moving forward. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! DO NOT USE!!! Several hundred percent over budget projects. Went many months without a work product then asked for more money to finish! Excuse after excuse. Unusually high staff turnover. Inexperienced and unprofessional staff. Constant billing desprecpancies due to staff turnover. One of their staff CPAs (Rich Schwartz) tried to physically fight me when we picked up our documents and other property used for reference. The security guard had to keep him under control. Very unprofessional! They called the police to scare me and report me for theft when I wouldnt sign a bogus receipt for picking up my documents (which were I own and were at the office for reference only) Police said they were totally wrong and unwarranted in calling, retrieved my property and we left. The owner locked his door and stayed inside while this happened in the lobby! LIES ON TOP OF LIES!!! Said they would refund my money for and then never did. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

This law firm is not what they claim they are. I Had to transfer my simple case to another attorney to finish what they never did BUT sure they exausted all the money I gave them and came back asking for a lot more when in reallity wasnt worth as much as they said. No worth it!, they are just in the business for the money!. My advice: Shop around because you will find better profesionals and your money will be well spent with other law firm.
